RIP Off Game
Don’t waste your time on trying to progress on this game as all its interested in when you get towards the higher echelons of the game levels offered up (300+) it just continually rips you off to purchase more extra lives without which it is completely impossible to complete. The guys at the top must have been screwed for a small fortune! As such, just to let you know it is being binned! Will find something else to occupy my time, which is fair to participants, and doesn’t just set out to rip punters off! Goodbye BC 💣

I have had this app a long time. All of a sudden the arrow has changed. Please put it back.
They ruined it!!!
I used to really enjoy this game, but I am now learning to hate it.. They introduced an update that destroyed the experience. It’s almost impossible to zero in on a location, and they made the game very flaky. I just lost a hard earned bonus color bomb, as well as all the progress when it locked up during a shot. This happens quite often now.. when this happens, you have to force close the game, and do not get the option to resume the game. And if you have used a bonus bubble, you lose it…. I’m sick of this game!! All the company that made this game wants to do is screw the consumer over, and I’ve had enough!! It’s a real shame, I have played this game for many years and I QUIT!! Thanks for ruining this game!
Can’t go further
Once you get to level 500 & the new bubbles are added you can’t get passed them, no fun, only doing daily’s now

Could improve, a lot
The game is not color-blind friendly. Also, the game takes advantage of people with addictive personalities, by selling them expensive in-app boosts.
Bubbles
Can be very expensive if you don’t win. Impossible to play upper levels without radar, and free spins. No commercial watching options. I still love playing!
Terrible new & second Retry button
I like the zen of playing but the new pink Retry button is terrible, imo. It’s placed to the right of the normal Retry button where right-handed players will accidentally hit it out of habit. Why change a UI that’s worked fine up to now (especially in a game of repetition)?
Some levels insanely hard
It’s frustrating to get 2 bubbles together only to have one disappear which makes it impossible to complete! Thought of canceling this game often. I can waste a lot of time. I could doing something productive. LSM

Why MOON Levels ???
It’s new still so does that mean you’re still trying 2 get it right ? B/c after hitting the same bubbles w chains 5 x 6x’s and then ….😱your turns are all used up and U lose…again! The rest of the classic BUBBLE CLOUD - is great except the greed part ….you don’t spend$$ you won’t have lasers or spins and you won’t pass many levels….Just how they want us to lose …

I used to enjoy this game immensely but on level 251 for a month. Even using all boosters available they throw balls out that will intentionally hit the walls. Not a fair way to do business. Too bad was fun while it lasted 😢😢😢
Money cap to upper levels
I’ve loved this game and have played it for a while. Getting up to level 200-250, some levels required the extra use of the tools (spinner and laser), some required so many that you would have to pay money to buy additional tools due to the difficulty without use. I love a challenge but not if the game costs me to lose levels until I put real money down.

Version 98 update came out a week ago and I can no longer play the game it just freezes. Assume it’s no longer compatible with the iOS version. Deep joy

Love this game been playing it for years , but is ridiculously hard now to the point where it’s no fun anymore just unplayable , such a shame I am on level 614
Hard to complete without buying extras
Recent update to daily gift leaves me stuck on levels for days at a time as I can no longer get re-spins. It’s impossible to complete harder levels with 3 stars without those and lasers. Have had this game for at least 6 years and sadly thinking it’s time to delete. No fun if you can’t progress. Shame
Entertaining but…
It is entertaining and a great way to while away spare time but can be addictive and you can lose hours. The further you go, the harder the games become is a no-brainier. You do not need to gain all three stars in a game to advance to the next (you need to do that only to win a prize). However, strange things can happen such as shots which are on target, deviating; or hitting two or more bubbles but not bursting them (the bubble fired glances off). You might be close to ending the game and it suddenly goes berserk - firing off multiple bubbles on its own and losing you the game. Glitches or mischievous programming? What I found most infuriating though is to be close to ending a game - just a few bubbles left - but it will not let you finish. You might well spend an hour or more, messing around trying to end the …. game whilst every possible obstacle has been put in the way to continually set you back. You can end up losing from a winning position. That is not fun and entertaining, it is malicious programming, IMO. Yes it is fun but my latter point is why I have given it only three stars.

I’ve been playing this game for years and loved it. Now, when I play, they’ve changed the pointer to a fat arrow with no ricochet possibilities anymore and with the fat arrow, you lose the precision that was available in the old game. I don’t want to play a game where I have no control anymore. I think it’s a way to get more money. Very disappointed.

Most former issues resolved
This is still my favorite game and either the fourth or fifth phone I’ve had it on. I adore it. I had complained before because I had 400+ lasers I was never going to use! The new moon levels have cut that back to a reasonable 167 lasers, so thank you for that (sincere). These levels are shorter and help to gain spins (sometimes) which are a booster the game was bad at providing. The issue I’m still having is that if I go into a level with more than about 22 spins the level goes kind of nuts trying to make sure I use them all. The difficulty of the level shouldn’t be based on the number of spins I have, but how annoyed I am with the gimmick (like the aliens).
Not Worth It
It's fun at first, but it's overly challenging after awhile. It can take hours to finish a level. They put their finger on the scale to try to make you pay for boosters, but they're not worth it.
Fun game but rigged to loose
Bubble cloud is extremely fun and a challenging game for play! I’m my humble opinion though is that it’s rigged to suck money from people?! I ve been playing it for years. Very challenging which is great, but also it draws you into a possible false sense of urgency possibly? You make that perfect hit only to have a new bunch of balls flood in. Can’t keep up an hit the wall. Then need to buy more and more balls. Can’t prove it but does seem to always flood the board with the wrong color of balls and/or at the worst spot possible! So just need to buy more and more shots! Habit forming?

Cheats
Many, many times this game doesn’t give you the spins you have won. They don’t fix it after being alerted- I think they are well aware! They give you mostly useless lasers and even don’t give you those sometimes! Apple needs to pull this game- unless they are willing to fix this. I have spent thousands on this game!! Don’t get it!
Such an amazing game
I’ve been playing this game since I was maybe a freshman in high school. It’s so much fun! However, recently it’s started to freeze, then flash, and then freak out. I hope this glitch can be fixed.

Bug causes you to lose progress on current level
A bug in the game causes you to lose progress on current level. Before, if you left the game to go live your life, you could pick up where you left off. Not sometimes it does not. You lose all the spins you used up to get it that point. You lose the free super spin. You lose the other extra bonuses for passing so many levels without losing. A complete waste of time and money.

I have been playing this game for years on my old iPad and its my favourite game but I can no longer update the levels as you have moved it to a later model. I am on level 2277 and can go no further. Disappointed!!

Great game, take out timed lasers
The game is so addicting, fun, and challenging. But I wish they would take out the timed laser awards. The laser power up in the game is too over powered and it takes away a lot of the challenge and fun of the game. I just wish you could deactivate it instead of it automatically being equipped

Been playing this game for a long time now. Loved it but recently I logged in to find all my lasers and super spins gone and I had A LOT. I had not been using them much, mainly saving them for the harder levels. I let app support know but never heard back. I’m so done with this game…now at higher levels all the tools I saved are gone and I’m just livid. DOES APP SUPPORT EXIST?
