What people like
- Workouts are easy on your joints.
- Great for beginners who haven't exercised.
- You can actually feel the burn.
- Very low impact and gentle.
What they complain about
- Support never replies to complaints.
- Exercises get repetitive and boring.
- Free trial cuts off too soon.
- App bugs block you from starting.
1st workout
This workout was just what I needed. My 1st pilates session and I loved it. I definitely felt a burn but it didn’t feel like torture. I set an alarm to keep myself motivated for daily workouts.
Stopped Working after paying subscription
Too many issues with this app- it used to link up to my iwatch and register my workouts. Now have to pull another app to register my workouts. Now after renewing my subscription- it’s not allowing me to get past the initial screening of male/female, what areas to focus screen just stays stuck and can not press the pink Continue button. Paid and now cannot use- and no ability to get refund.
Perfect for biggner’s
Short time, not very hard, but just right for biggners.
Connection problems and no customer support
Had a lot of trouble loading. It took several attempts before it would play. Workouts were fine. I reached out to customer service because of the discrepancy between what I was supposed to be charged and what I was going to be charged. Never heard back so cancelled before my account was officially charged.
Not challenging
Exercises are repetitive and simplistic
Just for me
All I ever wanted in one app
Bug
App has a bug unable to download workout.
Good but changes needed
I liked the app and how it marks your goal and stuff like that but I didn’t like how on my 4th day I couldn’t do it beacuse apparently my free trail was over I was seeing changes I want to do it agin but over all relly good app! (Warning on your fourth day it might cut you off and It might say you need to buy premium to continue)
I love the workout
The work outs are exactly what I needed since I haven’t worked out in years
Not a free trial
Says you can try it for free for a week. I tried to start my 4th day and am prompted to purchase. That is really disappointing for an app I was really enjoying.
So far, so good.
as of right now, i have the full free version (I did not opt into the free trial). The workouts are easy enough for my health issues, the workouts feel worth while. They are VERY low impact workouts. I have only been on for 4 days and i am impressed, ive lost 2 pounds so far but obviously, it is too soon to have a completely fair or relevant review. ⚠️UPDATE⚠️ The free version without the free trial only lets you do 4 days worth of the daily workouts picked for you. My progress is now stagnant but in 7 days I lost a total of 6 lbs. when i get back to work, i will probably look into paying for it but i am not sure.
sweat out
Loved the movement
Don’t get caught
Not a free trial - charged when google ad says free
Not a bad app
I don’t usually leave reviews on apps.. but this one isn’t bad. Yes, you do have to pay to unlock more workouts, but what doesn’t have you do that these days? The workouts that are free on here work just fine for me. My one little issue is when you’re doing the cross one leg over the other stretch, the directions are switched, but not that big of a deal to me. Hope it gets fixed though for the other people that use this app so the same thing isn’t mentioned over and over in the future (if it’s not mentioned already).
Thank you
Love this app. I just completed day 20 and do see results. I love it so much it is the first thing I do after getting out of bed in the morning.
Stops working then charges
Started using this app, then had an injury and had to wait, the app would not let me continue without more payment and now I’m being charged $38 dollars - beware, this app rips you off!!
Nice a quick
It’s a quick workout with lots of stretches that helps you feel accomplished and limber.
1st day
Yay
Customization
I can’t seem to get past the customization menu. When asked which areas I want to focus on, the continue button lights up but no amount of tapping will let me get through to the next screen. A bug?
Love this program
Love love love
Beginners Pilates
So far I like the way it’s put together the app and it’s easy to use and I’ll be 45 in March and I’ve lost already and then then I started at 181 and I’m down to like 140-142 it just depends on the day just to be honest, but I have not worked out at all and that’s what I wanted to start doing because I don’t want to just have lost the weight I lost. I want to tone my body back and feel stronger and I wanna be able to do Pilates. It looks like it’s a very good one for your joints and all that. So so far so good.
Very good
This app very good
Awesome app
I can feel the difference from start to the finish. Now my body feels great. That’s why is I like this fitness app.
