The best free guide app
I honestly think this app is a most-have. It’s one of best guided workouts apps, especially for beginners who don’t know where to start. It shows exactly which muscles you’re targeting and even provides videos to help you fix your posture to help you fix your form I definitely recommend

Ya hace falta una actualización, agregar nuevas rutinas, adaptar la aplicación,etc.
Bugs
The new version of the software looks great but it has bugs… when you enter in an an excercise and the want to go back to the selected workout it gets you all the way back to the months workout so you need to check as done all excercises over agan… there is no option to contact the developers directly so I am leaving this review hopefully they will read it.

I love this app, it’s just what a beginner to advance gym enthusiast needs to challenge themselves with different workouts each week. Never a dull moment in the gym, just what I need after having surgery…

Acabo de pagar la membresía y Ya no se abren las rutinas, solo la De marzo, que por cierto no se si es para hombre o mujer 😔

Había pagado la versión PRO anteriormente y ahora ese pago ya no es válido? Está situación no es correcta, deberían haber respetado a los que en su momento pagaron y contribuyeron a la app, es claro que , esta APP, solo quiere dinero y no vale la pena, son rutinas standard que puedes encontrar en Google.
App is good but...
It’s missing something that could make it great. Workout logs are very helpful in keeping track of what you did the previous day/week/workout. I’d give it a 5 star but not being able to keep track of my progress through the app is a bit disappointing. Yes I know there is a notes section but it’s not the same.

Buenas, vuestra app tiene 1 fallo que me gustaría que solucionarías. No te deja guardar anotaciones en la rutina.. porque el teclado hace desparecer el botón de guardar.

I had weird issues with this app that I love. I emailed support and they were in constant contact helping me with my issue. I really love this app and developers. Good work!
Update made app unusable
I loved this app. Straightforward, easy to read and use. But the recent update completely broke the app. The banner takes up a quarter of the screen at the top. Note I can’t look into what each exercise weights are that I’ve saved and exit without exciting current workout. Can’t see my saved reps and weights without opening each exercise which as I mentioned means exiting current workout because there’s no back to previous window. Use to be able to exit the current days workout and check other days exercises without losing current progress. The update broke the app and made it useless. I don't know why the update after 3 years when the app was perfectly fine. Please release a classic version orill huh ave to abandon this app I've been using for years.

Mejorable
1. Al crear tu propia rutina, si marcas la opción “editar” para añadir ejercicios, no te deja verlos antes de añadirlos. 2. No permite eliminar días de entrenamiento. 3. No permite colocar los ejercicios según tu propio orden de preferencia. La aplicación es completa pero se puede mejorar. Cambiando lo anteriormente expuesto, y actualizando las rutinas cada cierto período de tiempo sería perfecta.
No deja crear ni editar rutinas
Buenos días, en IPhone no me deja crear una rutina ni editar una existente. Una vez intento crear o editar, no puedo entrar en los días que quiero introducir o modificar ejercicios, debe ser un fallo de la aplicación. Sería bueno solucionarlo ya que no puedo ir editándomela o creándole rutinas nuevas

Ayuda mucho a llevar un orden en tus ejercicios por qué puedes anotar abajo de cada ejercicio cuán peso levantaste!!

Le faltan muchas cosas
Al crear rutinas no te deja ordenar los ejercicios. Otro gran fallo es que no deja meter el número de series. Si arreglasen esto sin duda tendría 5 estrellas para mi.
Falta aplicación para el Apple Watch

No hay forma de grabar avance
Compré la versión pro, pero solo permite ver rutinas, entrar a ver detalle de cada ejercicio y escribir algo en texto libre del ejercicio. Falta poder registrar más datos del ejercicio como fecha, hora, repeticiones y peso. Además de que como es texto libre solo puedes poner una nota de una sola línea por ejercicio por lo que si haces el mismo ejercicio otro día, la nota se sobreescribir. No hay un lugar donde ver los ejercicios realizados, tienes que navegar entre todos los ejercicios para encontrar el que ya hiciste. Es muy básica. Le pongo 2 estrellas por que tiene buena variedad de ejercicios, con vídeos y fotos.
No deja ingresar peso
Al mom eto de ingresar los datos de peso y fecha el teclado nunerico no desaparece y no hay manera de bajar la pantalla para acceder al boton de guardar... me interesa comorarla pero con ese detalle tengo mis dudas
Best beginners guide app
This app is great because it doesn't try to force you into one premade workout, it shows you what to do and makes recommendations. It also works as a log to let you remember how many sets and reps you got in. I love it so much and works great!

New version lack of rep and set instruction
This app is good but since the new update come with more beautiful look, the instructions for Set and Rep disappeared. Please fix it. Otherwise, it's nice and supportive.
Used to be awesome
I purchased the entire pack and then all the workouts separately. Some things work, most things don't. I used to love this app but that is quickly changing. Please fix these problems as soon as possible.

Fix the bug
I love this app! But every time I hit back on the workouts it takes me to whole body instead of the specific body part I was on. It's time consuming when I try to workout. Please fix it
Why
I downloaded the app and clicked on the workouts or something just to check it out. Read this little paragraph about the workouts and it spelled 'effect' like "efect". I quickly lost confidence in the validity of the app. 2 stars cause it looks sort of professional and its free.

I love this app, It has great workouts but I noticed that the adored version seems to get more updates. It still has quite a few bugs that need to be worked out.

I like be this app and it's work out
Nice App.
Bugs from the past haven't been fixed yet. If I go back from a particular exercise it takes me to all exercise section instead of the exercise I was on. This makes the experience so irritating. Also the swipe back gesture is not supported.
Very nice
This app gives you workouts for practically every muscle in your body, head to toe. Any part of the body you want to workout has a detailed description of what muscles are used, how to do the workout, and almost all come with a video of how to do the workout. Only problem I have is that the scale is in KiloGrams and not Pounds, but overall this is a great app to use for any workout you can think of.
Times
The new design is amazing. Same for the new features. However, in the workouts, we dont know how many times we should do, and the back buton is difficult to press
