Chicago not connecting
I tried everything I could to get my vpn connect to Chicago server but it’s not and it’s over 2days now. Is there any way I could fixed this pls
No longer works on mobile network
It is basically being blocked all over and forces extra captchas and restrictions when enabled. It no longer connects over 4g or 5g so without wifi you will not be protected. I would cancel today if i didn't pay for the year like a dummy.
Good vpn
It’s all good on iPhone. Could do with more uk destinations though
What happened to landscape mode?
This app no longer has landscape mode on iPad? WHY? It also needs dark mode in the worst way.
Slow
Slow.
Doesn’t work
Dont buy - it doesn’t work and they don’t give refunds
There's clearly an internet connection but they say I don't have any
I wanted to sign up and use it, but I didn't expect I wouldn't even be able to register
Super support
Great app no longer working
Hey guys, unable to log in since iOS 18 installed on iPhone, all other apps have updated to work with it so please catchup.
VPN app crashing
So, have been using this app for over 3-4 years now and starting recently, it’s been crashing. So here’s my experience. I would tap on the app on my iOS 26.2 and it would act like it was opening and then stops. I have to tap it at least 3x before the app would open up. What gives?! Is it not 100% compatible with iOS 26.2?
Love it
I recently found about Sovrenn and started using it. They share good insights in small cap companies which I can use to further my research.
Not properly working with iPhone
Not working good with iPhone
Logging in bug, ads not blocked
After quitting the app, you cannot log in without disabling vpn from the phone settings page. This is not a security issue or a procedural issue, it is a bug, in fact it should be more secure as you would be logging in through their tunnel. Ads are not block.
reinstall
it works when it’s working, but constantly have to reinstall. bug(s) or doesn’t play well with Apple’s software that hides IP addresses?
Started my 3-year subscription
After six months of using twice the 3-month plan, I decided on doing the 3-year subscription. It’s economical, easy to use and can protect my online activities.
Bad Service
App complains since 1 month that I did not pay for extension but I did and paid. Customer service does not even answer my several mails.
Italian server
Often is out of service and as customer I would like to have communication not discover when I’m going try to connect
Slow but Stealth VPN is Good
This VPN is a bit slower than others I’ve used. However, the stealth VPN mode works well for getting around China’s Great Firewall.
Super!!
Very nice VPN. I would never dare to compare it with the others. Plus excellent support team
cant add a month
if you buy a month, theres no way to renew or buy the upcoming month. support sends cryptic emails bc they refuse to quote the Q you asked. i had 5 Qs at different moments and the replies were #CHAOSAGENCY bc theyre too lazy or dumb to quote an email while replying. consumer terrorism!
Good VPN but annoying bug
Recently I’ve noticed when I’m using the VPN, watching a film for example, the movie will stop and the internet only works if I disconnect the VPN. When I then reconnect, it appears to connect but again it’s blocking all internet traffic, I’ve tried all the different settings, stealth etc. The only solution is to delete the app and reinstall. Then it works for a period of time until the same thing happens. Please fix this annoying bug.
Good privacy but IOS app is awful
The app has a good, clean, simple interface, but it constantly hangs if you don’t us your device for a while. All internet access stops until you open the app. It’s a frustrating experience which is a shame because their choice of endpoints, privacy and speed is good value.
Doesn’t cut the mustard in China
I’ve been back and forth with support over an extended period, and in the last couple of years, it just hasn’t worked like it used to. Always have to muck about with the settings to get a temporary fix which might last for 5m, 2 hours, or not at all.
poor stability
not working for like 70% of the time
App hasn’t upgraded in years and his not useful anymore
I can find a lot of other vpns that wont automatically disconnect and reconnect you. This app is a major disappointment. I am always stuck waiting just to connect, no servers work on amazon, and it’s not close to as fast as others to download and surf the web.
When it’s good it’s great!
Works perfectly on Firestick and Windows, very affordable compared to others, Customer Service is very responsive and attentive but unfortunately the iPhone App sometimes drops the VPN connection, seams to happen when the App is running idle.
Keeps disconnecting
This App doesn’t keep connection when you are no longer using a browser. You need to go back into the app, connect, then go into a search engine. If you don’t, wifi will not let you browse. Needs to fix this bug..
Power consume is extremely high!
I noticed this issue for several versions lately, please fix it, thanks!
Works just fine…
And the rates are reasonable. Although it IS cool to see the ads in youtube coming from the country of the server you choose. Now to brush up on my hearing French…
Garbage app
Better make sure this app works in your country before paying, otherwise you’ll pay just to find out you’re unable to connect. I couldn’t recommend you find another VPN more.
Operation
There are many good features about this app - easy to install and operate and reasonable cost. I would like to give it a higher rating but it still has an annoying bug on its IOS platform. After a time it disconnects itself and you cannot log back in unless you delete the app and re-install the app, using your password. I hope the developer can get to the bottom of the problem. Otherwise all good.
Unstable
I think this is the least stable VPN service ive used comparing to other VPNs. It worked alright for the first couple of months. But then, it’s becoming harder and harder to establish connect with any proxy.
Not reliable
Worked perfect for the first 4 weeks and now having trouble connecting on my iPad and fire stick. Not able to watch itv hub at all and bbc iPlayer is very intermittent.
Great app
It’s great for Netflix never had a problem and I’ve been using this for over a year now
Bad connection in China
poor connection and high expense
Interferes with internet connection
After having this VPN on for 10 minutes you’ll need to disconnect due to the internet no longer connecting. They gave me a full refund back.
Button not working
Have to go into settings VPN to get it to work
It just works, period.
I’ve been using this VPN service for several years now and can’t say enough good things about it. Aside from the service working as expected, the couple times I needed support it was provided quickly and a solution was found with little delay. In one case, tech support led me through getting Private VPN working on a Raspberry Pi running a version of Linux. That’s not their typical installation I’m sure but after an hour or so of instructions the support person had my unique usage of their program working flawlessly.
Horrible customer service and privacy records
The customer service for this application is absolutely horrible and their record on privacy is extremely alarming. I highly recommend seeking out other VPN services.
Excellent
Error on iphone
The app reads error when logging in, and only deleting and reloading the app restores function. Shame, it works well on MacBook, no good on iOS 13.2.3.
Room for improvement
This VPN is good for accessing different streaming services. Connectivity is not good however and you need to turn it on and off all the time, but the app won’t let you do this unless you have a live connection (which defeats the point).
App “ON BUTTON” not functioning properly.
In latest version (3.10.0) the on button does not indicate the vpn is on when you open the app even though the vpn is on. This can cause confusion?? I had no issues with the previous version.
Has not worked for over a month
The vpn connection to Ireland has not worked for over a month. I reached out to find out what the problem was but they will not provide any updates. I have now requested a refund but they are completely non responsive. They clearly don’t care about their customers!
Now working well after the update
Well I want a comment on this from the developers. I am using this premium service here in Chiba and it was working good before the latest update. It still connects but does not work when I try using YouTube or other blocked sites here in China. I hope you’ll resolve the problem as soon as you can. The rating will go to 5 star once it has been fixed cuz it used to work well.
We had a good run...
... but I think our time together is over. I’ve been living abroad for eight months and got a VPN so I could connect to my university website in English, read my papers, and complete my work in a timely manner since I know that Word Online is unstable in the country I’m in. As of around three weeks ago, this app stopped working well for me. I can connect to three servers - even after talking to Support online - and it’s the same on my laptop. I’m really disappointed because I loved this app when I first arrived here, and now I anticipate not being able to connect whenever I need to use the internet.
