How do they manage to make it worse
Before you could book the hotel using your account in the app and now it just says CALL, what a waste of time waiting on hold.
Out of date
In this day and age you’d think a sophisticated business like Star could easily integrate Face ID or fingerprint to sign in but no, still living in the past where you have to enter your card number every time. Ridiculous and also plain lazy!

Have to enter username/password and verify the device every single time you want to log in. Really inefficient
Login hell
I used to love this app but now is a nightmare to use! I understand improvements to security but this is crazy. Who remembers there member no to login every 10mins? Too short an automatic logout. and if you phone is face enabled or has security let it auto fill your member no. You still have the password or pin and 2 factor authentication code. Otherwise it’s unusable on a night out! You get logged from one table to the next 🤦🏻♀️ easier to remember to take your physical card!

Dinosaur App , terrible tech
I have been to the star desk multiple times to sort out the app , to try and book anything , you have to wait for an email with a code and go back to the web and upload then do your date of birth . It’s easier for me to transfer $5000 from my bank app than it is to book a hotel on my star app !!!
The update is Horrible and filled with problems
This Star update is horrible. When you log in it sends me a code to my email, I get the code and go back to the app and it locks you out completely so you have to reset password again - you can’t use this app, it’s not worth the trouble ! Even Face ID locks you out with the app. Log on through Safari and perfect ! The App is useless !
Functions don’t work
Every function is saying “sorry there is something wrong”

Why bother with an app if you can’t even keep it updated. Advertising Lisa Hunt on 26th May. Today is 31 May. Do better.

Mr member of star app login
Trying to log in for 3 weeks no support from anybody at the Star sovereign diamond or others . Rang 7 times visited on site 3 times no clue said would raise an I.T. Report but no action. They have no idea but happy to take all members money
Need a new IT department lol
Can’t book a hotel room on the app never works the way it should. The screen won’t even show the month to book just shows the last week. You need to do better if you want people to go digital but can’t get the app right. Time to sack the IT department and hire others
Nothing works
Tried to log in. Gota put in password every time. Can’t even put membership to buy a f ing sandwich
Freeze screen
When clicking “oasis mega Nov 2025” draw the iPhone screen always freezes. Never able to read the details in the app. The freezing screen happened many times in the last few years and not improving.
