Pay to win.
You will never get anywhere but mid tier without paying money. The resources run out and you’re stuck on repeat making 1m and spending it on a single upgrade out of 1000s while pay to play already have everything bought. Complete waste of time. It’s only rated high because people think they are getting somewhere when they truly aren’t.

Please change the numbers
Some of the numbers are wrong, Vigillion is wrong, it should be Vigintillion (10^63) quadritillion is wrong also, it should be quadragintillion (10^123) Dequintillion is also wrong, it should be quinquagintillion (10^153) and lastly tritillion is not correct either, it should be Trigintillion (10^93) Rethink your vocabulary and learn how to spell names of very big numbers, not playing idle games that don’t use proper notation names of very large numbers.

Fix Light Rush and Change Puzzle Challenge
Light Rush is the pricier of the premium upgrades and there is NO scaling for late game light cookie collection. Also Puzzle Challenge weekly event is annoying bc their collection icons are huge and cover so much of the screen and its hard to just ignore them

Having been on and off with this game I do like the game a lot but I believe the developers have a issue with cheaters and the way they are dealt with, they constantly intrude on the actual player base witch ruins the game and the purpose of the leaderboard making it basically impossible to even consistently catch or keep up with them, in the discord on the other hand they prevent talking of cheating to stop “drama” that is stupid as to if they are hiding the fact they know about them and still won’t do anything, if you enjoy competitive about the game leaderboard this isn’t the game for you as cheating roams free and the player base are obviously seemingly second priority after the cheaters somehow.

Needs new showcase items
Been playing for years off and on but haven’t been able to play because there are no new showcase items. Defeats the whole purpose of the game without new showcase items. Every update has been a disappointment.

Takes forever to level up bakeries and showcase items and shelves. Everything takes too much time and effort to gain light and dark cookies as well as cupcakes now to upgrade them. Takes forever to level up bakeries. Not enough upgrades or perks to level up these things, more time wasted than enjoying the game even though there’s no real purpose to the game besides scrolling the screen full of colourful cookies. I’ve been playing this game for almost 10 years and every update makes it more and more impossible to ever achieve anything or level anything up. Make costs way cheaper and easier to level things up please. Might bring in more players than lose them while making the game more enjoyable and worth playing.
Some features don't work offline
I get the team button not working cause you need other people online but why can't I skip ads offline? The whole point is that I don't have to watch them so why can't I do it? Also the daily reward can't be collected offline what's that all about?

When your rebirthing more and more, it gets harder to collect cupcakes, which basically destroys the point of the cupcakes, you can not use it for anything else, neither even in the upgrades, so please developers, make it easier to get the cupcakes.

I love this game I used to have it on my old phone but I forgot and I remembered and got it on this phone and I genuinely don’t regret it it’s so satisfying.

Now, this is a good game, but I’ve noticed a pattern with the idle game devs lately. They’ve become greedier. After the more recent updates, I’ve been losing my reason to play: starting a team. Me and my friend used to play on our own team all the time. It was small, but it was a great team. Now they cost 50 million rainbow cookies, an amount that basically requires spending money. Even the previous 5 million was annoying, but made sense because otherwise 1-player teams with noobs asking people to join would show up everywhere. But 50 million is breaking the barrier. I have a long history with this game and I hate to see the devs of idle games fall into the trap of greed. I suggest you make the social elements more affordable - the community is dwindling fast and I believe this is the reason, including your once loyal veterans, like the Bolt team from many years ago. Please make teams accessible again, I had good friends on my teams from the past. I can see this game becoming pay2win, it’s already pretty close now. If you don’t do this, more of us will leave. Less money for you. Don’t say I didn’t warn you if this makes you bankrupt.

Sometimes the X button gets covered up by ads and it is impossible to exit unless you reload the game so please relocate the X button

This game used to be great fun and enjoyable to play but there have been so many updates that make the game slower and more time-consuming, the game is just ridiculous now. I've played since the game was released and every update recently just seems to be a punishment for people who have stayed with the game for so long rather than any form of value for us and the years we've contributed. Such a shame this has gone to pieces so much because it had a lot of potential. It is only because I have enjoyed it in the past that I leave two stars, otherwise this game isn't that good anymore.

I’ve had this game for a few months now and I love it. Except that since the new update came out it hasn’t be as great as before. It was already hard enough moving up in the game without having to buy anything in real money, but now it’s almost impossible to move up in the game. I’m hoping that in the next update they put it back as it used to because otherwise there is no point in having this game.

You shouldn’t have to use your light cookies to upgrade bakeries mastery that’s just bull crap I already don’t have enough light cookies to upgrade showcases or structures never mind having to pay to upgrade something that was previously a free boost that just required grinding for awhile

Still a great game
Been playing this game since release dec. 14, and I’ve come to accept the balance updates that give and take thing we like. Been playing this game every day for 1-2 hours (especially since the guild rally feature), but unfortunately the latest update took too much away, and now solely relies on players viewing stacking endless amounts of ads, to get to previous patch stage. Sure you can now go even higher (with more ads) but viewing ads just kills the game more and more. Game is now only fun for 10 minutes a day, which is the time rally lasts. But that short duration also means no other guild members gets a chance to join in on the rally (which was hard enough with one hour). I used more money on this game, than many AAA pc games together, and still I just get more and more ads to watch. Please acknowledge the longtime players, that spend money in game.
