Игра, по идее, рассчитана на ностальгирующих по советскому детству и игровым автоматам «Морской бой». Но ни графикой, ни игровым процессом тем игровым автоматам не соответствует. Еще и стоимость игры более 600 рублей в неделю. Но правда, есть пробный период (которым я воспользовался, чтобы оценить игру). Классическое приложение-ловушка. То есть, ты его устанавливаешь, включаешь пробный период. А потом удаляешь, но подписку удалить забываешь. А после пробного, автоматически наступает платный — разработчикам профит!

Great game but…
I played this game a year or two ago and it was amazing fun but after re-downloading it recently all of my progress is lost, I can’t restore it through apple or anything and I now need to get ‘energy’ or something, to play more levels. I also don’t really like the fact that you now need to be a certain level to have radar. Apart from this it’s an amazing game and the new enemies/ships are a great addition.
When hitting a fuel vessel when friendly ships are mot there
When I shot a normal torpedo at a fuel ship it exploded but a hospital ship sinked further away from the blast

What could have been a gem of a game has been taken hostage of greed.
1. From the get go, any game which has an “energy” system where you can only play a few games bet hour already looses a rating. It’s a feeble attempt at making money but ends up in me not wanting to support the company. 2. Constant micro transactions and ads. I get it - you guys need to make your bag, but you should realise that with your current plan you’re gonna be squeezing out money from people who can throw it away. Instead, just keep it to a shop, and NO subscription. Subscription for a retro game? Seriously? If there was way less annoying monetisation, I would actually WANT to spend money on it, not because I HAVE to to actually progress, and even play the game! (Silly energy system from earlier) 3. Everything costs gems. Linking on to my second point, practically everything costs gems - the hardest currency to get (except maybe energy (in case you haven’t guessed, I’m not a fan of the energy system)) all the unique weapons, bonuses like stealth torpedoes and stuff (I can respect that) but diving and laser pointer also costs gems. I feel like all the gem costs everywhere discourages me from playing (and supporting) further. Therefore, what could have been a gem of a game, can only receive 3 stars from me.

After taking a long vacation from this game, I decided to try it again. I must say, it has greatly improved, and most of the glitches seem to have been fixed. I completed ALL of the games in the Easy mode, and am now on game 350 in the Hard mode. This game is definitely challenging and fun to play. I haven't had to the use too many of the secret weapons yet, but I'm sure they will come in handy in the upper levels. Thank You Spooky House, for improving the game and providing a fun and challenging experience. DangerDog
This is like Battle Ship board game.
This review is for the new way of playing You Sunk that was available when I opened the app this morning. When I started the game I noticed it had changed to a Battle Ship board game style. I wanted to play the old style, shooting torpedoes, but couldn’t find a way to go back to the old style game. I played it once and do not like it. Now the game is just a guessing game to find the enemy ships. I like the original game because for me, it is more challenging. It requires calculating the speed of the enemy ships before firing the torpedo. Especially when I am aiming to get four points for every torpedo I fire at the enemy ships. I have to be precise to hit the section of the ships that give four points. It is also very challenging to try to sink many ships that have turned red and are firing torpedoes from everywhere in order to sink my sub. I like the previous version of the game because I feel it helps with my motor skills and timing skills. For me the Original is 5 stars and the New board game is mmm.. maybe 1 star.
What I would like to see
Re work the medals & Ribbons section. Allow people to grow rank. That section has great potential and fun. Make them more permanent. Sink an aircraft carrier? Reset hi scores. People are in the millions? Cmon!

was 2/5 not good frustrating … but i’ve noticed the devs always respond so 3/5
ok at first had promise and I only played it to get some money but then I realized I would have to beat 300 levels which to be fair was stated up front but would have been frustrating since the controls that weren’t too sensitive at first soon became so when the game gets harder and usually not a problem I like a challenge but spinning around in circles getting torpedoed from all sides metaphorically since a circle has no sides or is all one side whatever is frustrating then you have to watch a lot of ads in order to even get to play the next level let alone even win with the use of power ups some of which seemed permanent for a long time but weren’t after a while which was frustrating and hence this review instead of writing to support which would have to be an email from what I saw and from what I know about myself would have been frustrating like reading one long unpunctuated sentence … but i’ve noticed the devs always respond so 3/5

Another Great Game RUINED
Well, I thought it was going to be fun; however, DEVELOPER GREED has ruined another game. Before you even play the game, they’re trying to hit you up for a subscription. Every 5 seconds they are trying to squeeze nickels out of you to the point it’s not even fun. This is to be expected—-game developers won’t settle for selling their game for a one time fair price. No, instead, they want to use the nickel & dime theory to interfere with game play so obnoxiously it Totally ruins the experience. Sorry—truth hurts.

New Update Made It Complicated…
The new update tried to improve the game, I can appreciate that. A graphics overhaul, redesigned gameplay, new ships, and new enemies. It’s not working right, though. The upgrades for the new ships are as extremely expensive as the original ship was, and coins still take far too long to farm. The redesigned torpedo shot slightly changed the all-important timing players were previously used to, and shots no longer hit where intended. The tankers were a nice addition, but the computer uses them against you. Enemy ships passing directly in front of them pass by unharmed while friendly ships almost seem to get targeted by fallout, while moving offscreen while it explodes almost ensures that a friendly ship mysteriously shows up to get hit that wasn’t even there a moment ago. The massive amount of included ships makes it near impossible to shoot one without alerting others, while ships previously out of range now mysteriously get alerted when they shouldn’t. Enemy ships also seem to get stuck behind friendly ships now, forcing misses to antagonize them out of hiding. Overall, I’m finding that I now have to repeat levels multiple times to beat them due to some pretty unfair mechanics. In a game with a seemingly endless level compliment, having trouble like this a few hundred levels in will all but ensure I lose interest enough to give up. The game needs to stay as fun as possible, and the negative aspects of the new update really hurt that enjoyment. Please tune things better to your players. Increase coins earned at least double what we now have, make tankers less likely to hit friendly ships, and find a way to solve the random alerting.

Send Victoria to the Bottom
The recent “upgrade” that includes Victoria constantly popping up asking if you wish to “alert friendly ships” needs an option to be disabled. Each time she pops up it causes a delay in the users ability to move the periscope. This has caused me to be hit by torpedoes or miss enemy ships I was aiming at. I don’t see any value in this new feature and would like to be able to turn it off.

Watch out, it pops up icons that look part of the game. Next thing you know it takes a payment for in game coins. Theft
Gone down-hill
This used to be gem of a game, but since the last update with the fancy explosions, it’s now developed some bugs. When you hit a large ship in the middle, it explodes and vanishes, however it now seems to be invisible. You can still see the red blip on the radar. This means you now have to hit what is in essence a cloaked ship. Also the power ups don’t continue work once activated… you have to deactivate and then reactivate them if playing more than one game in a row. Finally that annoying pop-up woman on the 360 degree aiming strip at the bottom of the screen is so distracting. Please add a way to enable or disable her from constantly appearing on the guidance controls. Look forward to the bug fixes and hopefully enjoying the game again.
