Useful app and helpful support
Downloaded the app as part of a society promotion on campus - they use it for events and membership. It’s a pretty clean app and I have found it to be relatively bug free. The rewards/“cash backs” are also really good for me so far - I’ve saved about $20 at no cost at all. When I did have issues with loading money onto the card, the in app support helped me within 24 hrs and the issue was resolved. Overall it’s fit for purpose and I don’t have anything big to complain about.

Crashing
The app crashes every time I try to access the membership section on the home page.

LOVE THIS!
I’m a UNSW student and having all the discounts all in one place is so easy and user-friendly. Signing up was seamless and attaching to Apple Wallet is easy.
Horrible UI
Can’t see what clubs your in, can’t see what current tickets you have, can’t see any upcoming events your your clubs specifically, lack of filter options.
Deals are okay
The burrito deal doesn't work- they didn't know what it was

The main problem is that if you try to open a ticket, the app will instantly crash.

Cannot buy ticket
I wanted to buy a ticket on my registered account, but it shows tgat I cannot do this and I need to log out, it doesn’t. At least, I could realize it due website.
Great product for uni students!
QPay has a lot of features that are great to use. You can buy tickets to events, purchase textbooks for classes, and view your own personalised timetable. Overall a simple app that is easy to use and is very helpful!

Stop asking for updates each time I open the app, im deleting it. We dont use it that often and it makes it worse to have to reupdate it each time

Have had this app forever and never had any need to use it.
Alright experience
Never have to go to my club leader to get tickets anymore, those of you who experience crashes probably have like a iPhone 3G or something. Only problem is you can’t tell which one is your valid ticket, and it confuses me, I don’t even know if I purchased the tickets or not.

Our society uses your platform but it seems other societies are getting a cheaper rate because of sponsorship - How do we get sponsored?
Useless app coz they cancel 1%rewards
Useless app, they cancel the 1% rewards for each transaction under $500. There is no incentive for me to use this card again.

It seems like a good concept but like many people- I am experiencing the app crashing if you’ve bought a ticket to something. If you’re having that problem just go to their online website and log in- you should be able to access the ticket.

Truly abhorrent on every level, this app is a literal pyramid scheme
Appalling, glitchy interface that is a nightmare to use. DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR MONEY After receiving a duplicate charge from QPay to my 3rd party bank account, I contacted customer service. Not only were agents slow to reply, they were unhelpful and unprofessional. QPay refused to take responsibility for their system error and disclosed the personal information of another user without consent. After lengthy conversations in their glitchy support chat (there is no number to call) it is still unclear whether I will have the unauthorised charge of $125 returned to my bank account. My only other option is to launch a dispute with my bank, however, QPay support threatened to ‘revoke any active tickets’ I had purchased for the same event if I do this. The worst part is I will likely be forced to give QPay my money/banking details again in the future due to their rapid monopolisation of University clubs and their events. In sum, THIS IS A LITERAL PYRAMID SCHEME To any prospective users or University clubs/societies, do not touch this app with a ten foot pole. At best, your members will hate you for it.
QPay is great
I've been using QPay for a while now and it's a fast and convenient way to make all my purchases on campus with extra freebies and discounts :D also when are you releasing your debit card?
Student Scam
After a year, monthly inactivity fee will be charged. No way to close down account yourself without contacting support, worst app interface I’ve ever seen, and the most backwards methods.

Our discount passes were extended due to COVID, but the app won’t let you add the new pass to your wallet once you delete it from your wallet

Ive used this to buy my textbooks, sooo much better than waiting at the COOP. Also cheaper 😃Also love how simple it is- beautiful app colors, and love my cards for the societies. Also the support team are amazing, even gave me textbook credit when I asked how long the textbook would take to arrive
