Why only 9 stretches?
Good!
This is a great app to start stretching, and it’s completely free. My only complaint is that it is the same stretches. Don’t get me wrong they are great stretches, but there are no other options. But over all this is a great app for beginners.
Times are only moderately adjustable
The individual stretches don’t have times that adjust to the overall routine.

9 exercises to get your stretching. VERY easy app to use (saying this as a complete beginner to stretching). I would have given it a 5 if there were more stretches, but you can’t argue at the 9 available on the basis the app is free!👌🏼

If you are even the slightest bit over a beginner this is NOT the app for you. Too simple, too basic, ant very limited customization.

Used once, good stretches
I have only used this one time but I like the stretches, I like the 7 seconds to get setup and the 30 second timer. It was easy to figure out and I feel good.
WHAT THE HECK AM I SUPPOSED TO DO? Completely lost here
Like I said, It’s not doing anything for me because I don’t have any direction on how to use this app. Unless that’s all there is just settings!
Not bad
It’s your average stretching app with a handful of stretches. I’m not sure if someone would need more than these on a daily basis, but retakes their good and a great place to start getting in a routine.

Good and simple but...
But please add more sounds, and the ability to disable the countdown sound. The count down sound especially is way to harsh, impossible to do a relaxed early morning stretch with that going off every 30 seconds!

Waste of money
Zero stars. Worst stretching app I’ve seen. You only get 9 stretches with the base app - and they’re so random and all over the place that you can’t really benefit from them. Paying for premium gets you 9 more - Also random and therefore pretty useless. Hint - you need at least 40 or so basic stretch options to really be useful at all, more like 60+ to get beyond beginner. You can’t combine paid and non paid apps into one view - you have to go into settings just to change the view just to look at the different stretches. Horrible interface. Pretty unfortunately unusable. Just on principle, i’m calling to get my $1.99 back, as it’s not worth even that tiny amount of money - that’s how bad it is! Guessing the small number of written review are fake, and the star-only reviews are paid-bots. Feels like a scam.
love this!!
i love this app!! the first time i used it i saw results extremely quickly. i’m a dancer and have never been flexible and after going through the exercises once i saw results very quickly which gives me a lot of hope. some of the instructions are slightly in clear but the photos really help.

It’s okay
It’s an okay app but quickly loses its appeal once you’ve already done the stretches several times over. When I purchased premium I thought I would get access to a library of stretches and routines but that just wasnt the case.
It's a great app! Wish it had a progression
it's definitely one of my favorite apps, but one thing I miss a lot is that it's got no option for progression, besides extending time or going on a second round, and it had limited set of moves. I hope there will be some updates.
Remove ads will charge you !
I clicked the remove ads button on the app and it charged me $1.99. The app is pretty basic - it is a picture and a timer, total of 10 poses. It is is basically a photo gallery with a timer under each photo. I removed the app and installed again. When I clicked the remove ads button, it wanted to charge me $1.99 again. What a scam !!
Great.... but
Great app and would pay for it (love the simple style) but it doesn’t offer that many stretches, give me more please!!
Limited disappointment
I was hoping for a variety of stretches when I paid for the additional stretching workouts but the one ‘addition’ is just like the free one. Very disappointing!

Some good stretches but no choice of programme and I can’t see how to upgrade.
Nice and Basic
I love this app! It’s nice and simple and gets the job done for me. It does not take long and it times each stretch and automatically goes to next stretch. The ease and time allows me to do each day.
The app asks you to allow them to track you.
Just as the title says. At the first launch of the app it asks you to allow tracking for advertisements so they can continue to support the app. Such a bad way of conducting business. I wish the app was striving to stop tracking instead.
Simple but effective
I’ve been using this app for 2 months now and couldn’t do without it. It’s simple but it does the trick. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is the very crude illustrations. Just look at the length of the arms on the first stretch! Please improve these and I’ll be a fan for life.
Not many stretches in free version
Maybe the premium version is worth your time, but the free version only has a handful of stretches.

This app is very helpful for those who think they are ready to “workout” or “exercise “ but cannot last the first 5 minutes of a workout routine or who does a whole workout routine fine, then are down for 5 days because you overdid it. This app allows you to take it show, and start back with basics. People are hating on the app but maybe because they are already in shape a little. I hurt head to toe getting out of bed in the mornings and today, I tried this app. Yes, it’s is basic but, I only need basic. If I can’t touch anywhere near my toes I don’t need to overrated apps with nice buff in shape people. I need an app like this. It counts for you and has sounds so you don’t have to stare at the phone. Doing these basic, “easy” stretches got my heart rate up and out of breath. This shows me I need to start here and work these stretches until I can too, look at the app and call it “basic”. I’m not ready for something more intense than this app.

Only a few free stretches and a whole bunch of ads. Another typical “free ads” app that’s just trying to lure you in. Don’t waste your time.
Deserves 5 stars
This app is brilliantly simplistic ! It has everything you need with a simple body stretch routine , images , routine , countdown , timer , instructions, daily reminder, statistics, everything you need and it works . The only thing that I personally think could improve this app is a few stretching variations and maybe 3 options from easy to hard, so you can keep using this app to improve your self .

I have the same 9 stretches every day
What am I doing wrong? I have the premium paid version but my stretches never change or alternate. They are the same exact 9 stretches every time, but I see in settings there’s a slew of different ones but I’m never able to do them. What gives?
