Application au top, rarement des beugs et tout est clair, petite suggestion, ajouter une notification lorsque une facture est disponible
Fix your login page
Used to be a great app - not sure what’s wrong lately. The login page bounces back frequently and requires to log in every time and to add some frustration, the keyboard cannot be swiped down when you enter your login and password which means that effectively you cannot login in with an app.
Just use the website.
Please just use the website. It does way more and works on mobile also.

Commerciële notificaties
Stuurt notificaties voor publicitaire doeleinden (eerst iets met VTM. Nu iets van voetbal). Niet fijn. En verboden volgens de App Store regels van apple, trouwens. (2.5.18 Display advertising should be limited to your main app binary, and should not be included in extensions, App Clips, widgets, notifications, keyboards, watchOS apps, etc. )
App werk niet
Al enkele dagen wilt de app niet laden. Heeft steeds goed gewerkt tot een dag of 5 geleden.

App does what it needs to do, but it’s nothing to write home about. One major point of frustration is that after opening the app, I have to select my number first EVERY TIME. I only have one product, so the choice is unnecessary. Could easily be fixed with a simple rule in the UI (if 1product, skip screen, or whatever :-))

It used to be a great app. Some idiot decided to push ads through the app. I'm a paying customer. I don't want to see your damn ads and 3rd party discounts!!!

Trop cher par rapport à digi et hey ! Il est temps à Proximus et donc à mobile viking de proposer des tarifs plus compétitifs afin de ne pas perdre ses clients existants ! 5 euros/mois pour dès appels et sms illimités et 15go chez digi…

Je comprend pas le fonctionnement des viking deals, je suis les étapes mais une fois arrivé sur la page du partenaire il ne se passe strictement rien au mieux on me propose dans lapp store d’oùvrir l’application en question mais il ne se passe rien. Dommage pas au point

Viki deals
Sinds april kan ik krijg ik geen Vikideals bij mijn aankopen dat ik via de app doe. Mijn instellingen zijn in orde. Het is niet 1 maar meer dan 10 deals. Ik heb een mail gestuurd, maar het is een automatische antwoord en niet gericht op mijn probleem. Kwaliteit en klantenservice gaat al een tijdje achteruit en ik maak me zorgen…

Ads in notifications
Had to turn off notifications because I got an add for TUI pushed to me every day of the week last week. Something with “snow in the app” that didn’t make sense at all for an app I use to get mobile credit and see my SIM card status. Please stick with the normal provider things and don’t push ads to me every day.

Overschakelen naar herlaadkaart geeft geen opties weer.
Heel gebruiksvriendelijk
De app is heel gebruiksvriendelijk, om door te klikken naar webshops voor aankopen te doen waarmee je vikingpunten voor in de plaats krijgt, staat heel goed uitgelegd wanneer de punten vrij komen en hoeveel je er krijgt op het totale aankoopbedrag. Ook wijzigingen in facturatie of manuele betalingen direct in de app zijn heel gebruiksvriendelijk.

In het begin werkte deze app prima. Nu, na een paar updates, opent hij wel, maar functioneert hij totaal niet meer! Spijtig! Heeft er iemand hiervoor een oplossing?

Sinds de laatste update loopt de app weer muurvast…… krijg er geen beweging in. Jammer!!!

After entering a wrong pw upon the login, app does not refresh back to login page or shows pw recovery option. A black screen appears without navigation buttons. Device: iPhone 11, iOS v. 16.2

Goede app met als enige minpunt dat je voor je profiel nog naar de website zal doorgestuurd worden.

Topping up prepaid cards not working very well.
The past few times that I’ve topped up my card it sticks on the payment page after payment. (Same with everyone else I know) The only way out is to click on cancel, but the payment is credited anyway despite what the app says. Just be careful not to pay twice! The credit however can take a while to be added so don’t leave it until you really need it, you could have a wait.
