Gambling Ads
Fun game and have been playing for a long time. Paid for no ads but watch for daily rewards and extra moves. Lately the ads are all gambling, betting, etc and ridiculously long. I do not watch them so hopefully you do not get paid for those. Will delete if those are the ads that keep coming up - sad to see that garbage in a game like this.
Where’s my boosters I purchased?
I love this game but I have purchase 4 times a boosters are $3.99 each and it says my purchase was successful then it just spins saying processing in circles and I eventually have to soft reset to get to play the game - I want either my money refunded or my boosters and stars I purchased - i’d rather have my boosters other than that I love playing the game. This is another time I purchased some booster one time and you charged me for it again but the thing just spins and says processing for ever won’t give me my boosters that I bought and paid for this has happened a total of 5 times now I’m not buying again ever

Update done, now my game loads them goes to the Christmas pass and freezes, been this way all day, need to figure out what to do.

Keep saying to update and then when you update, it says open and then goes back to update. This new update is sucky.
Too slow
Literally takes forever to go from one level to the next. Add a tap to skip option Bc holy cow it’s slow. Even the bubbles shoot slow

Latest update is horrible
Change the daily reward to having to watch an ad to get it, there are enough ads already! It was better to just get one daily reward with option to watch a video to earn a second. Updates also took it from 5 extra chance to 1 and now none!!!! Also getting 6 of the same color in a row and that color is all the way at the top, so when and if you get there that color bubble is spent! Been playing this for awhile and I might just have to delete it, it is becoming impossible

The adverts in this game are beyond ridiculous. Rather than making me want to download any of them I do my best to avoid them. They drive me mad!

This game has too many ads. You have to watch 2 to 3 after every single level it ridiculous there’s gotta be a way to fix it and don’t say so. It’s free. There’s a lot of free games that do not do that.

Enjoying the challenges and Colours . Fun to play
Game play format
Quit playing. When they advertise the game they show multiple levels with different creative graphics some seasonal, however when you download the game it is entirely different from the advertised game. I thought maybe I was not at a high enough level for the graphics to change but after 1500 plus levels there was nothing different. I was on level 1520 when I finally stopped playing because it was the same old boring format level after level. Nothing to keep me interested. No challenge.

I get a message to update and it takes me to the App Store but there is no way to download the update. The only option is “Open” and that doesn’t do anything. I love this game so please fix it because it won’t let me play until the update is done.

Facebook Connection
Love the game, great little game if you are bored. My only issues is that I connected to Facebook before I upgraded my phone so that I would restart from that level and it does not save your progress. I was on level 458 and had to start all over again. Unfortunately my new phone had a fault and had to be exchanged and yet again I I was at level 189 and had to restart the whole game from level 1. I feel this is an issue that really needs to be addressed asap, especially for avid players of this game.

This has happened numerous times and I have talked to the developers and they say to contact them with the package that I bought and they will reimburse. I have done this and then still not received the package. I ordered and paid for. I have invested a lot of time and money and have enjoyed the game until this started happening. I can only assume they don’t want me to play anymore. Very very frustrating. Not good business either. I’ve also read that negative reviews I deleted. Very bad business. Mary

I like playing the game. However, when you get down to only having 4 or 5 bubbles I find it really unfair and “cheating” that while you may only have blue & yellow bubbles the game will only give l you green or purple. If this keeps up, I will delete the game & not play an unfair game

I am so frustrated! I re installed the game and went back to level 1 !!!!! and only that i had already paid for removing the ads it seems this information has been lost in the process. This is a nice game pretty much like all the other bubble games with a few diff's 1, like some of the others the aim line is nice and long BUT the bubble line say's one thing but lands in another 😡 says will go through a gap then won't I got to level before the adds hit & they just keep coming between EVERY LEVEL 😡 loose em PLEASE !!!!
