Charge Collection is a complete SC@M
Used the charge collection to unlock limited mythical or legendary heroes at least 50 times and didn’t get a mythical, colorful or even an original jewel not ONCE… and whenever it did land on a mythical or colorful jewel, it skips to the next common item all the time but it wouldn’t skip if I landed on a common item… THE CHARGE COLLECTION IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I wouldn’t spend a penny on it. Wish it was like the former soul hunters where we could just purchase limited/harder to acquire heroes for $10… complete scam and skips the landing of jewels intentionally.

I have no idea who in their right mind would spend 100$ for 3000 gems which just doesn’t seem right to me and the vip is outrageous no exaggeration. Seriously who would spend money to get 6000000 gems for the vip 20 the game isn’t even worth that at all. Also just do the math for each 100$ you have to spend to get each vip level it is not worth it. I wouldn’t spend over 1000$ to get vip in a mobile game I’ll only give you like 5 bucks. I’ll use my money to save up for a new graphics card thanks. I enjoy the game it’s the only reason why I’m writing any of this.
Unbalanced and Buggy
The game has great potential, but some bugs aren’t fixed MONTHS after I tell them about it. Some heroes are very broken and overpowered while others are very weak and may not perform correctly. What’s annoying is that you are pressured to use certain heroes, and not the ones you like or think look cool. Some heroes just have things others don’t like a skin, artifact, legendary skill, or even an awakening. This creates a SUPER unfair advantage. The game has potential, and it would be great, they just have to fix it first, which they probably won’t.
Idk
It’s a fun game to start of with however it just gets a bit boring when you get to a higher level. It takes so long to level up which makes sense I guess but it gets repetitive and there isn’t really much to do apart from the same old boring quests. Maybe make other features to gain xp. Also if you don’t spend money you’re hopeless

This used to be one of the best games about 10 years ago. Then they redid it all.
Great game but very unstable
I enjoy this game, hence the rating, but suffer frequent drop outs on my iPad, typically having to restart several times per session. The latest version now won’t load at all (not a memory issue, other games CoC, SWGoH don’t have this problem) - very frustrating!
Nothing new
This game always upgrades, occupied nearly 1000MB of my phone storage, and nothing new.
Heroes charge “ locked out”
Currently I can’t log on to this game. When I try to log on the following screen comes up. Grand Arena. Continent 3 my season ranking. Top 537. Then it only shows contents in the first 2 boxes and the third is blank. Fun game a little grindy, but don’t spend money on game ever. Game often glitches on purchases, and support is awful. If support actually responds they will make lots of request for additional information, but will always deny any sort of rebate or consolation. If you play spend only with great caution.

Do Not Start playing Heroes Charge
I have played this game for years and it used to be fun. However in the last few months Ucool has made changes to the game that have made the game tedious and frustrating for everyone who has not put thousands of dollars into their teams. New changes have made this game incredibly pay to win to the point you can no longer complete most of the in game activities because the teams with $1000+ heroes keep less expensive teams from advancing. If you are willing to spend ten thousand or more to buy a good team then you will do okay, but if not you will just be beating your head against a brick wall.
Has issues updating
This game is fun however it is unable to update when needed, also it will not allow me to cross over accounts , even though it will on other devices and platforms

Literally whenever I go to the tower place everything goes well until it forces me into fighting some random pea brain 🧠 That is a higher level than me. LIKE WHAT? I dunno if this is part of the tutorial, but don’t think on scolding me cause I don’t play lots of games like this. SEND HELP!
No real updates in gameplay for users.
It’s the same game over the years. Nothing fun, just redundant gameplay. Now it’s a delay/lag in the submissions when you battles others, which has cost me several battles and losses. Furthermore, I’ve never seen a game lack such diversity in characters. Only white character & monsters, and even if they have a “culturally diverse character”, there is a skin that turns them White. Bravo, it’s just a money grab at this point with the developers.
Locked out
Can’t load, find after playing for several weeks I’m now stuck with a network error
The game
The game play is cool I like the hero’s but as others have stated the servers die fast and you can’t join other active guilds to many dead players taken up space. The admins can send players a notice in the game that if they don’t play within 30 days they will be removed. Also since servers are dead the game shouldn’t charge you money to jump either up or down it’s not a complicated fix. And it shouldn’t be so hard to move your account to another server . This will bring the game back to life 100% I myself am on the verge of quitin this game because lack of team mates. And I refuse to spend $100 dollars to move that’s just criminal.

I was sceptical when I saw the ad because of other apps falsely saying that they had that tower game but I loaded in the game and it immediately showed me the tower game. I can proudly say that I am not just someone who was paid to say this or a bot

Customer service is absolutely pathetic. The game developers don’t have a clue in the world what they’re doing. The prices are outrageous. The game itself has a ton of potential but needs to be taken over by a competent competitor because Ucool are completely incompetent

I played the game when it came out however I’m sadly not able to play keeps freezing and don’t have ways to get the offer screen page click off however awesome game just needs faster speed, VIP free to grind and drop rates for heroes and if any character Collabs a way to get for free and want to power up to certain level and etc

I had all the people I wanted and quit because the game was busted. Now i cant even get the account back and all servers are full. Scam.

Just read the title
Turkey challenge unfairly broken
Get almost no chance whatsoever to upgrade anyone, other players freely sit on the same group and end up with multiple 2 stars and I can't even get the same random rolls back to back, I have one once out of seven tries because of absolutely horrific RNG regarding the randomize picks and even lose HP from the challenge rounds because of horrible picks I was forced to use.
Can’t Access Game 😕
I can’t accesss my game and I made so many purchases on it, pleas fix I don’t know what’s wrong . Horrible costumer service, what I mean is they don’t reply to your email like in a day or so .

I echo what other reviews say about this game. I have played for two years. It is causal RPG. You can spend what you want. You don’t lose anything in battles. Your world eventually dies off as the developer does nothing to merge servers. Ucool is uncool. Read the reviews and believe. The customer service is terrible. They have people answer messages who don’t understand the game, don’t play the game. They then demand screenshots for information that disappears and without the screenshot they will simply not make it right. Their cavalier responses to the customer feedback shows you exactly who you are dealing with. So if you don’t mind a glitchy game that dies out after your investment of time +/- money, and a complete lack of customer service, go for it.

Keep photos and proof of everything you buy . I advise you not to spend or .. you will have to Prove it . they take your money and their response says you did not buy what you said. Even though the purchase says what you bought and the only option at that time picture was sent . I advise if you haven’t already gotten used to this do a run around.. jump through this hoop.. maybe you get what you bought .. otherwise don’t start this game
Fun game, but could use some improvements
Whilst I have played this game in the past and have grinded it a lot, getting back into the game (as I didn’t link my account to my Facebook) got me back on learning the basics. My issues with this game is that: 1. I wish there was a way to organise your heroes by their power level (just to make it easier to organise your team based on their power level). Also, I know this game has been out for some time(like more than 5 years or something) and they’re yet to even add this feature in the game 2. The game is quite P2W as the bonus gems that you get from buying any of the standard or hot packs don’t count as pints to up your VIP, resulting in you to spend £20 just to get VIP 4 Privileges. 3. Trying to level up just so you can gain access to other features of the game takes forever unless you have a lot of stamina and raid tickets ( as if you haven’t spend enough money just to get a substantial amount of these tickets on a daily basis) 4. Forgot to mention, one of the side quests ( Shallows treasure) doesn’t work as it loads to nothing; no puzzle to solve just emptiness so I can’t complete it. Nonetheless, this game is alright to play, but i wish to see some changes to these issues
Aggravating bugs
Sure would be nice if Ancient Temple worked properly and wasn’t just a green battle field with no characters (this issue JUST started today). Also would be nice if I could craft and equip more than one piece of equipment each time I go in, instead I have to keep force closing the app after each crafting to be able to equip the item I just crafted…I can then craft again but have to force close to be able to equip.
Was fun
I had fun playing it but now it will not load on my iPad or iPhone, i try to reinstall on both with the same result... very. Unpleased now. After the good advice from the developer l had changed the language to English and now I can load on both devices. The trouble is on the iPad, battles will shut down the game, on the iPhone it’s fine except in some place where the game froze. iPhone is fine now but the iPad still shut down the game in battle but not all the time so it’s possible to play.

I complained about a much lower team absolutely destroying me (I am lvl 20 awaken) and my opponent was level 4 to 6 awaken. I couldn’t even kill one of their players. I sent in a support ticket and I haven’t one a single match since! You can level your players to lvl 4 awaken for free, but any thing after that is expensive. To have a team as high as mine be destroyed by lvl 4 is absurd! I am simply asking them to look into it and they place a handicap on my account! I have even used the same lineup as my opponent but my team was much higher in team and awakening, and I lost 😡 they obviously throttled my account and it angers me so much.

This game used to be awesome few years back, but since the skins came out it became pay to win. I am a daily free to play player and its getting annoying honestly. Still a beautiful game

They didn't even try to hide it. They took the basic premise, the heroes they changed a tiny bit but they still have the same attacks and specials, the enemies are literally the exact same (the woodlife ones) and the level up / stamina / fusion of items to increase the character's rank is all taken from soul hunters. that's lowkey insane

Interesting game that’s dying on the vine.
The good - Hero’s Charge is an interesting and dynamic game. It has casual PvP meaning while you fight other players, you don’t lose much (e.g. there’s no griefing or camping of players). When someone raids you, you basically lose a small part of what you were gathering/farming so there’s a benefit for raiding others but you never get crippled like some games. While you can spend a lot of money if you want, the game doesn’t feel like you are crippled if you don’t. The devs seem to be adding tweaks and new features to the game (although related to monetization in many cases). The bad - The game is essentially dying because as servers fill up, and people can’t join them but get sent to new ones. As players leave the game (stop playing) others can’t join, and the number of active players there just declines - while many types of raiding are cross server, guild and server level quests and activities don’t so it becomes next to impossible to complete guild activities. If the publishers would clean out stale account records (or discount them from server caps) this problem would go away. In theory you can migrate to servers but only to older ones (which are presumably full). There is very little info from the devs on these capabilities. If you are looking for casual fun, it’s a great game but by the time you get intellectually invested, you will likely hit a wall and become frustrated.

Can’t update game - reinstalled , doesn’t help - now I have to update 320mb instead 750k

UCOOL has destroyed a once amazing strategy game
Before the major changes a couple of years ago, I was able to get all the heroes. Sure, I had to spend $20-30 every so often, but that guaranteed me the hero. Now, I would have to pay $50+ just for a game of chance to earn a crystal that can unlock a hero. I am not gambling away $50 for a slim chance. Heck, I can buy a complete game on Steam for that much… and there would be no need to spend any more money. So, I have now missed out on the last 15+ heroes that have been introduced. Plus, with all the other hero upgrades they keep adding, you have to spend $50+ just to upgrade one of the various features for a hero. So, I am getting beat by people 20 levels lower than me. Obviously, they spent thousands of dollars on this game. I am rarely able to get thru the normal crusade for the same reason. I am level 150, but my highest hero is only level 145. I can’t get enough fruit and gold to level up my heroes. Well, without spending money. At this point I have stopped giving Ucool my money because it is pointless. I can’t keep up with the rich people. Part of me thinks people hack the game or use stolen credit cards, because who in their right mind would spend hundreds of dollars every month on a mobile game. Anyway, avoid this game for now. It is only fun for people willing to spend their entire paycheck to constantly upgrade the heroes.

Constant crashing
The game has the most recent update and I can no longer play long enough to even use all my skill points without the game crashing. Sometimes I’m lucky enough to finish one instance. Fun when it works.

Played for years. Now there’s just too many characters. Was better before when you could spend time developing characters. Now before I can get them levelled up there are new ones. And to level up your team takes foreverrrrrrr now. Just trying get ya spend more money. Slowly loosing interest. Rated this game 5 stars at first. Now barely a 3. Soon be a 2.
