Rezultatele analizelor de la unele laboratoare nu se sincronizează cu aplicația .
Aplicația super dar are buguri
Destul de multe buguri pe mobil, mai ales când vrei să compari servicii

They cancelled the appointment via email, but not with an email from Regina Maria, was the receptionist email and but the app showed that my appointment was still available. Virtual appointments are a joke. My appointment disappeared from the app just an hour before.

Nu am mai intalnit doctori atat de incompetenti.. decat aici, am fost de mai multe ori cu diferite probleme si de fiecare data am primit diagnostic gresit sau m-am trezit ca problema era mult mai grava decat semnalau ei si am ajuns la ugente, noroc ca am dat de un om bine pregatit la un spital. Nu recomand absolut deloc, preturile sunt exagerate si absolut orice doctor este pornit pe cat se poate de mult doar pe ideea de a-ți lua banii si in schimb ofera consultatii de 3 min, unde nici macar nu pun mana pe tine si-ti dau un diagnostic de care nici ei nu sunt siguri. Iti faci o programare prin intermediul aplicatiei, pe care o tot lauda ei, care teoretic ar fi fost inclusa in abonamentul de la job si cand ajungi acolo te controleaza, si-ti schimba programarea intr-una care nu este inclusa in abonament, fara sa te anunte verbal si fara sa-ti dai acordul. Nu am mai intalnit asa ceva. Am avut numai situatii neplacute cu ei, drept urmare am inchis si abonamentul. Si nu-i voi recomanda niciodata nimanui.

De la ultimul update aplicatia nu mai functioneaza deloc. E frustrant ca dupa atatea luni cei care se ocupa de dezvoltare da nu observe acest bug si sa faca ceva in acest sens!!!

De fiecare dată când merg intr-o clinică Regina Maria, simt ca intr-adevăr sunt pus pe primul loc, iar oamenii care lucrează aici sunt foarte orientați către oameni. Serviciile medicale până acum au fost si ele de calitate. Una peste alta, am avut mereu o experiență plăcută aici.
