Best registry makes life so easy
Do not use if Canadian
Most of, if not all the preloaded BabyList items will not ship to Canada as they are from American companies. Unless you want to add links for all your items from Canadian sites I’d suggest going another route and using a Canadian site like SnuggleBugz. Unfortunately I only found this out after I shared my registry!
Great help
Pregnant with my first, and organising my baby shower. This app has been helpful. Sometimes there is a glitch between prices in the link and then what’s reflected in the list but that’s a minor issue. However, way way way too many notifications. Sometimes multiple a day. Very annoying.
US ONLY
Was really enjoying this app until our baby shower came and went and we discovered Babylist will not ship to anyone outside of the US, therefore completely negating the 15% discount you receive from ordering items off your own registry that you need but weren’t gifted. Now at 37 weeks pregnant I am redoing my entire registry on Amazon where I should’ve just done it to begin with.
Amazing features, not available for Canadians
Unfortunately I have two problems with the app: 1. Not available in other languages (french canadian for my family) 2. The group gift function isn’t available for Canadians. This is truly a missed opportunity reading the many reviews similar to mine. Babylist please consider changing this ! Otherwise, it has all the features future parents need to plan their shower.

Very useful
Love this application, but I’m removing a star cause it doesn’t ship in Canada or anywhere else (only in the states which is a bummer). Had no choice but to link my registry with my Amazon one.
Do not use if Canadian
Used this for my baby registry and searched if it was okay being Canadian using it. All I could find was when searching for items to make sure they were the Canadian version of the websites. I used this app so I could grab items from multiple online stores and it be in one location for people to purchase from. Thinking I would be eligible for the 15% off when your 60 days out from your due date and if your not from the USA you do not qualify. There isn’t enough information to know that until it’s too late so I’m very disappointed I wasted my time and registry on this app. Now I can’t get the items I need with a discount. I would rate this a 5/5 for how easy this app is to use but for being a Canadian this app is barely a 1/5 due to the fact I can’t even use the discount.
New update removed the ability to add extra URL
After the latest update, you cannot add extra URL when using the app.
Easiest registry app ever
Love this app. The checklist was so helpful to help me build my registry. Super user friendly to use and to share with your family and friends.
Not for Canadians
Can register in Canada but can’t use Babylist store since items won’t be shipped here. Tried the Cash Funds, but it requires a PayPal.Me link, which considered the gifts as sales.

Difficult to add items to registry
The app is terrible - it can’t seem to load websites when trying to add an item to the registry. Screen will go black and it freezes so I’d have to close the app. Pretty useless. I will have to stick to using the website to update it.

Do not use this service in Canada if you want to leverage completion discount
While you are able to create a registry and link Canadian stores with Babylist you are unable to either use the babylist store to complete your registry or the Canadian stores you are pulling items from. For example if you use their ‘add to registry’ button for an item from indigo or Amazon it will add that item to your babylist registry but not connect in any way to Amazon or any other source store. You would need to make all you registries separate then Link them to babylist then try and work with each store to show proof of items purchased to try and qualify for any completion discount. Not worth the hassle. Find another option
One Stop Shop
Great app to use but I wish it was more Canadian friendly. There are lots of great features and you can add almost anything (I had issues with Walmart.ca) from any website. Maybe the next update will include a focus on Canadian partnerships!?
No Index Cards
I like how easy it is to add items and guests can buy the same item from any retailer. If you’re from Canada don’t bother ordering the insert cards, mine never came and I contacted them twice and was assured they had shipped. I just used the PDF option.

Major technical issues with app
This app is a great concept in theory but is very poorly executed. I have had issues with it from day one, including links not working, items not transferring, and now it crashes every time I try to open it and is unusable (despite deleting and redownloading several times). The support staff are very attentive but the issues remain.
Loved the app
Loved the app, found it very helpful. Had a couple of issues with gifts bought from the US and shipping to Canada, didn’t work even though was not off the babylist website directly wich doesn’t ship to Canada.

Don’t use if Canadian
Hard to use in Canada. Websites default to American sites and when trying to import registries by selecting “other” the registries don’t actually import. Maybe would be better if you didn’t already have registries set up and are starting from scratch.
Discount only for babylist items :(
Babylist is fun to use since you can add items from many stores/websites! They have nice guides to help you customize your registry. However, the 10% discount they give you only applied to items from their own store! If most of your registry is from other websites, this is not a great thing. Also, many of the items in their store are priced higher than what you'd find on other websites making your discount not seem that great after all. It's a nice feature to be able to shop from multiple stores and even have your guests be able to buy in-store!

Needs localization, only for Americans
I live in Canada and all the stores and sites are for Americans. We have many of the same stores so it would be great if they ask what country you live in when signing up, and show relevant Canadian versions of the site (Amazon.ca, Walmart.ca, babies r us etc).

Love it!
Fun to use, it’s easy to stay organized and categorize items. It’s not completely compatible with Canadian users but there’s ways around that, just takes getting familiar with how to use. It would be even better if it was Canadian friendly though! But perfect app, love it!
Not for Canadians
Love the idea but I live in Canada.. we don’t have a zip code, it won’t let me put in my postal code.. I have amazon.ca not .com and it won’t transfer any of my registry items.. kind of sucks because I have been on here for an hour trying to transfer and search myself on amazon even though I am public and it won’t work.. kind of disappointed I wasted my time. They have a Canadian option but it doesn’t exactly for Canadians.
All of a sudden is crashing ?
I shared my link for the first time today and now the app keeps crashing. It's disappointing.
Great app
I love that I can add things from multiple websites all in one easy location. It was getting hard keeping track in a book! It took some getting used to as this is an American app so lots of the stores are American but once you figure out how to search online in the app it is a breeze! Definitely recommend this app!
Wouldn’t let me add links to my other registries
Even though they said they would add the link, they didn’t.
Great app, great customer service
I think the app is great, providing a way to consolidate registries across multiple stores. The customer service team even helped me import items from a particular store that wouldn’t easily import.
Not very customizable
I started creating a list with a specific few items with their corresponding website. Then I wanted to add generic items, like sleepers 6 months, but there is no way to just add list items without attaching it to a website or store. While some items are specific, not all need to be attached to a store. I was also more hopeful for the help & favours tab. It's pretty limited and does not allow for you to create your own. I created and deactivated my account within 20 minutes.
