جيد ولا يصل إلى الممتاز
مكتوب تغطيته لعدة شركات في تركيا ومنها تركسيل وللأسف كلامه غير صحيح
Support wasn’t as helpful as they could be
I had to contact support for data I bought to come through - then they had the AUDACITY to ask for a review after asking me useless unrelated questions despite repeatedly explaining what I needed
The credit too low 😭😭
I spend $3.90 and I get 20 minutes, that’s crazy, plus you can’t even text are receive phone calls on the number these give you.. kmt

The eSIM didn’t work, and they refused to refund my money
I purchased a 30-day plan, which was not cheap. Unfortunately, the eSIM never worked. I contacted customer support, but they told me that because the eSIM had already been activated, they could not issue a refund. I find this completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this app to anyone. They treat their customers very unfairly. I was left without internet in a foreign country because their eSIM did not work. When I explained the situation, they simply told me that I should have connected to Wi-Fi and contacted them immediately. The problem is that I had no internet to find Wi-Fi, and by the time I finally found someone willing to let me use theirs, a lot of time had already passed and I had ended up on the other side of the city. This was a very stressful experience, and instead of helping, the company refused to take responsibility or provide a refund.

Reliable Service
I have used eSIMo in Europe and Middle East and it has been reliable. Also the chat help is above and beyond!
Very disappointing experience in Mexico
Very disappointing experience in Mexico I purchased a 10GB eSIM plan for $25 for my trip to Mexico, and my friend purchased the same plan as well. Unfortunately, the service was very poor. My friend’s connection kept cutting off constantly, and mine barely worked. The internet was extremely weak, to the point that I could not make calls or even watch a short reel properly, even though I followed all the setup instructions and tried everything. This caused us a lot of inconvenience during our trip, especially because we needed reliable internet for maps, communication, transportation, and travel arrangements. I do not recommend this app for new buyers unless they improve the service and provide proper support or refunds when the eSIM does not work.

Long time user of eSIMo
Best eSIMo by far and have tried them all!
Terrible and a scam buyers beware
They took $16 for additional credits and they won’t refund. It’s a scam, you don’t get any texts until pay additional. Many better options - terrible! Do not use.

Amazing app, never fails! Good prices and great service
Typical Lying UI. I recommend 2nd Phone app over this.
Hiding charges in the fine print to extort more money. 12£ for an extra number for 30 days. Essentially 24£ for 2 months.
Great solution
I liked it
Странный подход к клиенту.

An absolute scam
I checked the price for South Africa and it’s at least twice of what Airalo offers (which is already 2x what they offer at the airport)
