Why not show entries on the app for trainers, rather then having to use google to see entries??

About the punters they is too many tell the same old stories for too it needs a change very poor at times and the results are so bad at times it unbelievable the same people are still they Results are Numbers and if the Numbers don’t stand up you out . This is been going on for years in the Racing Post it sad but True.

Way too many adverts… app grinds to a halt all the time…way too many stories hidden behind subscription… I look out of habit but others racing apps much better
Great info, terrible performance.
The app is one of my favourites for articles and information. However the performance and responsiveness is terrible, when are you going to update this so it doesnt constantly freeze and refresh?? Its very frustrating. Also god knows why the live typed commentary was taken away, that was SO good and got rid of for no reason.

It should be five stars for the Post, but since I am now asked to do this daily, the stars will diminish!!
Improvements
The app is very slow when I’m changing to a different page, can sometimes take up to 5 seconds to change. Sometimes I think it hasn’t worked so press again and then it jumps to another page
Ok but search option fault
It’s ok but can you sort the search function out on the app mine comes back with no results everytime I type a horse or jockey etc

Slow and frustrating
Terribly slow, always has to re load a page if you move from say news to a race and back, just a frustrating app that needs constantly shutting down and reloading to achieve any speed when navigating. I assume this is done on purpose to encourage people to pay for the unlimited version.
Horse Tracker?
It would be good if we could have a Horse Tracker section and be able to follow specific horses, then get alerts if entered, declared to run etc
Video error message
I’m sick of this app showing an error message instead of streaming a race. Incredibly frustrating. Seems to apply mostly (only?) to races broadcast on RTV but that’s a lot of races and you just never know if it’s going to work.
Racing not playing at most meetings, and keep getting logged out
Sick to death of being logged out, and live racing not being played at most meetings, having to going on my Ladbrokes app to watch the racing

Good design, very easy to use. As deep in detail or as shallow as you choose. Race results a little slow to arrive.

The app is great but recently the news feed has become really slow to load stories

A section that listed your favourite trainers with runners at a particular meeting… Gosden…3 or Gosden - 0 runners Be easier/simpler than trawling through the whole card? Love Racing Post…

The site is slow, results are slower than other sites, not a great deal to read unless they fleece you with about £40 a month but I still love the Racing Post app

Since its last update it’s almost half as useful as was. please get rid of next races section it’s a waste-and maybe contributing to the dramatic downturn.

Updates have made the app disappointing
The app used to be quick to use ane bet with. It’s become very slow with new update which is really disappointing.

The new app is just appalling to use. It’s slow to navigate around. The old app was much better. Had an icon for racing results and news. One touch of a button and you could find what you were looking for. Takes an age to do anything now. I’ve yet to meet one person that actually likes the new app
Great content but frustratingly slow and not practical to use near post time
I reviewed this App some time ago and unfortunately nothing has changed. It is very informative and has a pleasing layout but it’s still hopelessly slow to use in realtime. Sometimes seconds to load a page even using fibre WiFi. It constantly refreshes every page, the latest odds rarely change unless you close and reopen the App. Very frustrating but as I say content is good. If they speed it up it will be the best. I stick with it because I like it but use other racing Apps for realtime content. Please speed this App up 🙏

Once great now horrible garbage
This used to be the best racing app, objectively. Fun text commentary, easy to view racing… For some reason, progressively over time it’s gone to the point of being unusable. The UI is so bad, might be the worst UI of any app ever, there is no text chat function, no radio function… it’s simply an app to push affiliates / gambling and like the owners pocket. Do not recommend. Use the browser or any of their competitors. I’d rate 0 if I could

Can we go back to the old RP app. This is not as user friendly as it should be, these new changes are not good enough, is there any poll to see what other users think.

I used to buy a paper a day when it was£1.80or less and loved it. I’m sorry to say I feel ripped off now I am a member but I pick and choose when I sign in I don’t need it for tips I like it for breeding and racing Thank you

Need to fix bugs badly, when looking at big race entries no matter what race you are looking at in the future, once I start scrolling through the entries the app always crashes and closes, This is an annoying bug and it really needs fixing. Apart from that the app in general is great and use it daily, but the issue above needs to be fixed

Very slow a lot of the time, video of racing just goes black screen. Then have to close app and re open again. Sometimes 3 times for it to work.
