Game not working when I first download
Just downloaded this game and when it asks me for my birthday, it doesn’t let me type it in and when I click on the boxes the month and day ones say “01” and the year box says “0000” in red for some reason. Please fix this. This bug has been happening since the latest update. I tried reinstalling and it still doesn’t work. Please fix

Pay to win at higher levels
When you’re end-game and play at the newest levels, it’s impossible to beat levels without expending a ton of items. Not fun at all.

Terrible User Sevice
I linked my game to Line via Facebook. However, line discontinued its connection with Facebook. If you don’t have access to your old phone or account, or if you didn’t link Apple ID or email with it, you are screwed. Not able to retrieve my own account with the same phone number. Customer service is also unhelpful. They suggest I get a new line account. Now here disappears my efforts and time toward 2000 stages and years of memory.

Rigged!
This game is ridiculously rigged to get money. They have no problem giving you tons of lives when you buy them but you can’t get no more than 5 when it’s free not worth the download load stealing money equals rigged all the way.

バグ？仕様？
かなり長い期間遊んでいてステージが進むにつれ難易度が上がるのは当然だと思って楽しんでいます。ですが、最近次に投げる色が投げる番になると変わっていることがありバグなのか仕様なのか戸惑っています。以前からフィールドにない色だとある色に変わっていましたが、フィールドにあるにもかかわらず色が変わって、そのまま投げてしまいミスになります。 仕様ならどこかに表記、バグだとしたら改善願います。

Rigged algorithm
It's fun but what's the point of playing when sometimes the game decides for you to lose? Doesn't matter if you don't miss a single shot, the game just decides not to give you the colours even after exhausting through so many bubbles. I can now see why this game is dead. Pathetic

Too hard
The levels get harder and harder for no reason at all, and there’s no way to get gems unless you spend real money. Which makes the game even more impossible to play because the boosters that help you with the game costs gems to use and they cost A LOT.

Fun until you hit a pay wall
You get to a point where you have to use items to advance. I made it pretty far but stopped when I had to keep using extra bubbles that my pet created to advance. Also, you need some luck as the right bubbles don't always appear.

Controlled unfair game
It's a fun game, BUT They make you to win or not. If LINE allows you to pass the stage, they will give you the balls you need. If LINE wants you to fail, you won't get the right color balls to pass.
Almost mission impossible
Why make the levels after 100 so difficult that the colour you need does not come out at all even with many bubbles to spare???

They intentionally give u the wrong colors or non contingent colors. The layout is done by color grouping and upon spawn, it’s intentionally different colors, until u waste a couple fires, then they give u the contingent colors , as if it’s by luck

Since two days ago, the apps prompts for version update. It would not allow me to go into game mode. At the apps store, it shows the apps is already up to date, no later version. I have no idea what's going on.
