Things definitely have improved since the launch of this app! I love it now and hope it continues to be like this! I don't mind paying for the subscription.

Great app, missing english subtitles for movies and tv shows
Please add subtitles to all offerings on WATCH IT, it would be very helpful and I would pay for a premium package without a doubt.

How come the application is not broadcasting via wifi to other screens? Bluetooth? Really ??
Commercial issue
The platform has many shows that I truly enjoy. However, I would like to suggest paying more attention to the commercials. I’m an Egyptian living in the U.S., yet I keep receiving Spanish ads, and the same commercial repeats more than eight times consecutively. It would greatly improve the experience if the ads were more relevant and less repetitive. I don't even speak Spanish !!

Some issues
I experienced some lag and buffering, and the video quality was not clear. I checked my internet connection and tested other apps, and everything was working fine, so the issue seems to be with the platform.
Where’s the English subtitles
I was hoping to see English subtitles especially on new shows like what we get on Shahid. Several members of my family miss out on understanding the Egyptian dialect and I have to translate for them. This takes away from the immersive experience that your high quality new shows offer the viewers. It’s unfortunate I must say.
Ramadan series, browsing and discovery without subscription and free content
Please, I want you to do it for me free browsing and free discovery, for example, if I enter the series section, it will work in addition to the free content and adding Gulf, Kuwaiti, Syrian and Lebanese series, and the next update is an integrated free trial without and with a subscription. When you enter the application without a subscription at length, the application opens with a new interface, and when we click on a paid episode, I get the subscription packages, I can cancel first
Suits Arabic not available
Series I want is not available though its mentioned that it should be on watch it
We need English and Arabic subtitles
I like the app and to spread it and give it more popularity, Arabic and English and maybe other languages subtitles should be an option.
Technical issue
The player functions adequately, however, it frequently experiences freezing issues. Additionally, the skip intro feature is not consistently available, even when the series is designed to support it.

Technical difficulties
No Picture in Picture option
Too much Ads
I have subscribed and paid money because I don’t wanna see any Ads that’s too annoying I can’t bear this 👎🏻
Thank you
I enjoyed the new productions and the new talented actors. We need English captions asap for all shows.
Good app but….
Great app but need more show have English subtitles.. will be more better.
The worse support!
I reached out to the support team three months ago because the app consistently fails to work on my TV. Despite my repeated requests for assistance, they have yet to take any action to resolve the issue. As a result, I am forced to watch my favorite program on my phone or iPad. Consequently, I have decided to cancel my subscription.
Too many ads
I just downloaded this app and so far so good, except for the ads. Please add a paid feature to stop ads, I’m willing to pay. Too many ads decrease the enjoyment of the shows😞 Thank you
Ok
Good but very similar to Netflix. The quality however is good. The downside is it won’t let you delete the subscription from online, a couple months ago it told me that my subscription has ended, but all that time I’ve been paying for it; so I had to go to apple instead.
Mudher
It’s a pay app and not for free, so you pay in order to watch without advertisements and yet there’s always advertisements at the beginning of each show. Also it got lots of TV shows but their collection of movies are very limited
I wish it was without advertisement
Please Watch it without advertisement,,,,,, it’s really annoying
So bad

Very slow! No option for subtitles
If I pay Netflix prices I expect a Netflix level application. The app is very very laggy and unresponsive no matter what platform you decide to use this on. Just changing from categories can take a good couple of minutes to load - if it loads at all! There absolutely no reason why an app purposely placed on the international download market would not have English subtitles, if you want people to be able to download from outside of egypt and you have an English language section, there should be an option to include English subtitles on showings. This is one of my biggest issues, there are only subtitles hardcoded into certain shows. If you think you are paying Netflix prices that you will be getting a similar experience, think again. It’s a very inferior platform. As another reviewer noted, there is only space for one profile so if you have more than one person watching it can get confusing, you can only sign in on one device and it automatically signs you out should you sign into the tv app. There are much more intelligent ways to ensure that people are not abusing the app usage eg: only allowing 2 devices to play simultaneously, or only allowing a certain number of apps to allow registration. All the biggest platforms in the world are able to manage this, I’m not sure why watchit! Thinks it’s able to tackle sharing of streaming platforms better than the biggest names. That being said, if you are a native Arabic speaker, and you don’t have Arab satellite, this is a great way to catch up with some excellent Ramadan series.
I need to test the app
I don’t no if the app at good or bad because the rating is 2.2 and I’m Looking for the comment it’s not good can I get any test
