ExpressPay is simply the best. Their customer service is just top notch. Their verification process for withdrawing money from a credit card is the best. Makes total sense. Very safe. Keep it up guys

This App has been a life saver since COVID-19 but I think there’s should be the option to use the app without internet data. How do I buy airtime or data when I’m out of the data which enables me connect to the internet? I think you should liase with the TELCOS on that.
Bad rate
They say “platform fee” then they give a bad rate. They do not give the actual going rate.

The latest update is so perfect! The app is so good but I have to manage it with Mtn MOMO app bcoz the changes are some how for me . If there is something can be done, I will be internally grateful. Thank u .
Reliability
Always reliable and convenient
Sort out your profile menu and scheduled payment page!!!
The app crashes any time the profile menu is selected thereby rendering one not able to make any changes to the account settings. What’s the point of the app then? Also can’t change subscriptions without the app crashing. Sort out these stuff before your app is rendered useless!
Add Passcode or Fingerprint Feature
This app is very easy to navigate and use, always top up airtime for friends and family through here and also make mobile money payments to other networks with lowest charge. But, I think a passcode or fingerprint security feature should be added to at least to make it less vulnerable when you open the app. Hope the above can be added in your next update. Thanks. Keep it up 👍🏾

The app is showing “sorry we are unable to complete your request. Please try again “. I have deleted the app and reinstalled then it will work perfectly for 2 times, then again same sorry message is coming. Fed up with this app....

Functions are cool
I have used this app for more than 2years now , it has been of great help to me . My only problem is with customer service very poor . It takes hours, sometimes they whole day for customer service to call if you request callback .
Awesome App and UI
I love the app and how better it has gotten since version one. You really should add the ability to add payment “reference/natation” when paying with Mobile Money. 🙏🏿

Good application
It's a good application, given that Ghana is working to move to a paperless society. Really accessible. Downside is the fact that the update didn't resolve the login challenges as one has to always input password even when the 'remember me' is ticked. Back button on certain areas should be introduced as one has to completely close and reopen where there isn't a back button

Beware - my experience
Used the app everything was nice then tried the money transfer service. That's where it all went downhill and I was ripped off - money was debited from my account without my authorisation or transaction made, days after using their bank direct service. Very very bad customer service, they really deserve an award for the worst customer service app. Any time you call the customer service line you are put on hold and cut off moments later each time being charged for the call. As for emails forget it. Call back from their app forget it. Weeks on still have not got my money back and I am still in the process trying to retrieve my money.

Great app, lousy customer service
I've been using this app very often for close to 3 years now and it's awesome and very convenient, deserving a 5 star rating. Only downside is whenever I have a challenge and send a request to be contacted by customer service or directly reach out to customer service, I don't find them helpful at all. No sense of urgency or ability to manage expectations effectively :(
