Network problems
I like this app so much, it helps you make transactions without any charges and that saves money a lot however, sometimes the network acts up and to get a transaction done takes hours before it it done which is bad in terms of times of emergencies
Unable to verify photo
The photo verification is very tedious. I have been facing this challenge for over a year. What exactly is blink and click next?
Fix it
I opened it yesterday and it worked fine but today it refuses to open amd I’ve tried everything but it’s still not working. I’m fed up please fix it.

Excellent App, But Needs Receipt-Sharing Feature
The app is excellent—smooth for sending and receiving money with no charges. However, it lacks the option to share payment receipts. Adding a receipt-sharing feature would greatly improve the user experience.
Bank entry option
Security wise, the app is good but once you the owner makes mistake in your details, it can’t be corrected after creating the account and it won’t be deleted as well for you to create another account and if you apply for help , it’ll take forever and won’t still be corrected or deleted
Registration issues
I love how this app is designed, but when registering someone on iPhone, I’ve noticed that during the picture taking process, the app doesn’t work properly. Either the phone returns to Home Screen or the camera feature fails. I’ll be glad if you do something about it

I save greatly using this app. Great customer support offered and it is timely. I love the services provided.

The app is saying that I already have an account. And I should contact my bank. My bank also say otherwise. Why is this so

Good tool but it can improve. Make it possible to transfer funds from GhanaPay to Bank account. Also provide a tap with the history of all transactions over a certain period.

Account name option freezes
In the process of registering, the space after bank account, to put the account name freezes meanwhile it is mandatory to fill that space

I am getting error that application data is not loading on iOS. I uninstalled app and re-installed without service. What is the fix?

This feature should be added
The app is very effective and user friendly, but it would be prudent if we could use the app to load cash directly from MOMO account onto it. Currently we can do so by using the MOMO code which is hectic.

Fix the User bank linking problem
After signing up with a bank account number, its virtually impossible to transfer form bank to ghana pay but you can form ghana pay to bank, weird

Great app overall, but certain key features are missing which makes the experience poor. 1. No receipts after payments. Receipts should be generated right after a successful transfer or payment with sharing options available. 2. Biometrics - enable facial biometrics to make payments on phones without fingerprint authentication seamless. 3. Simpler payout - remove the pin verification at the end of payment and replace with biometrics if authentication at that stage in the payment process is required. Alternatively, a one-time authentication at the point of login is all that is required
Image not capturing
I’ve tried signing up for almost two days now and I haven’t completed because the part that ask for a selfie ain’t working properly. The phone camera opens but no button to capture the selfie.

Worst App Ever
Wish I could give it zero stars. I registered for my national service and they sent me a pin through the number I used to register. Now when I try to login with the pin they sent me, they say it's invalid. I've tried several times and now my account is locked. Their email address doesn't work, when you call them, they make you wait on the line for 30 minutes then hang up on you. Is this app a scam or something? It's like a bunch of shs students that made this app as their project work. Nothing works on this app
