Better than Disney land
I went to Efteling and it was my first ever theme park I went to and it was more themed than Disney land. I got on most rides besides the rollercoasters Barron python and the wooden rollercoaster and I mostly enjoyed the ride dance macabre. I loved it and I might just go to this theme park for most of the theme parks I go to. Oh but please in Fata Morgana can you not use AI in the souvenir shop it just makes it feel like you don’t care anymore about making good art
Let op met de digifotopas
Ik kocht achter ons verblijf een Digifotopas om onze foto’s van de attracties toe te voegen. Dit bleek NIET mogelijk om dat je IN de Efteling moet zijn om foto’s toe te voegen. Ik heb de Efteling gecontacteerd en er is geen compensatie mogelijk omdat het in de voorwaarden zou staan en ik toch wel een paar foto’s had toegevoegd en gedownload 🥴🥴 Let op, mensen!
Overzichtelijk - handig tijdens je dag o.a. de virtuele wachtrij - Apple Wallet ondersteuning
De Efteling app is erg overzichtelijk en erg handig met de wacht en show tijden. Je kan zelfs je tickets/abonnement digitaal toevoegen zodat je deze altijd bij je hebt met de app! De Virtuele wachtrij is een handige toevoeging aan de app in z’n huidige vorm, Mooi vormgegeven duidelijk en overzichtelijk. Hopelijk snel meer attracties met z’n virtuele wachtrij. Eten en drinken bestellen kan gewoon via de app, ook dit is weer mooi en handig uitgevoerd. Wel zou ik graag zien dat je de tickets/abonnementen kan toevoegen aan je Apple Wallet. Voor de rest echt een geweldige app.

Erg goede app
Het is een erg fijne app omdat je altijd kan zien welke attracties er op elke datum open of dicht zijn. Hierdoor kan je makkelijk bepalen welke dag je de Efteling wil bezoeken

De interactieve kaart is echt heel handig voor de looproute naar een attractie en kunnen zien of hij (tijdelijk) gesloten is en schatting van de wachttijden. Wel jammer is dat bij activeren van de digitale sleutel voor het hotel, de App ontzettend veel batterij begint te gebruiken. Na een paar uur in het park had ik 40% batterij over terwijl ik mijn telefoon eigenlijk niet had gebruikt. Aan het eind van de dag heb ik meteen de App verwijderd en nu is mijn batterijverbruik gelukkig weer normaal. Ben uiteindelijk met een paar % over thuisgekomen.
Great app both for park and overnight stays
Really good app. For overnight stays it’s your digital key, and has lots of things like food delivery service, things to do in your area etc. For the park it’s got a great map with lots of info, ride waiting times etc. Nice extras would be to get directions using the overnight guest early access entrance. And walking directions (like ‘turn left here’) would be handy for first time visitors (it does show you route on the map, but instructions would be useful).

Het is niet makkelijk om je boeking te vinden. Ook digitale sleutel is dit ook voor parkeren en toegang tot het park. Wordt niet duidelijk uitgelegd.

Het duurde twee dagen voordat mijn gekochte kaartjes zichtbaar waren in mijn account. Vandaar de aanpassing van mijn recensie.
Latest winter version keeps erroring
All fine before updated to include the winter Efteling update. Now I can’t access sections to add travel companions despite already adding them! Just says oooops can’t access that right now try again later ?

Payment failures
I like the app for the information provided. However it has totally failed to progress any attempts to purchase tickets for Efteling. I have tried on numerous occasions and via various devices and associated sites. As soon as I input my log in details, the purchase fails. I contacted Efteling by phone and was advised to keep trying. Hugely disappointing ☹️

Prachtig park
Mooie Aankleding,wel duur,leuke achtbanen,leuk personeel,vrolijke Efteling bewoners! Dus als je voor ervaring en spanning wil ga naar De Efteling! 4 Sterren

De app geeft niet aan waar in het park je bent. Dit vonden we erg vervelend. De openingsuren van de attracties staan er ook niet op vermeld. Daardoor liepen we een aantal leuke dingen mis. Jammer. Voor een ticket van 48€ wil je er echt wel alles uithalen. Door op de app te vertrouwen is ons dit niet gelukt…

A good app with the ride times being accurate and updated frequently. Really annoying that the only ride that offers fast past has the shortest queues. It should be offered on the other rides too. Also, when trying to use the fast pass in the park it activates Apple Pay every time therefore you cannot use without first deactivating Apple Pay, this needs to be fixed.

Be aware of the tickets you upload
Be aware when you upload tickets for more than one days. I bought 8 tickets for four persons for two days. Five of them were scanned at the entrance on the first day by mistake. I realised that when the next day there were only three in the app. I had to buy one more as the helpdesk couldn’t do anything on this
Prima app!
De app werkt prima voor alles waar het voor nodig is. Wachttijden updaten zowat gelijk, bestellen gaat zonder foutjes. Alleen zou ik nog een app-wide dark mode toevoegen voor mensen die dat willen. Nu zit de dark mode alleen bij het “Overnachten”-tabblad. Ook zou het handig zijn om locaties die de hele dag dicht zijn met grijs te markeren, terwijl attracties die tijdelijk gesloten zijn met rood te markeren. (Het schildje met uitgroepteken erin in de rechterbovenhoek van het icoontje op de kaart.)
Not very obvious
I thought everything would be visible on the app. But I can’t link the disability passes on here, it’s really hard to find restaurants and book them. I’m not finding it very user friendly unfortunately.

Slow, unresponsive, the process of adding a travel companion is the most convoluted and useless process I’ve ever had to follow. Dreadful app.

Good app, but even though my phone is set in Spanish, the app is in Dutch and can not be changed Any way this can be done? Thanks

Je moet een account aanmaken en vervolgens in een mail iets bevestigen. Maar dan moet je wel een mail ontvangen en dat gebeurt niet. Reeds met 4 verschillende mailadressen geprobeerd maar nooit mail ontvangen van efteling
Please fix the authentication UI 🙏
The authentication UI for this app is the worst I have ever seen, so please fix it! However the rest of the app is pretty good, especially the ride subtitles which are excellent.
Top quality app
Extremely useful app with clear map and good information on attractions within the park. Excellent for planning before you go and using whilst there. Suggestion for improvement: have the option of rotating map to direction of travel.

App crashes and doesn't start up
App crashes and doesn't start up, tested on 5 different devices with latest iOS 9.3.2 When asked customer service for support I haven't received any reply nor help.
Fantastische hulp met mijn dag in het Efteling
Vandaag in het Efteling heeft dot heel erg geholpen. Ik zo het fijn zijn als er misschien en knoopje was om misschien je hele dag uit te plannen. Bijvoorbeeld, "om 3uur ga ik naar het fata morgana en in 50 minuten ga ik lunch eten." Heel handig om ook al het tijden van het attracties te zien. Overal en geweldige app. :D
