Works perfectly well
This app works just fine as your typical basic transport app! In 2026, I had no trouble at all buying a ticket with it and using (scanning) it on board the bus. I just thought I’d write this down since the only review text from a couple of years earlier claims it doesn’t work.
Horrible
It really feels like this app only exists to try to stick tourists with unfair fines. Around half of the buses accept tap to pay, but for the rest you must preplan and prepay your journey through this app using a slow and confusing ui. Good luck figuring this out while standing in the middle of a moving bus.
Gut aber ausbaufähig
Habe die App in meinem Urlaub genutzt und habe immer gute Verbindungen gefunden. Allerdings fand ich es sehr schade, dass hier nur die Bezahlung via Kreditkarte möglich ist. Somit konnte ich mir kein Ticket in der App kaufen und musste immer beim Busfahrer zahlen. Außerdem wäre es praktisch, wenn man den Südtirol Pass in die App integrieren könnte, sodass man nicht immer das Papierticket mitnehmen und scannen müsste, sondern das auch bequem digital „abstempeln“ könnte
Seit neusten lässt sich der App ein bisschen nach
Von die wichtigsten Meldungen wie Streik oder Umleitungen (PUSH-Mitteilungen) auf die komplizierten strecken mit gewisse sinnlosen umsteigen Sonst ist der App nicht so schlecht und auch nicht so kompliziert

you have to be within the area/region that it covers in order for you to properly buy a ticket but most buses have contactless anyway so i dont see the absolute need. the times and updates are live and on time 75% of the times
Commuter Warning!
If your hotel offers you a free bus service ticket, don’t lose it! Absolute disaster of an app. The interface is a mess, and it forces you to plot a full route just to buy a simple day ticket—totally useless when you’re in a rush. To make matters worse, tickets often vanish right after you pay for them. Don't risk getting stuck at the station with no proof of purchase. Stick to getting a physical ticket if you can.
Integrierter SüdtirolPass wünschenswert!
Es wäre noch schön, wenn man den SüdtirolPass mit der App verbinden könnte, um Fahrten und die eigene Historie einsehen zu können und somit auch, was man für eine gerade gebuchte Fahrt bezahlt hat. Außerdem wünschenswert: eine Möglichkeit zum Scannen/Piepsen mit sem Smartphone (via Code) direkt, falls man den Pass mal zu Hause vergessen hat!

Ok aber warum kann man die Zahlungsmethode nicht speichern?
Ich fahre nur ab und zu und ich nutze gerne das mobile Ticket aber die Tatsache, dass man mitten auf der Straße die Kreditkartennummer eintippen muss, ist leider unmöglich. Gerne Besserung erwünscht.

Wir sind kreuz und quer mit unserer Gästekarte durch Südtirol und die App war unser treuer Begleiter. Narrensicher zu bedienen und mit allen Infos, die man unterwegs braucht.
The most complicated non-sensical app i’ve ever used
Only good for seeing bus and train time tables, if you are a local with a südtirol pass, good luck it’s horrible trying to do anything and you can’t get help online just so stupid you can’t even redet your password like who can’t even design a website correctly
Tolle Hilfe für Touristen
Wir haben sehr gute Erfahrungen mit der App in unserem Urlaub gemacht und empfehlen sie gerne weiter. Die Zeiten haben immer gestimmt. Von anderen Apps kenne ich die Funktion, dass man per GPS auf einer Karte sehen kann, wo man gerade ist und wann die Haltestelle kommt, an der man aussteigen muss. Das ist beim Busfahren in Städten sehr hilfreich.
Gut aber viele Bug‘s
Die app ist meiner Ansicht nach innovativ aber… -Digitale Zahlungsvarianten umständlich. Kein GPay oder Applepay oder Satispay… -Tracking der Fahrzeuge ungenau. Sie werden anhand des Zeitplans abgespielt. Verspätungen werden teils nicht eingespeist. - ich konnte ein halbes jahr nich die mobile Entwertung nutzen. Support war nicht hilfreich
Nicht schlecht, aber ..
App funktioniert gut, aber dass man bei jedem Ticket-Kauf die gesamten Kreditkarten-Daten erneut eingeben muss, ist etwas grotesk? Apple oder Google Pay Integration ist mittlerweile Standard, liebe Freunde.
Super App
Als Tourist ein unbedingtes Must. Funktioniert hervorragend und man kann ganz einfach von einen Standort und Ziel sehen wieweit die Nächste Haltestelle ist und wann eventuell umgestiegen werden muss etc. Hat mir im Urlaub das Leben erheblicher erleichtert. Danke

Bus timetables are fictional. I could buy tickets but there were no buses for an hour when the app said there should be 3!
Very useful app
Easy to use & reliable (though I think it uses timetabled times, not live ones). It would be a good idea to advertise this app at tourist offices, rather than just giving out complex & incomplete timetable booklets!!
Ok unless you want multiple tickets
I’m a guide that travels with clients. Why should I need to give you their names to buy a ticket for a short rail journey. This is stupid and I’m sure not legit for data protection legislation. Change this now.

Wir haben die App für die Buchung der Busse und Züge unseres Ski-Urlaubs genutzt. Es lassen sich super einfach damit die Fahrpläne durchsuchen und Tickets kaufen. Tolle App!
Tickets Don’t Work
Saw a review that said the same, tried anyways. For the first bus it worked! Second it didn’t… How can that possibly be a problem? It’s your only job….

Bella e comoda peccato che se compri i biglietti e non li usi subito non rimangono in memoria ma dopo un po’ si cancellano, però i li paghi 😀😀

Zahlungsmittel hinterlegen?
Die an sich praktische und gut gestaltete App hat einen entscheidenden Nachteil. Man muss bei jedem Ticket wieder die Kreditkarteninformationen neu eingeben! Auch stehen keine anderen Zahlungsmittel zur Verfügung. In welchem Zeitalter sind die Urheber hängen geblieben?
Funktioniert aber umständlich
Ich muss bei jeder Buchung wieder Daten Kunde und Kreditkarte eingeben was leider sehr umständlich ist . Speicherung Daten bzw. Paypal wäre wünschenswert !

Ich verstehe nicht, warum hier viele die App so runter machen. An ein paar Ecken und Kanten ist sie noch ausbaufähig, bietet jedoch ein gutes Gesamtpaket und ist einfach zu handhaben. Empfehle ich gerne weiter!
Tickets don’t work
Used the app 4 or 5 times to takes busses around Bolzano and the tickets wouldn’t work on the bus. Luckily the drivers were very nice and waved us through since we had proof of payment. But sometimes even in the app I’d bring up my tickets and the QR code would fail to render. Also, when traveling with a family it was difficult to buy tickets because every time we made a purchase we had to re-enter all or our names and payment information. Would be nice if that was saved to make it faster to buy last minute tickets at the bus stop.

Leider nur Visa - kein Apple Pay, kein Paypal. So musste ich das Ticket widerwillig am Schalter kaufen.

2 Wochen hier. Zeigte alle busverbindungen um Innichen herum an-perfekter Busbegleiter. Zug wird auch angezeigt, habs das aber nicht vertieft.
Tickets don’t work - Bring cash instead
This app does not work, I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought several tickets and all of them did not work when scanned on the bus. We were lucky that one bus driver allowed us in but another almost did not allow us on the last bus of the day, despite re-buying the tickets on the app in front of him. Thankfully a kind stranger gave us cash to pay for the fare. If you are traveling to the Dolomites, bring cash for your bus fares!!

Im 21 Jahrhundert sollten Apps bereits weiterentwickelt sein. Schon mal digital hier ein urban Ticket gekauft? Bei den Eingaben etc. hofft man, dass der Bus Verspätung hat! Nichts zu speichern, kein Profil, kein Apple Pay und nur Visa. Für Touristen richtig….. Andere Städte machen es vor wie es schnell, einfach und pragmatisch geht.
App utile ma incompleta
L’app la ritengo molto utile ma nella versione precedente era visibile in tempo reale anche la posizione del bus atteso. Ora è visibile solo la tratta con le rispettive fermate ma non l’effettiva posizione. Peccato, era una funzione utilissima per gestire che era d’aiuto per gestire i tempi con tutta tranquillità.

‘server not available’ error when trying to purchase tickets
Error has existed for several days. App is up-to-date, on iOS. This should be a priority 1 fix, but as far as I can tell, the development doesn’t seem to be aware or care.

Planung einer Fahrt unmöglich. Trotz Eingabe der korrekten Haltestellen für Start und Ziel werden teilweise Fahrten in der Gegenrichtung mit in der Planung angegeben. Somit ist die Planung total unübersichtlich.
Eigentlich cool, aber schon Verbesserungswürdig
Einige Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Es braucht eine Möglichkeit Tickets in der App zu kaufen. - Wenn man Verbindungen sucht, und dann auf „später“ klickt kommt nur eine einzige spätere Verbindung. Da müssten mindesten 4-5 spätere Verbindungen auf einmal angezeigt werden. - Wenn man scrollt müsste die Seite „anschupfbar“ sein, und nicht sobald der Finger das Glas verlässt die ganze Seite stehen bleiben.

App can’t load tickets
Bought the tickets through the app but after the while, the app can’t connect to the server so the tickets bought can’t be found. Tried for a few hours and had to rebuy the tickets. Such an impractical app.

Mobilcard lässt sich nicht bestellen - Server nicht erreichbar :-(
Falsche Daten!
Leider momentan unbrauchbar, da die Fahrplanzeiten teilweise nicht passen und damit nicht verlässlich! Desweiteren lässt ein die App vom Bahnhof zum Busbahnhof (eingegebenes Endziel) laufen obwohl alle SAD-Busse dort enden! Hoffe das sich schnell etwas ändert! Die Idee ist super! Auch nächste Bahnhöfe ist schlecht! Wenn ich in Bozen bin, erscheint mir der Bahnhof in Fortezza, aber Bozen hat angeblich keinen!! Nachtrag. Leider stürzt die App jedesmal ab, wenn man sich die Hinweise anschauen möchte. Hoffe das dieses Problem kurzfristig gelöst wird. Das Problem besteht jetzt schon ewig. Die Fahrplanzeiten sind besser geworden.
