Has saved me so much grief! I have spending alerts set so if my card is compromised they won’t be able to get much & it alerts me every time a transaction goes through so I can catch unauthorized charges immediately! With online purchasing there’s always a risk & I’ve had my card info compromised twice this year (once just by using it at the grocery store)!
Horrible
Will not let me log in or even at the minimum change my password. My card is locked and I have to way to unlock it now. No way to contact them or anything other than login. No website or help. Just the same repeated message, “ MobiMoney Unable to authenticate. To resolve the problem or reset your password, go to your Dummy Mobimoney*** Mobile Banking App and follow the instructions” What in the world is “dummy MobiMoney app” ?!

I find this app helpful. Is there a way I can view my balance when using the is app? All I see if my spending.
Password always says incorrect
App consistently changes my passwords or says it’s wrong every week, and when I try to reset the password, it only gives you one minute to retrieve the security code from your email and change your password or it won’t work, only good for shutting off your card when it does work.
Not good for a banking app
It doesn’t instill confidence in a financial app when both the developer and app support sites are unreachable due to SSL errors.
Perfect Fraud Prevention
This app does not keep up with my transactions which is fine because I can use my apps that are provided from each individual financial institute for that. WHAT this APP DOES DO is it allows you to TURN YOUR CARDS OFF LIKE A LIGHT SWITCH WHEN NOT in Use And On when I want to use the card. The whole reason I wanted this app is to be in control of when my cards are activated so this app does it’s job!

Horrible app. I sent this app up and saved all my passwords and Face ID. Every time I go to log into the app, it has deleted my passwords, forgotten my face, and on top of that, when I go to reset my password. It tells me I cannot reset my password. What’s the point of an app to protect your bank account if you can’t ever access the thing. Because of these inconveniences, every time I stay out of town, hotels charge me extra and I can’t even prevent it bc A. The app never works and B. My bank is never open when I need them to be. All around my experience with this app in conjunction with my bank is absolutely horrible and unacceptable.

I loved the app for awhile then all of a sudden you can’t even see your balance
Bug fix
I’ve had this app since last year and it worked out great. But now we come to October of 2021 only to find out that my transactions are frozen. It is still showing the same amount I have in my account and I don’t know how much money I have left now. Please fix this problem please. I don’t wanna have to find a different app
It works for what it’s meant for
Honestly I don’t know why this app has such a low rating. I use it to turn my car on or off. It tells me when something is pending comes or tried to come through. I don’t use it to check my balance. I obviously have my normal banking app for that. I literally use it to just turn the card on or off to prevent fraud. It’s what it’s meant for. You shouldn’t rely on this app to tell you your balance. Obviously it’s MobiMoney is not your bank
Transaction Notifications STOPPED
I used to receive notifications every time I make a transaction but Wednesday, March 22, 2023 my notifications STOPPED. Why have they suddenly STOPPED? Please fix because I truly rely on that.
Nothing Enhanced for Years
When this app first came out it was somewhat leading-edge. While it is still useful, the functionality has fallen well behind the times. For instance, it allows setup of touch or facial recognition, but that only works until some preset timeout, after which it again requires the username and password for login. Card controls also have not been enhanced since inception.

Good app to track spending but i cant see my balance anymore it just keeps going back to card screen

Unreliable - Can’t Count on the App to Work
I like the idea of this app and it’s great when it works, but it’s often unavailable which is very frustrating and defeats the purpose of using it.
Logging on issues
The app often doesn’t show the login button so you can get in to turn your card on. Very inconvenient when you need to use it right away.
App doesn’t work
Every time I want to use this app I have to delete it and redownload it. I’ve taken it to my bank and they tried to login for me and the mobimoney app keeps not opening so whenever I try to access it again, I delete and redownload. I’ve restarted my phone and it’s not that. All my other apps and everything on my phone works. I recently got this iPhone 13 so it’s a new phone. It’s the app that isn’t working.
What happened?
I used to love this app, but for the past several months, the app is not working properly. Sporadic notifications and now when I try to log in the screen just spins. I wish there was an update to fix the problems.
Logging In
I got my Face ID active but it keeps asking for my password.
Worst Application in Existence
Not only can I NOT see how much money is in my bank, someone stole my card and is spending it in another state and there is no way to report it outside of bank hours. The only thing you can do is see *SOME* of the transactions that happen, and *MAYBE* be able to see a fraction of the information necessary. It is absolutely thee worst application I have ever seen and it is depressing to think that video games have a better banking system than actual banks.
Can use this for Joint Accounts
Tried to sign up after my partner sign up and it wouldn’t let me sign up. Garbage.
Great app!
I hope this thing keeps improving on an already great app. Extremely useful and rarely doesn’t work. Some glitches, but understanding nothing is perfect and always improving does not go unseen! Keep it up plz!
Worse app ever
This app is the worse. Never uses Face ID even thought it is set to. I always have to put in my password.

When I first got this app in June it showed my balance and transactions. Here recently it ONLY shows my transactions! It would be nice to know the balance after the transaction pulls out of the account. This app is practically useless and I have to log into the actual bank website which is such a hassle.
Unable to retrieve my registered card
I have tried to sign up my Visa card, which worked because I got the notification from my bank, however whenever I launch the app, I receive a notification that says “unable to retrieve the card you registered with this account.” I have tried numerous times and the same issue occurs. I have called my bank and they tell me that my information does not show up on their system. Still unable to gain access up to now.
Worst app ever
Worst app ever always logs me out can never get it open when I need it and worst of all logs me out and makes me reset my password but then I’m not able to reset or log on at all worthless app would never recommend it the absolute worst
Problems
I like this app; however, since the end of July, it has stopped sending me alerts and does not show my recent transactions. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, but the problems still remain. If these problems aren’t corrected, I see no need to continue using the app if it’s not going to work properly. Disappointing!
Use to be good
This used to be good. For the last few months either it doesn’t notify the purchase or it knock me out and I have to log back in. Now it is saying my password is not correct. So i hit the link for forgot password and it says it sent an email to do a new passcode and it never sends. Cant find support for app at all
Great concept-but!
This has Face ID but it doesn’t work. It will occasionally work after you have entered a password, but what is the point?
Get ur act together
Unreliable. Card status changes from active to waiting to active for no reason, purchases were denied for this reason. Retired to remove cars and reset, now I’m locked out of app. Requested to reset passcode and I don’t even receive it. FTWCCU should rethink who they do business with because this app is a disappointment.
Update Fail
App is good for turning card on and off. For keeping track of transactions (messages)? Forget it. I don’t get them most of the time, even though my husband and I are both using our cards. Very frustrating.
