It takes too long to load
Hello, I just wanted to say that it was great at first but now it takes forever to connect to the vpn, please fix this and thank you.
Billing and app problem.
At first I installed it for free then a few weeks later it won’t connect so I decided to delete it and then re-instal it but it tells me that I need to pay and I can’t do that and if this problem doesn’t get fixed I will give this app a bad review.
stuck on loading screen!
i’ve been using the basic connection because i’m too young to buy VIP / premium, anyways but the fact that it stopped working and is stuck on loading screen makes me sad. I wish if there was a way to stop this lag since it’s the only vpn that works really good in the UAE.
Amazing!
Thank you so much for creating this app, I have no complains!
Horrible experience
I had very good experience purchasing vpn before but due to my that app is no longer working at my area, I had to Gina a new one. I had very good experience with this one while for the free version. Both my iPhone and iPad. So I decided to pay for the premium plan for 3 months. Then the app on my iPhone can’t even open the app straight after the purchase. The iPad was working perfectly For 1 Day! Yup, only one day, then something happened like on my iPhone. When I tried to open the app, it just push me out! I wrote to them 2 times already. No one is answering. The first email was 2 days ago. Now I’m done. First time writing a review. Hope you guy don’t fall for it.
Unable to use the app after payment
I was able to use the app for 7 months, but now, I cant even open the app as it always says update the payment. While apple confirmed they received the payment. Now I paid for nothing.
Adds
