This game is fun and relaxing! I love playing this to calm myself down with the good vibes and music. Great game
Recent update makes it crash and freeze the whole phone every few minutes
For a few weeks now the app crashes after 2-15 minutes while open. All the balls freeze or start jiggling in place. Very annoying.
Love it but it’s glitching
I’ve been playing for years and have lots of fun. However lately the screen will freeze and glitch out. I can’t close the app unless I lock my phone screen and that makes it hard to play.

Can’t Load Cloud Save on MacOS
Pretty much as the title states. I am signed in to the same apple account and installed Zen Idle. But where is my cloud save that I have been working on with my phone? As I installed the iPhone/iPad version of the app. It should work shouldn’t it?
Another Goldie from Tech Tree Games
Easy game play, constant progression one of the only developers I trust on the App Store. I expected a little more from the music but very minor gripe if any
Fun but glitchy
I actually really enjoy the game…when I can play it. Since purchasing a couple upgrades, the game is unplayable(iPhone 16 Pro). It freezes every 15-60 seconds, forcing me to close it and open it over and over. If you make in-app purchases and delete the app, you lose them and have no way to restore (even though there’s a “restore” button). Apple will not honor refund requests, either, so if you make an in-app purchase be prepared to eat the cost for a game that’s no longer playable.
Very fun overall
I have been playing for a month or two now and at first the progress takes a bit, but once you get rolling the game speeds up. I currently have ~350 prestige bonus and growing. Only complaint is the game passes, I would like to purchase them, they are just a bit too much for me. The $10 ones are very tempting but I have not given in yet. If they were like 6-7 dollars I would have payed for them. So hey devs you should make the the in app purchases like 25% cheaper and I will spend !!!!money!!!!on your game!!!!!!
Tournaments are broken
The tournament feature doesn’t work any more and I can’t get transcend points now.

If you don’t log in for a few days after completing a tournament, you don’t get the prize from it. Lost a lot of gems and points. Not playing anymore.
Good game but…
Can you tell me why, even though I pay for no ads, I still sometimes hear ads playing in the background?
Problematic progression
There are two ways to upgrade, prestige over and over for the same meager ~1.5 addition to your multiplier (this is extremely hard to increase) and get resources from challenges/tournaments that only happen once every 3 days, and when you’re a lower level the tournaments are worthless because the rewards are competed for so higher level people will always take them and then get more bonuses to stay higher than you. The system is really broken and would be fixed if those weren’t the only two ways to increase your money leaving you at the bottom with no way to climb up besides sitting there for months watching ads over and over… oh wait… that’s exactly what the devs want isn’t it…
Tap Value Multiplier is wrong
I like the game overall. I recently came back to the game and it's grown a lot. Tournaments are cool and keep you coming back. Orb, stage, and ability tree add good bonuses. I have level 2 Tap Value Multiplier. However only the first 4 orbs seem to get the bonus in the last stage open. If I tap on any other orb the income is less than the lowest gate bonus rather than 2.25x the highest gate multiplier as stated on the ability. Please either fix the function or make this clear on the ability descriptor. Having just started back up it took about a week to get that ability and now I see it's not what it claims to be. I could've used those transendant points on something more useful than a bonus on 4 orb types that only works to a certain point.

Cheaters
When certain people cheat it is unfair and not fun for other players. Please remove the people who are obviously cheating due to their ridiculously high numbers. (Shadowelder is one of them).
This game is… pretty good…
So, I’ve played this game for probably 1-2 months now, and even before that, I played it, but I just redownloaded it, and it was fun, but after I hit 1B, I wasn’t really going anywhere after that, so I used prestige. I’ve prestiged at least 5-8 times by now, and the prestige bonuses don’t add up to basically anything… and then, all my progress got deleted for no reason. I was just playing, then I stopped playing, then when I got back on and loaded in, the screen was blank, and it said it couldn’t load my progress. I’m kinda glad though because the gameplay was basically just a loop.

It’s hard to give better than a 3/5 when half the time when you leave the game it doesn’t count your time offline, especially in tournaments when every second counts

It is a pretty good game, although it has some flaws. Like the presteige number doesnt go up, so it stays and 10 million dollars. And thats kind of sad because theres a place where you need a billion dollars but people probably wont do that and just presteige. But also, sometimes at the top layer the balls just get stuck in there. There are some other ups and downs thouh, but i wont go into that.
Absolutely no ads in gameplay
I came back to this game and oh boy I love it cause every other game would shove ads in your face. Well not this one 5 stars!
Not Zen
Supposed to be relaxing, but the screen is chaos. constant number spam, pop-ups, and “watch ad for boost” prompts. The physics feel floaty and inconsistent, so progress is more luck than chill.
Fix a problem
The game is great but there’s a problem with the geyser on the bottom right the balls get stuck there and the geyser won’t shoot them back to the middle or the to other side so the geyser on the left will shoot all the balls to the right side and they just sit there please fix the problem I believe when the geyser was copied and pasted it wasn’t flipped so the water is spraying in the wrong direction it’s a simple fix just flip the right bottom geyser please
Fix tournaments
It’s a nice chill game but doing tournaments is near impossible because it is infested with cheaters. Why is someone able to just dominate the entire leaderboard with over a googol world value? Is that not blatant enough for a ban?
Offline rewards
When I tried to watch an ad to double my offline rewards at the end of the end the game crashed and I didn’t even receive any rewards

I found some annoying bugs
So, to start, I’ll explain the bugs, then I’ll explain the upsides and finally the downsides/suggestions. So, the bugs. I haven’t found many, although one of them is the ads, unsure if you can fix this or not, slow my phone down to a few fps for as long as they’re playing. Or it just crashes and doesn’t give me a reward. Second, for the lifts, 2 times now I’ve spent the trillion dollars to unlock it and it hasn’t worked. I get the money, I click on it, my trillion disappears, nothing happens. I use an iPhone 11. Finally, it’s quite a minor bug but sometimes, not often, balls will get stuck inside of walls. It’s quite a nice game, I don’t find it particularly relaxing but it is a good way to waste some time. I love the feel of unlocking new levels, even if I’ve rebirthed and am unlocking them again. I like how you do progress, but not too fast. Good pacing and good pricing makes the game very nice. Also I don’t mind watching ads for this game, it makes me feel like I’m doing it for a reason and there isn’t many ads outside of you wanting something. It makes the game feel like you don’t have to watch ads to progress! Alright, now for the final bit. I’ll start with downsides. Although I love how each area you unlock is amazing, they aren’t too big. Like you don’t get much area and it doesn’t seem like you unlock much. The water level in the beginning, the end of it with the water thing that sends them into the multiplier doesn’t work often. Even if I make it smaller, the streams just aren’t powerful enough or don’t hit the balls. I love the challenges and tournaments, but it feels like early game you have no chance to compete in them if you haven’t unlocked a bunch of cards or rebirthed a bunch of times. Although I do know this may have been on purpose to make it feel better when you can get higher spots in tournaments. To the suggestions. First, the balls are a bit bland. Spice them up a bit. They are all one color, so why not make them at a point go from plain colours to multi to have special abilities. Such as every 10 seconds it’ll ignore obstacles for 2 seconds or a small ball. Make the areas you unlock bigger, more exciting, maybe even 3d maps, make some tournaments start all players off blank for the tournament, basic stuff. Also, whenever you rebirth, I’ve noticed that the cost of rebutting doesn’t go up at all. If you made it go up it’ll make players explore new areas they might not see when they rebirth as soon as possible and it’ll keep players for longer. Make something that players unlock when rebirthing. If you want players in for longer terms you need to add things for more experienced players to do. Maybe stuff in the meantime so you play for longer instead of coming back to the game less and less, just do it good so it doesn’t feel like too much. And when a certain point comes, maybe the end maybe before, make it so players can create their own levels! Oh my god this would be so fun, maybe even community sharing levels. Maybe people could create their own custom obstacles! Overall, I find this game very enjoyable. Although there are things that aren’t the best, those are minor and few. What truly is important is that this game has so much more potential to become even better than the rest of idle games than it is. And with that, I hope if this suggestion is found it is listened to. 4/5, 1 taken off from the bugs and tracking my location.
Buggy, pointless
Game is super buggy even after their big bug fix update. Sometimes my game is producing about 5x or so more money then sometimes hardly enough to make 1 upgrade. Not much of a game anyway tho. Nothing to do on it
Clogging
The balls keep getting stuck and jamming everything. Kinda ruins the game having to manually clear stuck balls

Not idle
You have to baby sit this game nonstop. It's unlike there other games. Not even a little bit of time to allow you to enjoy it. The calls clump up and start throwing ads and purchases right away. I've purchased all the packs on the tower game but I can't even get past a day of this day
