App doesn’t allow you to update anything aside from date but your profile is not able to be changed
Once I put a picture I’m not able to change it no matter how much I tried. I tried contacting support multiple times and they have not gotten back to me and it’s been 3 months or longer now
No symptom tracking until 5 weeks.
This app is great and I love it-I have all of Glow’s apps. Warning to those who found out they were pregnant early like me: you cannot track symptoms until 5 weeks because apparently you wouldn’t have any symptoms until then… please do with that info what you will. I have, in the meantime, been tracking my symptoms in another app. Really unfortunate.
Not able to obtain my old info
I started using this app back in 2018. I have all my old baby bump photos saved in here for all of my pregnancies now I cannot get any of them off because they decided to delete everything. It sucks because I truly wanted my photos.
Ads, notifications, and sales
The app is nice the information is good. But even paying for premium I get tons of ads, my partner gets no access to our logs and I can’t turn off old notifications or ads. I also can’t add my latest bumpie it just won’t save. It’s super glitchy and getting more annoying by the week. It’s become more annoying than what I paid for which btw was the lifetime premium membership... I have tried to contact customer service multiple times- and they are non-existent for this app. I did a lot of research for what features for wanted in a tracking app and my recommendation would be go with Baby Center or something else. Willing to update if they ever get their experience right.

Seems great but I can’t experience the most basic feature such as the today page. No matter what I do I keep receiving an error message l. Hope it can be fixed. I’ve used the eve app since 2029 love it. Want to love this too.
Used to be great
This app has fallen since I first started using it 7 years ago. It’s now filled with ads - even as a premium member - and the community is pushed way too much for how toxic it is. I just want to see a visual of my baby and learn about where I am in its development. The widget has been broken my entire pregnancy too. So that’s a rip off. I’m really bummed about the direction of the app in general.

Good app but…
Love the app, but I wish they would add the year to the community comments. It’s frustrating not knowing who and what comments are from years before and current. In multiple occasions I commented under people on different subject only to find out it’s from years prior. Would love for you guys to update this and not only include the month and day but also the year!
Unable to claim Free $35 mama box
Cant find anywhere to email them about this issue; just redirects me to a “Help” page that isn't helpful. Says in their app once something $10+ has been purchased from amazon registry you can claim a free $35 welcome box, no matter how many times I put my registry link in it makes me readd it. If someone could please reach out since you dont give us the option to, that would be awesome.
Better apps exist
I will start with the positives- I love the weekly updates and the daily articles. I love that there are number of free articles a week. I appreciate the curated information. I like that it’s synced to the other Glow apps. Somethings I would like to see improved- the ads are a little much, including the product pushing in the free articles. The Shop feature is not very helpful beyond pushing specific products. Babylist is better in this area. Why I deleted- I have decided to delete the app and the reason is Glow Community. I wish there was a way to turn off Glow Community. Within Glow Community, the downvotes are discouraging and the comments are often not very nice with very little monitoring beyond limiting profanity. It is pretty toxic and disheartening. I would probably use Nurture again if I could turn off Glow Community. But until then, I am using different apps to track my pregnancy.

These used to be an excellent set of apps! Now they are overrun with ads, even if you pay.
I bought the lifetime subscription after baby #1 so we could always put in all the info and track all the things (little did I know I wouldn’t care as much with the following kiddos 🤪) but it’s still a big help. But now you get an ad every time you open the app and it’s covered in things they’re trying to sell you.
Good app, but so much advertising
I liked this app for pregnancy tracking. I decided to purchase the paid version to unlock all the features. I actually stopped using it because I got so frustrated with the nonstop advertisements that it has even with the paid versions. Multiple notifications a day for ads, popups in the app, etc. paying $35 for an app shouldn’t leave you getting 4+ advertisements daily that you have to click multiple buttons to close out of. Annoying.
Doesn’t work half the time
Whenever I screenshot cannot go back to where I originally was at. Cannot find topics at all at random times of the day. Very frustrating

Cluttered and irritating
I got this app due to its ability to sync with Apple Health and based on images of the info and stats cards on the home page. I wish there was more ability to customize the content (especially having paid for Premium!), because oh man there is a LOT of junk cluttering this app up. I don’t want to see photos of strangers’ pregnancy tests. I don’t want “special offers,” reminders to get Glow Baby eight months from now, or to see Glow hawking their vitamins (again, I paid for this, and I opted out of “interest-based ads,” so why am I seeing ads before I can see my own weight??). This app has all the pieces to be good—it’s just hiding the quality content behind junk.
Good but could be better
It’s a pretty decent app even though the community aspect is impossible to work out , but the daily logging is easy enough , one thing I would change is that if you take a screenshot of the app it takes you to a different pop up screen , which you can’t get rid of unless you close and reopen the app , which is super annoying when I want to send my husband a screenshot of baby’s size or whatever.

I absolutely LOVE this app!! I love the 3d image of what my baby looks like at each stage, all the information and articles, and I especially love the community section where you can make posts and reply to other people’s posts. So great for that support you really need while you’re going through pregnancy, esp if you’re doing it alone (without a partner). I’ve found the support from this app to be so beyond helpful!
Scam!! Don’t download
I was early pregnant and downloaded a few apps to see which one I wanted to subscribe to. Did the same process with all I tried, signed up for the free trial. I pressed to sign up for the free trial on this app and it automatically right then and there charged me the yearly fee of 35.99. I looked in my subscriptions and was shocked to see the app renews in 1 year- without my consent. Don’t even know how to get my money back. So fraudulent and upsetting.

Too Many Ads
Paid for premium and turned off all options for ads yet still keep receiving notifications about products to buy and emails of which I cannot unsubscribe from. It’s rather annoying and disruptive.
Difficult to navigate
For the most part the app is okay. When I go to try and report a problem or send feedback I can’t because nothing shows up. I don’t really like the community side because it is hard finding the conversations you were reading unless you commented or you have to go down this trail to figure out what group it was in and it doesn’t always show up when you search it. Also I don’t like that when you are tracking pregnancy there aren’t a lot of symptoms to document. If they would update and increase the symptoms list that would be great! If you’re wanting to track your pregnancy I don’t think this app has enough if you want a detailed tracking experience.

This app is not what it used to be. I used to love this AI and recommend it to everyone I knew. My kids are 6 and 7. I am now 6w3d pregnant, and I have apparently read the last article I can without paying. What a disappointment. Now I have to search for a new app to use 😔 I can’t believe you guys would destroy a great app like that. On top of that, it is full of a lot of ads. You’d think with that many ads, they wouldn’t need to charge an outrageous amount. If it was at least a 1 time payment, would be 1 thing. But nope, you pay monthly or yearly

Was a great app for keeping track of days, baby size and cool facts about your baby. Could do with less advertising tho.
Not loving after using Glow
This app is soooo busy and things are popping up everywhere. I have premium (ad free) but it is constantly asking me to sign up for free items or purchase things. I just want to simply track my pregnancy and get forecasts. Not user friendly at all. Even though I paid for it, I have switched to a different app to track. I enjoyed Glow so much so it’s sad to have to give up on this app.

App no longer working
Paid for this app with baby number 1. Worked great, paid for the whole Glow premium thing. Getting the app to get baby number 2 to work has been so trying that I would never again use this app if I hadn’t already paid for it. Plus I paid to get rid of the ads, they still have ads, they just call them partnerships or something like that changes how annoying they are. Was 5 star, now 1.

Good App
Paid for a year before I got pregnant and used it up to now that my subscription has run out. There isn’t much difference between paying and not paying. Articles can be very short and uninformative. Most of them are. Now I am not a member I receive emails with daily updates on my pregnancy which I didn’t get when I was a member. Also, most of people’s comments are from way back, years and years ago of updates. You can tell by other people commenting and the amount of likes a comment gets the date of the comment is not even stated. All this is quite misleading. I wouldn’t pay for the app again.
Lifesaver
I would have been lost without this app. It was the basis of everything I knew throughout pregnancy, and today ai am delivering. What a blessing!
Get rid of version 11.3.0 NOW!
this went from being my favorite pregnancy app to being one I can’t even stand to use in a single day. this update got rid of the calendar that allowed me to scroll and track how far along I am/would be with future events. I also was tracking my prenatals, as well as symptoms, appointments, reminders through the calendar, and I could see it all at once. now, I can only see the day that I’m logging. That’s absolutely insane! Why would you guys get rid of the calendar?!?!
Easy to use
I really like the logs and the articles. Not a fan of not being able to read more than 5 articles per week for free on the free plan. The information available is convenient but can be found for free on the internet.
It’s ok
This app seems quite cool for building community but the daily “fun facts” are so basic some days it feels like a waste of time opening the app. Pregnancy is amazing and there are so many interesting things to explore, such as what is happening at each stage to your baby. I don’t know why the app chooses to write such general boring and unhelpful facts for the day.
Too American oriented
I like the information that I get but all the people using it tend to be American with the exception of the odd Australian. This skews the information too much.

Way better before
I used this for my pregnancy in 2021 and it was great! I go to use it for my 2nd pregnancy for 2023 and it’s so difficult to navigate through and the ads are terrible. It’s very pushy to buy/ subscribe.

Concept is good…
It doesn’t sync with the TTC app. So you have to renter any calendar info that you want to carry over. And despite having premium, I can’t access any of the premium content. It doesn’t function as well as the TTC app. I’ll probably move on from Glow products now that I’ve accomplished pregnancy.
Not very diverse
I absolutely love receiving the Glow emails every day and often share these with my wife. I was upset today to see that it was just considering partners as men - it’s 2021 so there’s many different types of families.
