Frustrated Customer
New loads pop up and instantly call the booker just to find out the load has been covered. Only loads that are 15 minutes or older are still available which are CHEAP rates. How is it possible that a load that just posted is already filled in 13 seconds? There has to be a delay through another board that is getting these 10-15 minutes ahead of TruckStop. This isn’t a one time thing, this is every day 15-20 immediate calls after psycho clicking refresh to INSTANTLY be filled. We all know it takes minimum of 2-5 minutes to book a load so what gives?? Nothing left on here but 300-500 loads paying $1 per mile to go across the entire state. If all you need is fuel covered to move around or get to an actual load great, but this isn’t live because the filled loads are still on here 10-15 minutes later after calling. Something’s not adding up except the cost of paying for the app every month.

Greedy App
App is only good if you pay for the most expensive plan. The other two are completely useless, I think they shouldn’t even be and option because there’s no benefit on paying for either the basic or the advanced because all they do is suck your money.

Drivers don’t waste your money on this load board. It has so many problems and is outdated!

Continue to have login issues they log you out while using the app and then you go to log back in and it says your password incorrect then you reset the password and they still won’t let you login sat on the phone with support for at least an hour trying to figure out the issue they never figured out the issue. They just created me a new contact on my account. I hope you can resolve this issue. I go through this every time I get logged out and logged back in. You never figured out what the issue was problem was just masked and not corrected.
Where are the good paying loads?
In comparison to other boards, on average Truckstop has lower paying loads. If I were to get a load, chances are it isn’t coming from Truckstop.

When it works it works great but when it doesn’t work it’s like pulling teeth to get someone in support to get the issues fixed. Unfortunately most of the support team is based overseas and I have had trouble with them being able to verbally repeat back the issues I am experiencing back to me.

App built for the brokers and not for the drivers. App always sorts loads from the lowest to the highest, even after you change it. It changes it back. This company wants to take advantage of the driver.

As of late I’ve had to delete and reinstall app while on the road because ,it just rotates over and over again that is a real inconvenience .

Too Expensive Dat is 55 a month! Shameful
It’s a shame how much they Charge us! We are now up to 170 bucks with tax a month. Truckers have so much cost and everyone is nickel and dimming us! Some months I can’t afford to even pay the bill it’s been so slow. Would switch over to Dat but no one in texas uses it for loads. Been asking all my regular customers to switch over as I can’t afford access to truck stop. Dat is 55 bucks a month vs Truckstop. Shame how they doing us!
