Amazing customer support! The live chat is so helpful.
Comments
Even paid but cannot open ChatGPT or other apps
Good support
We’ve used this DNS for several years and have found when we’ve had a problem there has always been a very quick response and if that doesn’t work a chat with a person has solved the problem.
Quite hit and miss with Netflix
Seems to work either very well or terribly. Annoying that no way to filter or have favourite locations - not everyone wants the US
Missing ATV app
Ok not great. Minus one star because lately it can be tough to get working….. I often need to try several different end point cities before finding one that will work. Minus another star because there is no app for the Apple TV. We’ve been waiting forever for the app. I’m not sure what the hold up is as most r major VPN services have an AppleTV vpn app
为什么不支持汉族呢？我很需要。
希望可以汉语言
Warning: NOT working in China
Get this ready for my trip to China. Not working in there!!! You should have specify this before selling your WEAKVPN!!!
Voice quality
Good voice quality... renewal is expensive than the previous year... please sort this out
Doesn’t work
I have give two stars because you have tried to help me. But the VPN doesn’t work with iPad or iPhone.
Works
Once connected it’s great, but it’s extremely hard to connect on apple devices and slow on my opponent phone.
Excellent app
I had a problem with using the vpn to watch Hulu. I sent a message asking for help. The response was very quick and gave a clear step by step instructions on how to fix it. Now it works perfectly!😃
费用欺诈
付款时提示7日内全额退款，安装试用后发现几乎没有可用的服务器，偶尔能连上的速度也很慢，当天申请退款，结果支付$19.9的费用，仅退了$9.9
Ziemlich zufrieden
Will Not Work In China
Can not connect when in China. What more is there to say.
Do not buy it for use in China!
App itself is not working at all. They can provide some manual configuration but it will be killed very soon. It is not pleasant experience. I do not blame them since they are facing a major power.
It's right there in the name!
I've been using Strong VPN for years without any problems. Recently, when I had a problem for the first time their support team was promptly responsive and Voila! -the problem was quickly solved. I highly recommend this service.
No longer works
Have used StrongVPN for many many years. But it sadly no longer works with BBC iPlayer. Sad to leave after all these years but will need to find a new VPN service. 😢
Great VPN
Solid performance for a number of years
Latency and drops
Consistently drops connection requiring restart of the service. Not ideal
Not enough Canadian Servers
There should be server in every major Canadian market. It’s the only way to get around the absurd out of market hockey blackouts.
Two thumbs up
I have been a long time client and StrongVPN has always offered me the best and most reliable service. Five star service and support.

Great app and service!
Great app and great support, highly recommended!
Needs improvement
Price increase on a Poor product. Not worth the cost. I try to use the VPN and it logs itself out consistently. I also cannot access certain websites as it is clearly seen as a VPN and I am asked to “turn the VPN off” before I can proceed. What is the point if it can be detected? I was just notified they plan to increase the price of the product by $20 a year upon my renewal in a few days. Hard pass. When your product isn’t great, you shouldn’t be increasing prices.
Hulu App on IPad Pro doesn’t work with Hulu
Unable to download Hulu App for my IPad Pro so I can’t watch Hulu, even with the VPN, while abroad.
Super Customer Service
The tech agent are knowledgeable and patient.
Can’t connect to the internet
Badt
Great VPN program
Not too good integration with IOS as an app, still has to be done manually thru the settings menu, but the 4 stars is for the connection stability of the VPN. Fix IOS integration and u get 1 more star from me :)
Bad
Slow my phone so can’t used while I am connected
Will see now how well it works
Gave me great support with much patience today on chat. Finally got my problem fixed, I hope. Starting over. Reconfigured new app download after a China trip.
StrongVPN
I have used StrongVPN for a year now and like the service they provide. Give them a try!
It didn’t work
Simply didn’t work
Great app!
StrongVPN is really handy for travelling or securing public WiFi.
Hit and Miss service
When this works, it is fine but it is very hit and miss so doesn’t work for a lot of the time. I am not prepared to pay for the times that it doesn’t so subscription cancelled.
Nord v strong VPN
Our family is going to compare nord VPN and strong VPN today and the one who is better will be used by us forever and the one who loses will never be used by us ever again stay tuned for who’s VPN is better
最好的VPN之一 one of the best VPN
Please reply me So that more Chinese people will see that
Terrible.
I’m not sure what’s happened, but the last few months I need to log out and back in, or redownload the app for the VPN to connect. And even then it takes good few minutes. Very poor service I’m paying for. Will be changing my VPN now.
Gets the job done
I've been a strongvpn user for 3 years in a row. They may not be the cheapest option, but they are reliable. Very. Plus, the support ddwrt routers, so i can access netflix, pandora and other us-locked services in several devices at the same time. They are not fond of torrenting but that's not something i use anyway, so... I will be signing up for one more year :) Oh, the app... Gets the job done to connect to the service on-the-go.
UK
Has not worked for UK now for sometime, no point in renewing since they can’t fix the problem
Does it's job, but the UI needs improvement
I haven't experienced any troubles in regard to connecting/disconnecting or switching servers yet but the UI needs some UX enhancements. Core functionality is hidden behind non obvious controls and the menu doesn't work well too.
Wonderful Application
They give very good support and can answer any question in any time. It’s the only vpn I pay for that 。
I can’t get even one time connected with a hundred trying.
I can’t get even one time connected with a hundred trying.
That much easy way to setup VPN in my iPhone
The strong VPN apps provide easy way to setup and connect the vpn.
Always something
First my ipad wasn’t playing all Netflix program on going then my Mac keeps asking for a vpn connection password. I entered that in won’t work. This program is too much maintenance and hassle for what’s its worth. Wish I could get my subscription cost back.
Great app, careful just for geeks
Its so good it has lot of posibilitys and configurations, and if you are new on this, be careful because its product service its so reachable but they don’t know anything about what you need. I had bee customer of them for the last 5 years, and its perfect for custom routers.
StrongVPN experience
I was looking for a a vpn service which might have best servers for UK, Australia as well as to be fit for US streaming (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu). All in one. StrongVPN proved to be right choice. Fast speed, many server options, friendly customer service. Strongly recommend!
Not work at all!
It doesn’t work at all
Smooth as it gets
Well the app does all the hard work of setting up the VPN settings. The passwords most of the time are a hassle to put in. The app configured it so fast and smooth. The service is cool. I used it across multiple countries and really helped. I would say go ahead its reliable.
Used to be good
If you bought this to view Netflix in changing Canada to USA and vice versa it no longer works. It used to work but Netflix now knows where you really are.
