Goede deals met goede prijs!
No customer service
Does not work with Apple Pay. Right after you complete the purchase with Apple Pay, there’s a malfunction so you can never retrieve your deal. Contacted customer service through WhatsApp and I’m still waiting for a solution.
Superhandige app
De app is erg gebruiksvriendelijk. Je kunt gemakkelijk een voucher kopen, reserveren en besteden. Nóg handiger zou ik het vinden als ik de voucher daarna aan mijn Apple wallet kan toevoegen.

Wieso muss man so viele persönliche Daten angeben?

Kundenservice ist sehr schlecht erreichbar. Außerdem war ich mit dem Deal nicht zufrieden. Keine gute Qualität.
Echt super!
Zó super fijn, geweldig gewoon dat Social Deal dit allemaal mogelijk maakt! En de app is zeer overzichtelijk en duidelijk. Voor bijna iedereen betaalbare dagjes uitjes, dineren en andere soorten maaltijden, massages, schoonheidsbehandelingen, diertuinbezoek en nog veel meer! Voor ieder wat wils en helemaal super vind ik de betaalbaarheid. Juist in deze tijd waarin voor veel mensen leuke, mooie en lekkere aanbiedingen bijna niet meer te doen zijn! Echt super!
SAV insuffisant
J’ai utilisé deux deals. Première qualité médiocre mais conforme au deal. Seconde expérience ça a été du vol: 72€ pour un drainage lymphatique, sur le papier 45 min mais en réalité n’a duré que 25 min, une vraie arnaque, la « professionnelle » n’a pas du tout fait honneur à la prestation et dans cette situation social deal m’a uniquement proposé un remboursement de 5€ sous forme de coupon via l’application. Donc conclusion en cas de non respect du deal par le professionnel on ne peut pas compter sur social deal qui a pris la responsabilité de vendre la prestation. Très déçue pour moi social deal est vraiment à éviter !!

Die App is einfach cool. Also man kann die Coupons kaufen aber bevor kann auch alle Info darüber lesen. Die Möglichkeiten zum direkt reservieren, der Wegbeschreibung zu gucken, gekaufte Vouchers/Coupons auszusehen sind Dinge die der App Mega machen!! Es würde cool wenn das Team die Optionen für wechselnd von Städte besser arbeitet.

Schlecht umgesetzt Benutzerunfreundlich Schlechte Menü Führung Und Standort ist immer Groningen? Gebe jedes Mal meinen Ort an, und Zack, wieder Groningen. Lasst es einfach sein so einen Schrott auf den Markt zu bringen.

Unverschämt
Während auf der Website versprochen wird das man einen Deal während der gesamten Laufzeit umtauschen kann, wird einem dies verweigert! Der Kundenservice ist einfach nur unfreundlich und unverschämt. Ich werde hier nichts mehr kaufen.
Goede app
Al leuke loopjes gedaan met de app. Lees steeds de kleine lettertjes van de deal, maar je vindt ze gemakkelijk, en dan is het leuk!

Unglaublich schlechte App. Die Bedienung ist grauenhaft (nicht intuitiv) und sie ist wohl nur in Metropolen bzw großen Städten nutzbar. Unter der Suche kann man nur nach Regionen suchen und nicht gezielt nach Deals in der eigenen Stadt oder der Nachbarstadt.
Breit aufgestellt
Bei „Social Deal“ ist das Angebot an Möglichkeiten recht breit aufgestellt. Ob vom leckeren Essen, einem abenteuerlichen Ausflug, einem Urlaub oder Wellness, die Auswahl ist wirklich toll.

Stupid situation
18.05 on Social Deal I bought voucher for a massage at the Royalty Beauty Lounge. I wrote to the salon ON THE SAME DAY and no one answered me 🤷♀️ I wrote the next day and was told they would call back later. TWO DAYS HAVE PASSED FROM THAT MOMENT, so no one called me back. So I called on Sunday and they told me they were closed. 22.05 the salon asked me if the date of 06.06 is ok for me, I answered that is ok. 24.05 I asked about feedback, since I DIDN’T HAVE ANY ANSWER whether I was recorded or not, but THERE WAS NO ANSWER. 07.06 I again asked if I am booked and they offer me 12.06 at 09:00, I agree. ON THE DAY OF THE MEETING at 08:12 they write to me that IT IS EARLY FOR A COLLEAGUES and ask to reschedule the meeting, I ask what day, they answer me that they will answer later 🤔 15.06 I ask again, so what day is transferred, they answer me on 28.06 😳 I want my money back but of course they are silent now. 😠 This is the worst service, complete irresponsibility and the Social Deal company did not give me any answer whether they are generally responsible for such actions

Very good deals
I enjoy getting to know restaurants, parcs, cafes, beauty centers by using Social Deals. It is easy, a good deal, good service on one occasion that I couldn’t get an appointment in time, I got my money back the next day. Easy to make reservations. So yes, happy with this app!
Worst customer service
The company is all about looting money from customers. The customer service is rude and doesn't address the problem . Once you pay, there's no option of refund.

Would be great if they had any sort of customer service
Back in early July I purchased tickets for Juliana Toren via Social Deal app. Arrive at the park to find out the tickets with bar codes that were in the app were not accepted. Tried to email them to the staff member at the park who was trying to assist us, could not email them. Wound up paying full price at the park to get in as we were not going to turn around and take the kids home. Contacted their customer service on multiple occasions with proof of purchase of the new tickets at the park and requested a refund to my PayPal. Never had a response except to ask what is my email address. I responded but did not receive any kind of email or info from them. Contacted them via PayPal 3 times and still no response. I have opened a dispute with PayPal. Will never use this app again. If I didn’t have an open issue I would have already deleted it from my phone.
