Pay to win Game
Like most games it is easy to start. But very early in the game you will need to start paying to keep up with the difficulty level of the fights. Like the concept and play but hate the pay to win built in to this game.
Bad merge
They just merged servers and now my game is gone. Started me back at level one. They have no clue what they are doing!
To much download
It’s a pretty ok game in general, I guess, anyway aside from all that it just bad at loading the resources when you get the game and that’s it.
Keep losing the game
I am done with this game. Every time there is the slightest hickup I lose the game and have to reinstall. When this happens I lose everything and have to start completely over. This is especially annoying when I have invested funds in the game to collect the bonuses that are offered on a monthly basis. You ppl need to fix this problem!

Crashes a lot, a real waste of time and money
After a few years of playing this game it becomes a waste of time and money. I don’t know why anyone would spend money on this game. The higher your level, the more it crashes. Crashes after almost every battle and when trying to complete most tasks. I finally had to just delete the game.

Love it so far….it’s free to play but I’ve bought a few things to support the makers of the game…..and because there are really cool and valuable packages. Absolutely worth playing!!
Stuck in tutorial
In the tutorial section it stalls at the magic altar. Can’t click on anything. I have a new iPad. It seems like it could be a fun game, but it freezes in the tutorial
Great Game
I really enjoy playing this game and wish I didn’t have to quit. I unlocked Crystal Wasteland, but it closes my game when I enter or shortly after. This eliminates being able to get equipment for my heroes. I reinstalled the game to try and fix it. After the installation my accounts were gone. Thank you for a good time. I wish you guys luck in the future.
Greedy devs
I’ve been playing this game for nearly 2 years now. I’m level 94, VIP 3, so I’ve seen a bunch- and here’s my honest review. The game used to be WAY better. The majority of the updates are pay-to-play driven, And i don’t know if they notice, but they are losing players after every major change- They are slowly taking away everything that you need to upgrade your team/army and making it nearly impossible to get any better without paying real money. The game is still fun, but it seems I’m just on everyday to run through the motions because i know it will be WEEKS before i can get any further. Devs need to realize that the more difficult they make allowing players to get better, the more difficult it will be to hold onto players. If you take away the ability to get better, your going to lose players, and that’s exactly what they’ve done. And then the server merge- LOL. You mean your losing players to the point that one server barely has any active players so you need to merge them together so you bring all the players onto less and less servers. At some point there’s only going to be one server. One last note for the devs- I used to be able to complete every event every month- now i am lucky if i can complete some of them every 3 months. But don’t worry- if you spend some real money you can have an advantage.

This app used to be good. But now it says I need to update and when I download the update it says "downloading resources" but freezes at 99%. Unplayable.

Was great, now entirely pay to play
Most of the (daily) tasks in the game are tedious and offer little reward. Even spending upwards of $100/week won’t guarantee you can complete the weekly challenges. This was something that could previously be completed at little/no cost. As the game population dwindles, the devs alienate their base instead of offering them incentives to stay. Characters you’ve spent literally hundreds of dollars upgrades are nerfed with no ability to redistribute those funds/jade elsewhere. My advice: skip all games from this developer. I would assume similar disappointing end game dynamics with anything they produce.

I still really like this game,been playing for years. Deep and challenging strategy,but I have a suggestion:maybe make a new hero,say a troll,that uses vitality as it’s main stat
Lost their way
The game is great, the devs and admin are horrible. They continually “fix” weekly events to ensure only those willing to spend $$$ or are extreme top level players can complete. They then hide behind offering more of the coveted rewards but at an unattainable level. Once you reach about lvl 90 (max is 110 currently) you stall out if you aren’t spending big money. It takes maybe two months to get to 90 then can take a year to get to 100. These are the players most affected by the mismanagement of the game too weak to gain ground on the top level players and with the changes constantly being made these are the ones that now get further behind even though they state the changes are to “help” these players. If you plan on downloading this game be aware the first month or two you will be addicted you move up fast enemies are at an equal strength as the heroes. But beware once you hit mid 80’s in character level you will start to see the issues, between needing the heroes needed in the last world you are now going to need to work on different heroes to pass the next one but spent all your time leveling up the ones needed earlier and when you finally get them there they will need those and you will be again stuck. I’ve been playing since the early stages and I must say the changes are making the game less and less fun and more and more deflating.

New download won’t work
I have been playing this game for about a year now. I enjoy it, and have made it to lvl 74. However the latest update will not download properly. My IOS is up to date, but the download will go all the way to 99.99% then fail every time. I have not been able to log in since Thursday and have now lost all my login bonuses. Any news on this?
New update not working
The new updated version of the game downloaded last night is giving me a 320 error and won’t launch
Crazy fun
The games really fun and easy to play! The castle was a lot to look at at first, but I got it! I wish there was a bit more streamlined way of going through daily errands though
Game is dead
The Dev’s of the game continue to ignore the players and do exactly what the community does not like. Continuous nerfs on every event and aspect of the game making it impossible to advance without spending enormous amounts of cash. Numerous server merges have been necessary just to keep the major spenders around. Almost all casual players have quit and more then half the remaining players have boycotted spending any more. The Dev’s are just milking what they can from the whales now.

Good, up to a point...
Good little game until you hit level 20ish. At this point your hero's become much less effective. I think the enemy characters suddenly ramp up in power. This means you have to spend money to level yours up to continue playing. The developers should address this balance at a future update if they want to retain players. I'm out!
Excellent Customer Service!!
Not only is this game great and fun to play the customer service is excellent to say the least. Unlike other games I have played and given up on due to the lack of CS and the generic less interactive response given to players this is top notch. Why is that? Well, when I first addressed my issue within 24hrs I got an actual concerned response. After a few back and forth messages my issue and concern was resolved. Very impressed and satisfied. They care and they are there to help the player. Definitely will and would suggest this game not just for the challenging game play, but the EXCELLENT CS you get with it.
Reset after merger
I’ve been playing over a year and was up to level 80 with tons of hero’s and after this new merger update I have to start over, not cool!
Great graphics and action
Repaired bugs few weeks later. I’ve adjusted rating. New victory arena doesn’t work... sigh New update fails to download - 11 Mar 2020. Doesn’t work on iPad or iPhone. Wrote to customer support - after 12 hours no response yet. Previously I wrote: Love the game! One of very few where I will purchase upgrades to advance more quickly. They also don’t beat me up with commercials every 5 minutes - huge thanks... The only reason I’m withholding the 5-star is the general lack of help in menus. There are a lot of options in the game and the newly added crystal wasteland makes things more confusing. The foes we encounter in there are much too advanced for most players to tackle. Some of the BOSSes are also too amped up for us to take out. I’ve been trying to get the Devourer for about 3 weeks now. Still enjoying overall.

Can not load game
1 star for being a decent game. 1 star for good gesture. No more stars as game just keeps saying download failed. Been playing for over a year and now this. Poor . Devs need to get of the coke and fix it.

Another terrible RPG game.
Auto fighting and u can’t even see your character fighting..lol.. Every developer listen up: MMORPG go play WOW classic or Order and Chaos (Mobile).. Open world..free to roam..real dungeons with boss fights...real time pvp with real players. This is how a game should be made and played. I played this game for 2 minutes and deleted.

The levels required to successfully complete some sections almost need to be 10 higher than the opponent level. This required resources and time to build which will ultimately compel one to purchase.

Can you say ‘Snake Juice?’
It can be fun. But when you build up diamonds, (the in-game currency that matters most) through logging in and participating in events daily for a month over, and then you try to use those diamonds to get things the game tells you you can get with them, for some reason, it won’t allow you to use diamonds... It’s BS. After 3 months of collecting diamonds, to use them, I am unable to use them for anything? What the hell did I do it for, then? Going to delete this real quick if they do not address this.
Good 1 issue
Great game, definitely more p2w but you can f2p and get far if you Play enough. Biggest complaint is in regards to crystal wasteland. It is way too easy to click houses when youre hunting for monsters. Especially when your lower lvl and in the event for it. This can cost you the 2 minutes you have to find beatable monsters b4 higher lvl players wipe the map.
The grind will kill you if the poor translations and bizarre gameplay don’t get you first.
The game is quite interesting at first. Nice graphics and ok interface. But the idiotically bad translations had me scratching my head within a few minutes: many read as bad as Google machine translations from Chinese. You progress quite easily at first, though there is little in the way of tutorials. By level 30, I was starting to realize this game required a massive time investment just to understand how to best equip and develop your warriors. And then the numbers of in-game currencies began to multiply, confusing and unnecessary. Then I realised you just need to level your characters and you can blast through anything. In other words all grind, no game. Unless, you want to waste literally weeks of your life deciphering the overcomplexities of this misguided game that seems to go nowhere.
Interesting but not engaging enough
Nice time consumer but the battle sequences are automated (unless I’m doing something very wrong!), meaning you have no control over which targets to attack.
