Är rätt bra app
Ja tycker att använda denna appen mycket om man är runt i Stockholm. Jag vill säga att de måste ha 48 timmar för en SL kort istället göra köp för 72 timmar om man ska inte vara där i eller köp 24 timmar. En annan sak jag vill verkligen säga att om man vill åka till exempel att via Solna, Norsborg eller fler hållplatser kan inte ni lägga den idén eller nåt? Annars tycker jag appen är bra.
Bad integration between the card and the app
Why can I not generate an app ticket with my card ticket? I forgot my card at home and had to buy another ticket. With bankID this should be easily possible!
Problem med nya utseendet
Tycker att uppdateringen i mångt och mycket har varit en positiv ändring, med det finns en grej jag stör mig på. Om man trycker på ”karta”, väljer hållplats och sedan avgång för att följa bussen uppstår ett problem då man väl går på bussen. Man måste då nämligen trycka på tre separata knappar för att kunna nå sin biljett och skanna den. Först ett klick för att gå ur avgången, ett andra för att gå ur hållplatsen och ett tredje för att byta till biljettfliken. Hade varit mycket lättare om biljettknappen alltid var synlig (som tidigare). Då detta troligen blir svårt att implementera föreslår jag att man, på något annat vis, alltid snabbt kan nå biljetten, oavsett var i appen man befinner sig. Utöver detta har jag ett litet förslag som jag tror hade ökat appens estetik. Låt det vara möjligt att se alla spårvägar när man är inne på kartan, likt kollektivtrafiksvyn på apple maps. Alltså att deras rutt inte bara visas när man väljer en specifik avgång, utan ständigt. En annan sak som jag hade uppskattat hade varit om ”hållplatsprickar” visade platsen på linjens alla hållplatser, när man följer en avgång i kartvyn. Inte helt olikt hur det ser ut om man söker upp en resa och följer bussen på det viset.
Widget?
Synd att appen inte har Apple Wallet integration. Det står dock i appbeskrivningen på App Store att det ska fungera men det är missvisande. Betalkort kan man ju blippa iallafall med sin telefon. Jag önskar att det fanns en Widget för att öppna SL-biljett från låst skärm. Att ta upp och skanna koden är nu mkt tungrott och stjäl onödigt stor uppmärksamhet varje gång man ska resa
Appen död
Hej, er app har fungerat hjälpligt för mig men idag dog den plötsligt. Sökfunktionen är döv, ja får ”Inga resor hittades” på alla mina sökningar. Jag har mitt månadskort i appen, är rädd för att bli av med det om jag raderar och installerar om. Kan ni ge mig instruktioner?
Self-Intuitive
Had no problem figuring out how to get it to work. Makes getting around Stockholm a breeze. Appreciate a well thought out and responsive interface. Worked seamlessly with Apple Pay.

Det var bra att kunna se hur manga biljetter man hade kvar direkt när man öppnade appen. Nu måste man bläddra.
Sjukt jobbigt att få fram biljetten
Jag har nyligen gått över till månadskort från att enbart ha köpt engångsbiljetter med Apple Pay och jag ångrar mig trots besparingarna. Det måste gå att få till ett virtuellt kort i Apple Pay eller någon widget eller shortcut på home screen. Det är 2026, ingen har tid att stå och öppna en app och blockera hela kön vid tunnelbane porten!!!!
Bra uppdatering men varför AM/PM fortfarande?
Bra uppdatering för några veckor(?) sedan med livekarta etc. Dock grymt irriterande att 12- eller 24-timmarstid vid tidsangivelse fortfarande tycks baseras på språkval på OS-nivå ("Language & Region") och inte den faktiska inställning som man gör på systemnivå ("Date & Time"). Jag har brittisk engelska som språkval och 24-timmarsvisning, men måste välja AM/PM i appen.

Köp biljett från sökvy
Trevlig att man kan se priset för en resa i sökvy. Ännu bättre om man kunde klicka och köpa den direkt. Jag saknar också att se var en buss befinner sig när jag är på ändhållplats.
Add Mobile wallet capabilities
Not only can the physical card not be mirrored on the app. It also lacks wallet capabilities; in Paris you can have your subscription loaded on your phone and tap it on the gates without unlocking (also it isn’t tied to a debit card)
Biljettinfo på låsskärmen
Jättebra funktion! Men oerhört irriterande att den visas så länge efter att biljetten gått ut. Behöver jag den då hittar jag den i appen.
Works a treat
I had no trouble getting it to work with my Bank of America Visa card, and it makes travel on the metro or busses very simple. I even used it on a ferry.
This app is truly abysmal
It won’t take a payment card. It either errors out right away, or it lets you enter your card information and then gives you an error. Swish doesn’t seem to be working any better.
Not bad but not gread
The app is very simple and modern some people have Problems but i think its has a Great Layout and the Bussen are very clean greatings from germany
Unable to buy ticket
Everytime when i want to buy ticket, i get error message saying cant be processed. its hard during emergency times. App needs to be improved
Spelar vi spel?
Om de senaste ändringarna är någon typ av missriktad gamification - att vi ska roa oss genom att leta oss fram i appen medan vi väntar på en sen buss så vill jag i alla fall ha gratisbiljetter eller poäng när jag väl hittat fram till rätt ställe.
Snygg och effektiv
Förstår inte varför appen har så få stjärnor. Den fungerar bra, den är lätt att hantera, den ser snygg ut. Bra jobbat SL!
Not friendly to a traveller
I just don’t understand this app mandatorily require the newest iOS update.
Nice app, few important features missing though
Very useful app, especially for buying tickets and checking departures. However, on the departures page for major hubs, there can be hundreds of departures within an hour, which makes it difficult to find a specific one. It would be very helpful to add an easy way to search or filter departures on that page.
Cumbersome to use to use as a ticket
Using it at a bus or at a station takes time since one has to open the phone, open the app, select the ticket frame and finally show it. Would be great if it did support the wallet, as the Apple Store page does say, but cannot be enabled anywhere.
Good enough
The journey planner is a mess and registering my number didn’t work, but paying a ticket via Applepay worked just fine.
Works great, don’t understand the poor reviews
Honestly I don’t understand why this app has such poor reviews. This app works great. I’ve been traveling in Stockholm for a week and the app has worked seamlessly for ferries, busses, trains, and subways. Most of my friends who live here use this app.
Terrible ios integration
Does not work with Apple Pay. Does not show cards in wallet app. Tech like this is supposed to make life easier, not more obnoxious.

No group ticking for more than 72 hours
Why is it not possible to buy 7-day tickets for groups? The list ends at 72 hours and you cannot buy 7-day tickets.

Worthless
Stopped supporting older iOS so payment is impossible. There are better apps so show accurate timetables so the app is absolutely worthless.
App funktioniert, aber nicht ideal
Mit einer Mastercard ließ sich einfach ein 7-Tage-Ticket kaufen. Wenn man gelernt hat, das Smartphone direkt auf das Glas der Lesegeräte in Bussen oder Ubahn (T) zu legen, funktioniert es und erleichtert die Nutzung des ÖPNV in Stockholm. Die App wirkt nicht gerade elegant, zB bei der Routenplanung. Störungsmeldungen werden nach meinem Eindruck nur auf Schwedisch angezeigt. Auch nicht gut: bei der Routenplanung wird eine Liste möglicher Verbindungen angezeigt. Wenn man dann eine auswählt, erscheint eine Seite mit der Meldung, dass eine Karte wegen des Datenbedarfs nicht sofort geladen wird. Warum werden dann nicht erst mal die Details ohne Karte angezeigt? Das ist schlecht programmiert und sollte geändert werden.

Hat Verbesserungspotential
Umständlich fand ich, das man beispielsweise nicht direkt ein Kombiticket für 2 Erwachsene und 1 (ermäßigtes) Kind kaufen konnte. Erst musste ich die beiden Erwachsenen Tickets kaufen und dann in der App auf die ermäßigten Fahrkarten wechseln (für Personen unter 20J) um noch ein Ticket für unseren Sohn zu kaufen. Das es besser geht zeigt die Västtrafik ToGo App für den ÖPNV in Göteborg
Great app for traveling Stockholm
The app is super useful and works great. But I don’t get the point of the big arrow in the center of the screen. It is only in the way.
Useless for foreigners
Do not download. Does not recognize foreign credit cards. It will ask you to register your credit card but will not work when you try to use the app. Garbage. Would give this zero stars if I could.

No Apple Pay option, but it works well
Please fix connection to maps
On the latest version I am no longer able to click into the map, making it impossible to find where exactly my bus stop is. Please re-enable this feature from the old version.
No Wallet option
Despite being mentioned in the Store I wasn’t able to add my multi-day ticket to the Wallet. Either this option or a widget would be a really helpful here.
Couldn’t have worked better
Perhaps problems identified in earlier reviews have been fixed. App immediately accepted my US credit card and worked flawlessly on arrival.
Terrible
App is always minutes off correct time due to terrible service in Sweden . Credit card is more than easy to go through but when I try to use a debit card it never works 1/10
Good guide, does not work with foreign cards
This is a very good guide for tourists, but does not work with non-Swedish cards. But you can pay using contactless on the busses and trains, this works really well. Dear SL: It would be helpful for tourists if you included information of contact payment system, it works great, but my self and other tourists from the cruise terminal didn’t know about this, we had to make a line to later find out out about it, once we figured it out, it was easy to get around, it was at Gärdet station.
Please fix
Everything seems to work but ability to buy a ticket! I have ios12.4 I keep getting a technical error when I go to choose number of tickets or if I try to enter credit card info.
Need option to buy travel card
This app only have option to buy single tickets. Need option to buy 24,72 and 7 day travel cards.
Very functional for a wandering English-speaking tourist
Very nice complement to the wonderful transit system. I bought my weekly pass in the app and scanned the barcode to enter the transit system. AppleWallet would be much more convenient that opening the app for the barcode. I have no idea why the average rating is so low. Maybe the app used to be very different.
