What they complain about
- Spam emails and hard to cancel
- Connection drops while you are using it
- Does not work on newer Macs
Excellent service
Quality product with outstanding service- highly recommend
Can’t login
Says unknown error when trying to login. On MacBook M1 chip. Old app works but doesn’t hide location. If I put wrong username or password it says it’s wrong but when I put the correct one in it says unknown error. No way to fix.
Smart DNS
The smart DNS is perfect. Every device in my network has access to U.K. radio and TV apps. Just what I needed.
Avoid this VPN
At first glance a decent VPN and good offers of countries. But as soon as you cancel your trial subscription, you get so many spam emails with fake invoices. And there is no way to unsubscribe! I luckily used Apples „hide my email“ function, that way I was able to deactivate the whole email to stop the spam. I do not recommend.
Not fast
The app works at the beginning of months that I use it for middle of east locations but during the using , disconnect and kick me out the location and that is happened twice with me. Maybe, the location recognise the app.?!
Greay App
Been using it for a few years now. Love it.
They don’t process refund after i pay.
They don’t process refund even if the app is not working. Also, they blacklist me when i asked for a refund!!! Do not use this app.
Reliable service
I have been using Le VPN for about 8 years now... I guess that tells it all. Sticking to it!
Stephen
Billing for me is difficult as le-VPN doesn’t allow payment from my local credit card - I’m based in Hong Kong ! Service has a habit of cutting out after one hour however this seems to have recently got a tad better. I remain unconvinced - do I get my free month now for writing this review ?
Flrxy
Pls try adding more protocols like openvpn, hybrid and the rest. Thanks
Reliable
Whenever I use it I feel like I can navigate freely without worrying about my cards information being leaked. It is really useful as I have spent time in Spain and certain sites aren’t available when navigating in the U.S. with Le VPN, I am able change region & navigate those websites. Only downside is that I can’t use Netflix and access their movies but then again, you can expect Netflix to have that extra security.
Glaring technical bugs on Mac
[My response to Developer Response: and I’ve tried about a dozen VPNs in this Mac, and NONE had these issues.] I’ve tried dozens of VPNs, including half on my M1 MacBook Air, and none have had the technical hurdles as this one. 1st day I had it the following occurred: got a DCMA minutes after startup (1st in yrs and no notification of disconnection), L2TP the default for LeVpn didn’t work and had to email customer support, after we changed it couldn’t even close my Mac without the app notifications preventing me. I even uninstalled the app and it persisted, after a few hrs of research I discovered it was still stored in mac’s vpn settings and deleted, no other vpn has had this issue. Continued to use it for a month, only b/c didn’t have the time to find a new vpn, and every single day other there were bugs like always disconnecting when my Mac went to sleep (and would have to restart Mac then). Plus blocked too many sites/apps. Responsive customer support but that’s it, wouldn’t even recommend a trial if you use mac
Excellent service
Having used Le VPN for a few years now they have never let me down and if a problem arises there is always someone to answer your questions and resolve them successfully.
Works from Time to Time on iOS
Works on Windows Pc but not on iOS today and Many Times. Lets wait for ? or later ?
Review
It’s good but only limited country servers are connecting well
Military Grade
Love it. Reliable. Wish it works in Egypt.
They lied..
I signed up because they said it had Ecuador as a virtual location. Guess what? They didn’t. I hate when these people like like this. Thank God for Apple Pay.
Nice but not consistent
Nice app and very helpful to watch uk telly. However signal can drop out from time to time which is annoying when watching sport or a movie. Response to problems from the help desk is fairly prompt. Overall, definitely worth having for about a fiver a month.
Simple mais lent
Simple à activer mais lenteur de navigation
works flawlessly!
no complaints!

Tanto esperar para nada...
Ocho meses para publicar una actualización tan laxa, póngase serios y hagan una app que valga la pena. Les falta mucho que hacer para que está app funcione como es debido

I paid for the services online, than I downloaded the app. It does not let me log in, so basically I can not use it. It was 10$

Le VPN is Cool
my account protects me from prying eyes when I do P2P downloads & is super fast. I like the simple & effective interface that lets me connect seamlessly to 100+ destinations
Solo 27 países / Only 27 countries
Descargue la aplicación con una suscripción de un mes ya que ofrece más de 100 países y solo tengo disponible 27 países..... Download the application with a one-month subscription as it offers more than 100 countries and I only have 27 countries available.....
Best FREE Vpn
This is my favorite vpn app to use because it's reliable, actually free, and easy to use. Recommend!
Seamless app
I use Le VPN service both on my computer and phone for security and geo-localization. Both work great and the iPhone app could not be easier to use. Whether on WiFi or data I’m able to connect and watch live sporting events, listen to region-specific radio, or check my financial accounts worry free. Très satisfait 😉.
Worthless app
Don't spend your time and money with this worthless app. It doesn't work.
Good app
Really useful and easy to use, works well for me I like it
