Works until it doesn’t
This app is mostly reliable. It tends to fail on early mornings when I’m trying to pay my rent but no office is open to call. Very frustrating.

As of May 17 2025, remote deposit capture does not work. Cannot bring up the camera.
Adequate but not great
It’s functional. Serves its function well. Not glitchy. Would like to be able to access direct deposit info on it which I can’t seem to find but all in all the app works. Just not very pretty but that’s not a huge fault.
Face ID turns off constantly
Biometrics is glitchy. I have to enable Face ID every 2nd time I use the app or if you open the app from a session that wasn’t logged out

The user interface is confusing, in order to add a contact to send money, I had to watch a YouTube video to figure out. And on top of that you can’t choose if they reserve the money by phone or email,

Best Credit Union ever
The staff at Wyse rd CUA best to none. They help us when we need it and are ther to answer our questions. When we email they get right back to us. Great customer service. Caroline runs a great business there. Thank you for all you have helped us with!!❤️
Sometimes functional, a lot of the time it’s terrible
The app is kind of the bare minimum I expect for online banking and, when it works, it’s just fine. That said, it is frequently down and glitchy. Often you can’t get past login page for no apparent reason. I often have to login multiple times to actually be able to navigate the app. Sometimes I just get a blank screen. No communications from CUA and customer service only responds once the app’s back online but no explanation. I generally like banking with CUA but the app is starting to challenge that.
Not iPhone compatible
Can’t access it after hours on a iPhone. Just keeps trying to load
Decimal nightmare
Somehow the version I use for my business account, does have comma instead of decimal! I can’t deposit cheques if they have decimals, I cant even pay my taxes because it has decimals. I had to go the branch for my cheques and rounded up for taxes
