Kiedyś apka była darmowa, rozumiem że twórca chce zarobić jednak jak już płacę to przynajmniej wymagam aby apka działa sprawnie. Podczas treningu głos ucina się lub przerywa. Niejednokrotnie przez całą serię. Wypadało by to naprawić jak już chce się na tym zarabiać.

Uważam że wersja na Androida jest lepsza od wersji na IOS. Mam tu na myśli mniej możliwości dopasowania pod siebie treningu w postaci poziomu trudności oraz czasu. I minus za brak możliwości przeniesienia danych z Androida na IOS.

Pure torture
I’ve done this before, it’s not for the faint hearted. 1st and foremost, it’s a great workout to quickly build core strength. I’m very overweight, not expecting to see abs, but I know this works and the app functions really well. You have to fight through the 1st 10 days, but once you have it gets part of a routine. I believe the sim is to build up to the final workout and them move that workout to a selection of days as part of a normal routine

Effective but time consuming
A very good, effective routine have been using on and off for several years now. Only thing is takes a big commitment time wise which gets more challenging along with exercises! Would also be good if charted all days of use, even when going back to earlier days following short breaks, as overwrites, meaning loss of full record. Worth it though!

Może być lepiej. Wykupiłem wersje pro na iPhone i niestety nie mam dostępu do żadnych ustawień które powinny być w takowej wersji. Także niestety pojawiają się reklamy. Plus pro to że chyba mogę faktycznie kontynuować ćwiczenia po 7 dniu.

I used this app years ago and it was really good and working just fine but downloaded it again and it says its loading but never loads and you cant even start

Nie dopracowana
Aplikacja wyglada jakby była nie skończona lub niedopracowana. Przeszkadza głos z translatora i ekran w kratkę. Czcionka nieczytelna i niepasująca do wyglądu aplikacji. Ładowanie ćwiczeń trwa bardzo długo a teksty pod paskiem ładowania nie wyglądają profesjonalnie.

Nie wiem ile dla twórcy trwa „chwila” ale dni ćwiczeń ładują się od kilku godzin i nadal nic :). Aplikacja stoi na napisie: Generowanie tekstu TTS...Operacja może potrwać chwilę. Zaczynamy Trening. Szkoda...tym bardziej ze zapłaciłem za wersje pro.

Buena aplicación. Solo le faltan mas ejercicios y mas días de entrenamiento. Siempre son los mismos ejercicios es monótona y aburrida pero se ven cambios a los pocos dias. Espero y salga a la venta el segundo pack de ejercicios pronto. Excelente precio al alcance de todos.
