Moving up a level
I like the game however it takes way too long to advance to the next level.

Way too many adds all of a sudden. Play one game then it's a two minute add. Puts me off hanging around so long.
Slow/lag in tapping
Ever since the update, I have to click at least twice to select a tile. Super annoying so I hope it’s fixed soon because it’s pretty much unplayable. Otherwise I’ve enjoyed the game for years.
Great customer service
Over all the game is a lot of fun! Customer service has been really good at replacing diamonds I lost by accidentally clicking on the shuffle button (3 diamond) when I meant to hit the return tile button (free). These buttons are very close to each other and would be nice if they could change the lay out of at least ask you if this is what you want to do like it does when you want to add an extra tile box. I've been playing for a couple of years now and really enjoy playing. It's addictive!
minigames are rigged against you
every single time you bet over 1000 chips on any of the minigames, you always lose. game is so rigged and they want you to buy chips constantly
App will not load
I have updated and my game will not load at all. Any ideas?

I don’t know how it’s possible…but the latest Update changed how I play. Never any ads to earn tokens. I will be playing this game less often.

Very addictive
I’ve been playing this game for years and I still come back to it. You can play for a l9ng time and not have to put money into it.
Algorithm
Every time I play a 2500 point game. No matter how far ahead I am, it beats me at the very end. I know it’s not a person but an algorithm just to get my self to buy more points. I wish the game would be more fair. Especially for us people who buy the additional help! Really disappointed after playing for quite some time. It used to be more fair and now all they care about is spending money on the game

I have just updated the game but the bug still the same.. it is a little bit better bur it is not the same as it was before please fix this amazing game.
Game update.
I know the game recently had an update. Not sure what happened but now selecting tiles is extreme slow. It takes at least two taps to select a tile to match. Now I’m losing games like crazy because I can’t go fast enough to win. What happened?!

I love this game but I am so frustrated with the issue of in the middle of my game it will just shut down and I have to restart the game and hope it lets me back in on time before the other person wins !! I have lost hundreds of games and points to that problem please fix o don’t want to delete the game for good .. also I haven’t been able to watch videos for diamonds.!! Please fix I’m using iOS and android

Love most things about this game but you guys need to step it up over there. There are a few basic things that are terrible. The messages that keep telling you that you are about to lose that prevent you from playing for like half or more of the time you had to try. The fact that there is no tutorial page that tells you what symbols go together. I still don't know past the first round flowers because I'm afraid to try matching random ones. You only get 2 try's & round over! The snowballs are out of control. Has anyone in charge actually played the game ever? Even as the one winning it just give you waaay too strong of an advantage. If they were half of the number of snowball a maybe. It would be amazing to have a single player or practice mode because of the snowballs it's impossible to be a new player learning you get crushed. You guys have a great game on your hands though thank you!
Used to love this game ...
This update is crap because it’s just a whole new game now, not just a little change. The only change I like - hence the two stars - is that the tiles aren’t blocked from the opponent. Just sad.
After the latest update, the touchscreen does not work as it should

Never get coins you paid for, game constantly freezes, watch endless videos for FREE COINS or FREE DIAMONDS don’t hold your breath, they never register if they do, you CAN NEVER CLAIM THEM! Thoroughly disgusted
Awful
The updates are awful. There are too many ads. When you swipe be careful because you will open a game by mistake. I did this twice and lost 20,000 points to which no return was fixed. The format is not as good as the old one, and to earn extra points the ads are to long and infrequent. I’m done after losing 20,000 points for no reason. Fix it as this version is awful!!!!!!! Not to mention the slowness of the connection. Hate to tell you it is yours As I have no problem on any other game or app. Time to start over.

Do not like the net game
Two major flaws
Love the actual game, but there are a couple of major flaws with the game: 1) When you barely beat your opponent (like by 1 point), the game says you’ve won, but it actually awards the points and record the win for your opponent. This has happened to me multiple times and I have screenshots to prove it. Granted, I have benefitted from this glitch myself, at times, but it’s still a major problem. If you are able to beat someone — even if only by a point — you should get the credit. Period. 2) For whatever reason, the sound just cuts out on this game. It’s not my device because it happened on another device, too. My sound will be on for a game or two and then the next game there’s no sound. VERY ANNOYING. I usually end up restarting the game, but after a couple of times, I just quit playing. Please fix these issues!

I have played this game for years! And I got a new phone and it updated the app to this new crap! I hate this new look! I am very unhappy about this! Give us back the old look!!!
Love it...BUT
I really enjoy this game except for the quirks! Almost daily, I suffer from “connection failures” that I believe are the games issues. My internet connection is fairly strong since I recently upgraded it. I know that the occasional internet interruptions occur but this happens way too much. I’d give it a 5-star rating but for this irritating quirk.
Glitches
The game is great and challenging when it works but more often it freezes or won’t log on at all.

Trying to enjoy the game but how can I when Inpreferred the original. This one has me removing and re installing almost every day. White screen.
Really love this game
Love that you play someone and its a timed game. That’s the fun of it. The game is definitely glitchy at times but the glitches usually happen between games with the adds.

Since the recent update they changed the look of the tiles and it is awful! I have been a player for years but I will now be deleting the app!

Long Time Fan, but, Leaving
I have played this game for years because I truly enjoyed it. But, due to the changes that include annoying ads after every game, I am deleting the game. I really enjoyed the challenge. Sure wish you did not go this route. Sigh...
Please bring back old version
I absolutely loved this game before and played daily, but the new version is a great big let down. 1. It is so hard to differentiate the “layers” of the tiles, 2. The images on the tiles are harder to see, and I never thought I would say this, but 3. I miss the snowballs! Big let down.
Love this game!
Totally addictive game! If you enjoy Mahjong you will love this game and play against other players. Unfortunately like all games has an annoying message that pop up to tell you that you have 45 seconds to complete, but it takes forever to go and can't see all of board to play. More daily tokens/rewards would be great too!

The game tends to freeze, can't select the undo button making me lose. Don't like the fact that it matches me with my opponent that is 2 levels above me. A little unfair.

Tiles and layouts are too obscure
I have been playing this game for many years and had reached level 10 with over 30,000 games. Then I upgraded my iPad and all the tiles are different and so are the layouts. It is a real pain now. Very hard to see what tiles are free and you can’t plan moves ahead or even take back more than a few moves. I am deleting it. Bad choices Lazyland!

Fun game but bad connection
Most of my games were interrupted by bad connection, but even tho it wouldn’t allow me to finish the game, it took the tokens. Oh, well. It would be fun if it would actually let me play. Deleting app and finding a different game.
Frustrated
I also have the game interrupted by “internet connection failed” when in fact i have a strong internet connection. It takes me out of the game and i lose coins. I also see the game of mahjong as one of skill and strategy not speed. I despise the snowball feature. The game without it would still be about who can finish the game first. Many times i have one move left and get frozen out and lose. If i could find another mahjong game online i would switch. Still looking.
Not happy with updated version
Game is slow. Tiles are difficult to differentiate. Not a fan of new version. May have to start looking for a new game.

Great game very addictive but some times when your playing you get rid of all your tiles and the score is still really low like you have only just started the game which is really annoying because that means lose. Please fix
Could be better
The game, itself, is really fun. Although, it takes too long 2 level up & the difference in cost 2 play per level is really high... especially when u don't win that much nor have the opportunity to earn sufficient coins & diamonds. The diamonds are also too expensive 2 use. I've lost at least 6-8 diamonds, they just disappeared. It's weird that u need 2 pay diamonds 2 make a 'friend,' or celebrate a win. I would love to keep playing but am having a hard time justifying spending more $$ on it.

Not bad, and definitely a diversion. However, there doesn't seem to be any way to get rid of the bubbles that pop up such as the one that says you have 45 seconds to out score your opponent. But the bubble is hiding part if the puzzle and you can't get rid of it for 10 seconds
