Items not covered
I’ve been using WIC for almost a year and continue having issues with items that the program claim are covered but the WIC app constantly says not covered
Better displays
It really would be better if they just show the product instead of just having you scan each product to get the one that you’re to get.

Great improvement
The Wic app is a great improvement than the old book but it needs to update in real time or it is useless really. Frustrating for Wic shoppers and cashiers. I believe in the app developers and what great improvements they will come up with next. Thank you!
My baby’s formula
I been getting my baby’s formula from Wic since she come home now all of a sudden my baby befits not up here but my card it’s still available yall need to fix that for real my child needs to eat

The app gets better every month. Keep submitting issues via app or WIC. They want to help.

I love the way the app allows you to scan to make sure it’s accepted before reaching the register. I also enjoy that I can see what I have and what I do not and not have to buy in bulk to honor my voucher. New and most definitely improved!
Not great
The app does not run well. It definitely needs adjustments to be more efficient. Great concept though to have an app to manage WIC benefits.
