The most stupid support I ever met, they don’t know anything, and the actual information you can get only in the branch office
State Treasury/Revenue Service
The TBC Bank mobile app makes it nearly impossible to pay taxes. I spent a lot of time trying to find the State Treasury/Revenue Service payment option, but it simply isn’t there. The app is confusing, and such an essential feature is either hidden or missing. As a result, I couldn’t pay my taxes through the app.

Treasury transfer bug
Hey currently you have a bug. Validation error triggers when I am trying to make treasury transfer for another person. Im filling the taxpayer number but on submission it says this field is empty

Customer support is nonexistent. Impossible to contact any human in the chat, and the replies are dull, dismissive and absolutely useless. The person who wrote the CS scripts in English should be fired

Местами странное.
При входе пишет «мы рекомендуем сменить пароль», а если нажать Back, то оказываешься снова на Дерибасовской, т.е. в форме логина. Если есть телефон и карта, то можно в две операции сменить логин, потом пароль и получить доступ к интернет-банку. Выглядит небезопасно.

Can’t add new phone to trusted devices, after I’m write sms code , app give me error every time “Your request can't be processed at the moment. Please repeat your action later or contact our call centre.” Today I updated app and Reinstall also doesn’t help Please dev fix it, thanks!

After downloading the new version I got signed off automatically. And no matter what I tried, I couldn’t log in. Overall, the app was good but not having the login option is worrying.
Updates made worse
Please tell us how to now look at expenses IN ALL currencies, and not in each one separately? Previously, this could be done. It was crooked and inconvenient, but it was possible. And now it’s impossible at all. I go to the transfers section for the last 3 months, the currency in the settings is USD. I see 3 transfers of $750 each, but the total cost is $2,964 for the same period. This is your math: 750+750+750=2964. Maybe it would be better to display transfers in GEL (and other currencies) as before? And the “hide balance” button didn’t work properly a year ago, and it still doesn’t work.

Terrible experience
They have hidden Tbilisi transport pass purchase feature so deep, I wasn’t able to find it in 20 minutes and believe me I’m good at apps. While searching I got fined. Terrible ❌ app

Cross registration TBC apps to TBC PAY .
I use the TBS application through TBS Pass and now I can’t register for TBS Pay because you don’t receive an SMS code from your bank and I don’t have a Google account. At the same time, on my smartphone (and on my computer, Google Chrome browser), I use the TBS Bank application through TBS Pass without any problems. Why is there no transition from the TBS Bank application to TBS Pay ?

updates come every 3-7 days which sometimes makes it impossible to use the app and they never post any patch notes, just bug fixes how many bugs are there, that you have to do it so often..?

Services don’t work
Very often SMS does not arrive when trying to receive money. When trying to receive transferred money, the error “Operator cannot performed” constantly pops up. This error has not been fixed for more than two months

Declining Service, Rising Fees
TBC Bank used to be one of the most modern and customer-friendly neobanks in the region, but over the past 6 months, the experience has clearly declined. SWIFT fees have worsened, even basic payments like YouTube earnings now come with charges, cashback and loyalty programs have been reduced, and premium service commissions have increased. Overall, customers are paying more while getting less, which makes the service feel far less competitive than before.

Why can't I issue a digital card? The Bank of Georgia can issue such a card to both residents and non-residents 🤷🏻♂️

This app feels unfinished and frustrating to use
The support chat constantly disconnects, messages disappear, and it is not even clear how to exit the typing mode once you start writing something. Tapping outside the message field often does nothing. Navigation is confusing. To find basic settings or information, you often need to go three levels deep into different sections. Important things are hidden in places where nobody would expect them. The transport card feature is especially bad. There is no clear explanation of whether the card is linked to Apple Pay or to a physical card. There is no visible information about the transport pass after purchase, no clear expiration date, and no obvious place to manage it. Money gets charged, but then it becomes difficult to understand what exactly was activated and for how long. Passcode settings are also confusing. It is not clear where to change it or even how it was originally set up. The offers section is difficult to browse because the categories are hard to search, hard to expand, and awkward to scroll through horizontally. The whole experience feels cluttered and inconvenient. The design is another major problem. Many interface elements are too small, hard to read, and difficult to tap. Icons all look similar and often do not help users understand what they mean. It feels like the app was designed without anyone seriously testing how it actually works on a phone screen. For a bank of this size, the overall user experience is surprisingly poor
