Zero Respect, Zero Consideration
Extremely disappointed with Rabbit Scooters. I spent so much time trying to start a ride using their promo codes, but none of them worked. To make matters worse, their customer support was completely unhelpful and refused to compensate me for the huge amount of time I lost dealing with their system glitches.
5 star
Amazing very helpful . And we enjoy it is eastown sodic
Bad experience
App doesn’t work properly, scoter stopped middle of the road without reason , zones not showing whlie booking but suddenly you need to push the scoter to area ! Customer support the wrost ever , charged triple time that if I took taxi or uber for 15 minutes walk distance took +30 minutes with scooter

The best idea now I don’t have to buy a new scooter I can just ride rabbit
Awful quality
I can’t leave a review to the customer support since they don’t exist, even the vehicles are unlocking and not working. They charge you for nothing and when you try to contact support they don’t respond anymore
Nice Idea
The Idea is amazing and will change the way we move in Egypt. I hope you add more scooters around Egypt.
Unsolved issue
My account is suspended because of someone I help with a ride I connected him with my visa and now y’all can’t help solve it very bad , y’all are scam
Awesome app ❤️
It’s my first time to try an application like this , i like it so much , the scooters are very good and the service is awesome. Thanks for this great experience guys
Ripoff
They change rates during the ride. I was charged 8 times the rate that showed when I booked it. When I complained about it they said you need to have a screen shot to prove it. Don’t they have records if their rates!!!
