What they complain about
- Ads interrupt you constantly
- App loads pages too slowly
- Not available outside Hong Kong
Convenient
Easy to search what I want and hv delivery
Keep updating
The app just keep updating and force u to use their latest version. But I dont see any improvement in experience of using the app. Kinda annoying every-time u have update before u can use the app
live
Interface experience
Interface is terrible since past few update. It’s impossible to search for anything essential in English. It’s a struggle to even look for the search. App experience is a downgrade.
Reload
Cart
The refresh of the cart is too slow
Take ages to load every single click
This happens multiple times already, but it just doesn’t load at all, neither the mobile website or the app, while all my other apps and webpages work perfectly fine.
Too slow
Everyone needs
If you live in Hong Kong this is life changing. Anything and everything at great value! Also the algorithms they have in place for add on when you checkout and suggested when you first log in are fantastic and appreciated. Well done hktvmall! 👏👏
Very slow load
Extremely slow for images to load since the last couple of software updates. Almost unusable
Bad iPad experience
App is portrait-view only and does not rotate to landscape view on an iPad
New version su*ks
They force you to watch advertisements then go to buy their things… time to another shop…
Register
Cannot register from UK mobile number. Very bad !
Too many ads
Why can’t get rid of those ads. Pops ip every time when I enter the app. So annoying
Good
The new update is not working
The page is loading all the time no matter which page I would like to visit. Once I shift to other App and come back, my previous landing page was completely gone and I have to start again. The page is responding super slow and the button simply don’t respond. I can search or buy any items. Very frustrating
Awesome app!!
Awesome app but no US access??
Please don’t keep on popping up asking for notifications and location service
As title
不錯
太小
Hope to see u in the future
As what I said
Adverts make app unusable
The amount of adverts on this app is ridiculous. Sometimes when I quickly remember something I want to order in a hurry I am forced to watch two adverts on a timer. And when I have a delivery arriving I and am in a hurry to get the QR code me and the delivery man wait around for the annoying adverts to disappear. I only order for HKTV Mall using my PC now and use ParkNShop, Fortress and AliExpress for most things when I order using an app. Simply because the adverts are so excessive and annoying. I wonder if the HKTV Mall marketing department also considers how many people have STOPPED using the app because of the adverts, when they consider their profitability.
Can't watch oversea
Please remove regions limit ,thank you
Can use it oversea
Totally useless to oversea people.
Why all the ads!?
All the pop ups are extremely annoying, especially the blocking pop ups. I am getting ready to buy from your site stop showing ads! If you are trying to sell more products, be smart about it, analyze search history and show more of those products, look at what Amazon does. Also I do not want to enable notification, stop asking!
Streams smoother than my home computer. Good app.
The app works better than how I do it at my desktop computer. Keep the app working well with iOS upgrades!
Terrible app
Terrible app. Fore me to update but the updating itself doesn’t even work!

Cannot watch
I am from Singapore. I have downloaded the app but it seems cannot view. Is it only for mainland China viewers only? What about outside China?
