Bad app
Trying to put my phone number to register from USA kept giving me error that my phone number has to be at least 10 numbers but my numbers are 10 . Still won’t register me. You’re hurting your business because now I will look for another way of transferring.
اقتراح
لدي اقتراح بسيط لتحسين المعاملات بين الشركه و السواق و ايضا الزبائن. إذا يمكن ان تضع تقيم لنا كا زبائن علي السائق و بالتالي تقديرا لمجهود هذا الشخص يأخذ بونس مثلا لان هناك بعض السائقين الذي نود ان نشكرهم بشكل كبير علي خبرتهم في الطرق و القياده و ايضا مدي احترامهم و تقديرهم.

The app is not working for me I can’t confirm a reservation Each time I try and ask to pay via card it gives me a blank page And then shows the seat is taken then refreshes and the seat is available again. I don’t understand how am I supposed to book a reservation please help me

I booked two tickets from El Gouna to Alexandria and on the travel date, I find out they were cancelled! They were cancelled two days before my trip without me knowing, and without receiving a cancellation confirmation email nor a text message, which I always receive whenever I cancel a trip. I called support and they refused to admit any guilt and the agent refused to transfer me to a manager or supervisor to talk to. He kept saying that it can’t be done through him which is bullsh**! I worked at a call center before and I know the procedure well. So all I got was a hellish day finding an alternative method to get back home and I got 30 EGP deducted from my tickets refund as a cancellation fee for a cancellation I did not perform. Their website is unreliable and their app is useless since you cannot book trips through it(Constant errors whenever I try)nor make any changes. Not using Go Bus again!!!

1- when creating account, the password, should have been requested to be entered twice and they should match, before the account can be created, so the customer would definitely can tell (s)he eneterd the correct password that he/ she intended to, and avoid inconvenience and mistakes like my case. 2- you can also provide an option to show password or hide it, for convenience and security , up to the customer 3- There has to be a link with in the interface ( right under the password) to reset the password 4- contact us link, doesn't have a send button, so how am I suppose to contact you through the webpage ... after typing my long message, I found that it was a waste of my time, as I couldn't send it Thank you
