Great App
Very easy to navigate and great odds always available, would recommend to everybody
The £50 promotion
I think the £50 promotion needs to be explained much more clearly. The terms should make it obvious how the offer works and, most importantly, what happens if you withdraw the £50 you originally deposited. It should clearly state that if you withdraw the £50 used for the promotion, the promotional £50 you were given will also be removed. This is important information that customers should not have to find out afterwards. I also think that if a customer contacts support through the live chat because they genuinely didn’t understand this condition, the company should show some understanding and consider giving the promotion back as a goodwill gesture. Simply saying “no” without taking into account that the terms were not clearly understood feels unfair. The promotion may be appealing, but the conditions need to be transparent, easy to understand, and clearly explained before customers accept the offer. And when genuine mistakes happen, customer support should be more understanding and willing to help rather than simply refusing. I would of been more then happy to use this app
Solid
Definitely one of the better gaming sites, easy sign up and banking with some really good promotional offers on both casino and sports, cash out has been seamless and instant each time, only negative is no best odds on horse racing but they even make up for that little bonuses on race winners, all in all a pretty solid option, good luck
Too slow and laggy
Could be a great app that rivals bet365 but it’s too laggy and slow and makes your phone heat up to the point it burns you. If they fix this issue where it’s smooths and doesn’t have to lag or stall without phone heating up then it’ll be right up there
App need a major update
App So slow compare to other apps
Great
Just started on 10 & so far so good I’ve withdrawn some money so hopefully everything goes smoothly
Welcome offer
I deposited £40 and got nothing from the welcome offer I was told I got it but I didn’t…
Decent betting app
Good app. Quick withdrawal and easy sign up.
Login / Face ID issues
App login doesn’t work
Average
Pros: fast payout, good selection of events for betting. Cons: constantly logs you out. Never offers a cash out on a bet as it suspends legs that have already won. Done hundreds of football bets and never seen a cash out offered after 10 mins into a game.
Great site
Have been using 10bet for a long time now and they have the best promotions, fast withdrawals, great customer service.
Don’t bet or play slots
The worse app ever, i played on 1£ received the bonus few time but the winning wasn’t worth the bet, no more than 30£ after 12 free spins on 1£ bet!! Try to avoid this platform
Awful design
Could be the worst site I’ve ever used. Want to add something to your betslip? Good luck with that It never goes in your bet slip and you have to close the app, log back in and try again to try and get any bet to actually place No complaints so far about cash out etc but it’s such hard work to place a bet in the first place
One of the best
One of the best I have used. It is super easy to navigate. Instant withdrawals. No complaints!
Not paying out a winning bet after wagering
Couldn’t believe it when I was told my free bets were voided after I withdrew a winning bet of £55 to then find out I wasn’t going to recieve £30 winnings after betting on Lady Kara.
Decent bookie terrible app
Don’t get me wrong, they’re a good bookies and never had problems with them placing bets/withdrawing etc. But the app needs serious work doing to it, better off using the website
Great app
Can be a little slow but has all the sporting bets you could want
SCAM FRAUD
I deposited £20, got £20 in “bonus bets” I won a bet. Withdrew £60, I somehow had more than £20 in bonus bets and one bet I placed won £171 and they said it voided because I withdrew money and it was bonus balance, but I somehow had more than £20 in bonus bets as I checked other bets I placed and it all said bonus bet. Stay far away from this app they will get closed down sooner rather than later
Brilliant
Great gaming site
Withdrawal delays
Very poor customer service so far. Trying to withdraw my winnings and they are making it very difficult compared to other betting apps. Like the function of the app but you need to follow this up with betting customer experience Hopefully they will sort it soon as been 5 days pending withdrawal ☹️
Please change the black writing while games are Live and add in app notifications on the live games
The app is great and easy going with withdrawal no problems at all hence the 5 starred i give. But please please please change the Live games black writing as you cannot distinguish which game is live and which not on your betslip. Also, can you add notifications like other gamers like bet365, william hill etc?
Worst betting platform
In last year I deposited more than 10.000£and only two times they give me 1500£, after I deposited 1200£ each time. Don’t play on casino games on this app.
Xenor1
Excellent
STOLE MY MONEY and LIED TO ME about when I’d finally get it back
The customer service from this lot has been awful. I opened my account and tried to make a deposit using bank transfer, the funds never went into my account so I chased it up straight away, they confirmed they have my money but haven’t added it to my account even though the deposit is meant to be instant. It’s now been over a day later and they just keep telling me they need more time to investigate and will email me at a later date. All the agents on customer service just keep fobbing me off and won’t give me an update on my money, absolutely pathetic. The customer service agent Atanas even confirmed I WAS LIED TO by their colleague who told me the issue would’ve been resolved within 48 hours, they are now saying that timeframe was a lie and it’s going to take even longer.
Great site
Great casino site with every game I wanted and more fast withdrawals great bonuses
Awful company avoid at all costs or deal with constant losses
Absolute joke of a company! Spun about £100 on slots and didn’t get a penny in return. Awful RTP absolute joke do not use this company!
Great
Good customer care and Great promotional offers
Terrible App
App is terrible, can’t log in half the time so if you want a quick bet make sure you are trying to place it at least 20 mins before the off!
