Hey Mbc your app is amazing but there’s a problem when I want to watch some anime let’s take Demon slayer as an example there’s no subtitles. It’s all in Japanese and I don’t understand it so if you can add English subtitles that will make your app 10 times better for everyone please reply because this is urgent !

Too much ads
this is so annoying like why is there 5 or 6 ads in every episode that is clear that shahid is obliging us to get the vip not recommended

Content Is Perfect, Streaming Quality Isn’t
I like the variety of shows and movies on Shahid — especially the Turkish, Korean, and American content. I also appreciate that they remove inappropriate scenes. But the HD quality needs improvement. I can watch the same shows on other platforms with much better clarity. If they fix the streaming quality, the app would be perfect.

Latest update review
The update has a bug lacking the sign in as a partner for all sling and dish subscribers instead only asking for a landline

There are always problems with downloading episodes. Also I hate that you removed Love for Rent, and even when it was still there, the original audio wasn’t available, why??

Frustrating experience with sudden, aggressive ads on free content
I have been using the Shahid app for a while now to see some series that is explicitly classified as "free" Initially, the experience was great and everything worked perfectly. However, over the time, the app has started forcing me to watch an overwhelming number of unskippable ads. It completely ruins the viewing experience. If a show is labeled as free, it shouldn't suddenly be cluttered with aggressive advertising that disrupts the flow. Please fix this ad frequency issue, as it is making the app highly frustrating to use.
