Ad free version
You should offer an ad-free version like Moovit does. Your app is much better than Moovit but it would be even better if you offered an ad-free membership version of your app.

UI is pretty weird, all that needed is the tab of payments. A little buggy when location information is obtained. The app needs to be really simple and straightforward, with less bugs. Not just simple, the most simple possible.

יהיה מעולה ( כמו שהיה בעבר) אם כשאני עולה לאוטובוס וסורק ברקוד האפליקציה תמצא את התחנה שעליתי בה ואז מה שנותר הוא לבחור תחנת יציאה. כיום כשאני סורק אני צריך לגלול הרבה למצוא את תחנת עליה ולבחור את תחנת היציאה.

3 ads just today. They say that adds decrease as usage of the app increases but it’s not true. Just give me an option to remove adds for a fee! I can’t stand adds. Moving to another platform

אשמח להציע שיפור קטן אך שימושי. בעת סריקת QR באוטובוסים, הקוד נמצא לעיתים במרחק גדול מהנוסע, במיוחד כשהאוטובוס עמוס או לאחר שכבר התיישבתי במקום. כיום אין אפשרות לבצע זום במסך הסריקה, ולכן לעיתים צריך לקום ולהתקרב פיזית לקוד. הוספת אפשרות Zoom (באמצעות Pinch-to-Zoom או כפתורי הגדלה) תאפשר לסרוק את הקוד גם ממרחק ותשפר משמעותית את חוויית השימוש. תודה!
Ads During Payment and Scanning
Ads popping up during ticket purchase and QR code scanning are completely unacceptable. The app freezes and hangs at critical moments, making it unreliable for public transport use. This app is supposed to replace physical cards, not make travel more stressful. Very disappointing. Shame — this could be a great app, but the ads ruin the entire experience.
No connectivity
Very useful but lately I cannot access the app due to „connectivity problems“. Even if I am using home wifi or any other wifi this message pops up. If I use it on my iPad, everything is ok.

Functional but has user hostile ads
I'm sympathetic to the need to fund the app, but displaying full screen ads while I'm interacting with the UI, like planning a route or trying to scan a QR code, is incredibly obnoxious.
Trouble with internet connectivity
Actually a very nice app. However, I had problems with internet connectivity several times. When using WiFi in Isreal, the app works fantastically, but with mobile data I always receive the message "no internet connectivity" (same with WiFi in Germany). Tickets disappeared several times and only reappeared when using WiFi. Strange, as I definitely had a mobile internet connection, e.g. I was able to check timetables in the app.
Simple and user friendly
Simple, user friendly, and efficient app. Best part is that it doesn’t bombard you with ads (for now) like the move-it app. Please don’t become an ad frenzy app like the rest
Won’t verify-assistance needed asap!
Help needed! I have a U.S. phone number. Like others I see with reviews here, it just keeps asking me to verify my phone number and internet connection but isn’t sending me whatever code or signal it needs to connect the app. I’ve deleted & re-downloaded the app and restarted the phone with no change. Anyone with any suggestions to make it work? I’m volunteering in Israel for the next 2 mo and don’t speak Hebrew. I’ve been told this app is a “must have” for me to be helpful. Thanks in advance!

Language
Spent 30min and can’t figure out how to change the language
Problem with the language
Once installed, the app runs - in English for non-Hebrew speakers - until a few days later everything switches to Hebrew and you can no longer use the app. There is no indication how to get to another language.

Nice and fast app, small UI problem
When I finish a train ride, the X mark, I need to press to close the window is tiny and in the corner, even though it’s the natural thing for me to do after swiping out of the train station. You should really make it bigger and prominent and not something small in the corner like the click, you need to close an ad!
Requires location data sharing, slow
Doesn’t work unless you grant it with location data (no excuse can justify this). Slow to read the QR code.

Much better than Moovit. Ads aren’t intrusive. Better ui. And more accurate

Good looking app but only accepts Israeli credit cards
Seems to be a useful app it is a pity it only accepts israeli credit card. French visa, master cards and Amex are not accepted.
My experience with Hop On
I like it because it’s easy to use . I am using in all public transportation, buses light rail and Rail . So far it worked smoothly. Strongly recommended.
Didn’t work
Couldn’t recieve verification code, couldn’t link my foreign card from a major bank. Responsive customer service but unfortunately useless app. They should consider working with Apple Pay and allowing email verification.
Be careful of the QR stickers on buses’ windows and exterior.
They often don’t match your trip. Be prepared to edit your route and/or your direction.
Great UI
Very clean looking app, very helpful getting around, very accurate bus information, I tell all my friends about it, really have a positive experience all together.
Won’t add credit card
Other reviewers have mentioned this - it would not add my credit card (US credit card, and when I try to add it’s just an endless loading wheel of death) so I am in Israel on vacation and can’t get anywhere because the nearest Rav Kav station is too far away and they only accept payment via Rav Kav card or this stupid app that doesn’t work!!! Nightmare. They have the ability to accept contactless credit card payments ON THE BUS why can’t you just do that!? That’s how it is in other countries and far superior. I should not be stuck without public transportation right now.

Can’t add credit card, can’t use the app
Was unable to add any credit card. Either the loading page afterwards spins forever. Or with a different card tells me to check my internet connectivity. Multiple credit cards attempted, on multiple networks.

Unable to add US-ussued card. Tried multiple cards from different banks. No dice. Called bank. No error on their end. Useless app.
