Don’t open account with them if you want to save time
Their onboarding team of online payments (e-commerce) does not allow new legit businesses to onboard. They may even deactivate your personal and business account without telling you the reason. If you still open account, don’t have too much money on it - consider this as free advice which may cost you thousands. This team is led by (if im not mistaken) Tamar Venetski and Irakli Kalandadze. Beware

The app works well, but I really don’t like the design. The background looks very plain and unattractive. It doesn’t feel modern or premium. Another issue is the lack of a Russian language option. The app already supports Turkish, but not Russian. Why? Many Bank of Georgia customers speak Russian. It feels unfair that such a widely used language is not supported. I hope you improve the design and add Russian language support in a future update.

Blue design only exclusive for Solo
Only option for retail clients is stupid white or stupid black. No grey design which doesn't hurt eyes. Blue design most useful one is only for Solo clients. What a joke.

The latest updates with the stories style news on top, and the new badges are making this app more and more looking like a game or a social media app. Guys, I’m a happy costumer with the bank, but this doesn’t add any value to the user. I want a bank! I don’t want instagram stories.

Your bank called me, offered me to spare money for 1 month, and turned out that was a lie.

ბოლო პერიოდია ძალიან ხშირად მაგდებს ექაუნთიდან და მიწევს თავიდან შესვლა, ფასვორდის თავიდან შეყვანა, ფეის აიდის თავიდან ჩართვა, პასკოდის თავიდან დაყენება. ამ ყველაფერს ვამახსოვრებინებ, მაგრამ ისევ თავიდან აკეთებს იგივეს და ძალიან მოსაბეზრებელი და დამღლელია. არასდროს მქონია მსგავსი პრობლემა, წლებია ამ აპლიკაციას ვიყენებ. ასევე ხანდახან საერთოდ არ ირთვება აპლიკაცია და ხშირად “იქრაშება”
It's a really good app, but…
Constant bugs, interface problems, which cause you to restart the application, the application constantly writes that there is no Internet. It can be a 5 stars rating, but with each update, it seems have more and more problems. As a result, I just can't use the app right now

Best mobile Banking experience
I love how expenses is categorized, but i would like to give you suggestion about transactions. It would be very helpful for me to make some comments like to name that transaction for remembering later time, also it would be beneficial to be able differentiate that transaction what it consists, like “apple - 2 GEL” and etc.

Bank of Georgia is one of the biggest bank in Georgia so I do expect to receive a good customer service. Georgia is position that It is very friendly for remote worker which might be a problem them. as a foreigner to open a debit bank account you have to pay 10 Gel monthly which is a lot of debit service fee. when I opened an account I asked if I need to close that account would it be possible to do remotely. I was told yes. So I try to contact customer service via mobile app they did not want yo solve anything and directed me to come to the branch which is impossible for me. then he decided to help me to close it but had a issue to send direct message to me with verification code and then just say bye to me without solving my problems. Now the bank will continue charging me monthly service fees indefinitely even if I am not using debit card and don’t have money on it.
