Scammers selling subscriptions
You cannot book any loads. They just show loads but you cannot book any load. Everything is Ai generated even when you call. These people are professional scam artist which just sells you subscriptions for the month they dont issue refund when asked. Do not sign up theyre frauds

They don’t even have loads for cargo vans so why accept them and waste money if u dnt supply them?

This is a great app, it’s well thought out and offers features I didn’t know I wanted until I noticed it was offered. But how can you advertise this as a Canada/US application when you don’t offer simple things like changing the distance to km instead of miles or entering a postal code instead of ZIP code? I can’t even enter my CVOR number, there is only the option for DOT. It also doesn’t show if the offered fair price is in USD or CAD. I sent an email asking for help and clarification on these issues and I received no response. This is grate app but these are really simple fixes that should have already been addressed. Until the issues have been fixed you’re only getting 3 stars out of me.

Super glitchy app!!!
When I can get this app to work, it’s actually pretty good. The problem is that it ALWAYS logs me out and more than 90% of the time, when I try to log back in, I get that “something went wrong” message and the app is unusable for however long it takes to let me log back in. Sometimes it takes days, sometimes hours. All I know is, whenever you depend on this app for a living, it’s not worth the time or money because of how often it malfunctions. It seems like it is out of service more than it works. I pay good money for this thing and it hardly ever works for me.

Horrible customer service , horrible billing, be cautious. Cancel do not fall for the “ oh we will give you a month free” . They used to have it where you canceled by phone but now you have to call then they email you , then go through 5 more steps to cancel, very thin line to scam in my opinion.

Best Broker App
1000X better than DAT or Truckstop! I had an after hours load and found multiple owner operators who now are regular carriers. DAT and Truckstop better watch out, 123 is gaining ground. I told my compliance manager to scrip Truckstop!

I kept calling and calling the customer support number to cancel and nobody answers the phone. I don’t like the service. It’s cheap. The representative set my account as a premium and my bank statement charged a standard account. How? You people don’t know how to run a business! Get me off this system and free me from this mess!
