Rubbish app
This app hands over the number to a thousand scammers and you will never be able to purchase the property you are looking for.
Already verify facilities before giving tokan to landlord
Recently we taken one fully furnished row house there many facilities where mentioned hence we went to see the property they we found 2-4 facilities they haven mentioned was missing like water filter and other staff still they charge us full amount and 2-4 things they promised they will provide letter they giving faltu or not usable product hence that money we have to arrange hence already verify and check facilities are there then only give to kon or deposit. Other wise this platform is best for without broker renting homes
Needs UI improvements
Props to being one of the few apps with rich content. However, could do much better on UI (could take a lesson or two from Zillow)

Too slow and need to kill half the time
The app has too much details and hard to navigate compared to the competitors app. Slow and unresponsive.
Shortlisting properties is unreliable
Unreliable. Doesn’t sync.
Best App
Nice one
Fraud company
Fraud company, simply they will say they will find you a tenant or buyer and make you subscribe for a plan and they disappear after the money is paid. They suck big time.
Very useful app
The entire team of 99 acres should be congratulated for their efforts to serve a critical need for home buyers and sellers. The app is useful and user friendly both for buyers and sellers equally. The filters are wonderful to narrow down the properties to specific needs. I have a suggestion. Now that most cities have metros and running across the city. Can you please add options/ filters to look around within 1-2-3 kms of any specific metro or school or college which can speed up the decision making process. Of course for those who have cars it may not be relevant. Best wishes Regards Krishna However, the app is not working for the past one week (since third week of June 2023)
Improvement areas
Must have options for filtering Freehold properties, owner posted etc
Need some improvement
Photos are not loading.. sometimes gets stuck while using
Nice app
Very genuine
Refund
purchased an upgrade package on 99acres by paying ₹7,000. However, after the payment, the package was not activated on my account, and the payment seems to have been redirected to the builder’s side instead. I have contacted 99acres several times regarding this issue, but I have not received any proper response or resolution from your side. Therefore, I kindly request you to look into this issue and arrange a refund of the ₹7,000 I paid for the package. Please let me know the process or provide me with an option to get the amount refunded as soon as possible.

Absolute Scam — Zero Transparency, Zero Leads, Zero Support
Absolute Scam — Zero Transparency, Zero Leads, Zero Support Save your money and stay far away from 99acres. I paid for their premium property rental service expecting professional support and high-quality tenant leads. What I got instead was complete deception and radio silence. There is zero transparency in how they operate. Part of the premium plan promised a professional photoshoot, but nobody ever showed up. Instead, they lazily recycled the old photos I provided myself and turned them into a low-effort video slideshow, passing it off as premium media work. Despite charging for premium services, they generated not a single lead for my property. To make matters worse, the dedicated Relationship Manager is completely useless—they exist in name only, providing no updates, no assistance, and no actual support. Do not be fooled by their sales tactics or promotional discounts. Buying a paid plan from 99acres is a complete waste of money. Do not trust this platform with your property listings.
Fix Photo Viewing
Needs fix with the photo viewer. Hangs sometimes, have to go back and then reopen the post for it to work. Cheers!

Super👍🏻
Scammers put random properties on sale here
And there’s no where we can report them. I lost my money by contacting one of the guy who posted on this app suggesting he’s the owner. Turns out to be he isn’t and just was trying to dig a hole in my pocket. I’m sad the app doesn’t have anywhere to review the particular person and report as well.
Good App..
