I recently subscribed to this app and so far, I’m really satisfied. I ran into an issue while using it and submitted a support request. To my surprise, I received a confirmation within five minutes, and the issue was fully resolved just two hours later—at midnight, no less! I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and efficiently the support team handled my concern. A friend of mine is also using the app, and like them, I’m hopeful it will lead to something meaningful. So many scammers that use beautiful photos and pretend they are rich. They will tell you they are rich and live a comfortable life and most importantly they can make you rich if you give your money to them. Another thing is that Many real users put fake fake information but the developers don’t think they are scammers.

Tons of bugs and unclear policy
First of all. I like this app. But Terrible user experience. Bugs everywhere. Where to report them? Second. Not clear how vip and diamond work. If I were a VIP user, can I chat with anyone else? Or they still need diamonds to unlock the chat? There were several times girl sent me message, but I cannot see it! I had to unlock it. If the girl spent diamonds already, then it should be unlocked. It she was a VIP. I thought VIP can unlock chat with everyone. If not, what’s the point of being a VIP?

I have used 2RedBeans on and off for about four years. Compared to other dating sites it has a better quality of female members. A lot less scammers too! Without hesitation I recommend becoming a member.

Way to many issues with this app
The verification methods are super annoying like they always give me a error with the face recognition and the phone number even when your doing everything right and when you try to get in contact with customer service you can’t without verification so pretty much the app is useless to me . At this point I’m better off deleting it . It’s a major headache .

Not as good as before
The recent update to this app. has brought more bug because it doesn’t show the exact charming score number anymore. Only numbers of stars are displayed as opposed to the actual score number as before. So there is no way to see my charming score number when I want to see how propular I am .
