Selecting alternatives
A challenge I have is that when you order 2x 500g of something and you select an alternative one cannot change it to 1x 1kg. One will receive 2x 1kg unless I’m missing something
Delayed order
As of late , the standard of delivery has really declined , this is the third time in a row that my order has been delayed by over 45mins , ordering at 3:30 shouldn’t be an issue it’s still very early ! So why are the items arriving only at 6pm !

The only disappointing part is when pick and pay informs you that if you spend a certain amount you will qualify for a scratch card and then you never receive anything even after you call the contact centre and they inform you that you will receive a coupon as the store did have cards but they didn’t add it in your order so you miss out

Staying less than 10 min away from the store, but I have to wait from 15:00 up until the store was closed. Till now I never received my order and never cooked
App freezes
At check out when you try to add a new card the app freezes.
Time wasting
I have tried many times to place an order on the new app. It will not allow me to add a payment card. Customer service ignores me- “will get back to me” or “will e-mail me” or “there is a problem with the app”. I deleted and re-installed the app, my IOS is up to date.. nothing.. what a waste of time..
Bring back the wallet
Honestly I have no idea whose bright idea it was to get rid of the wallet feature. Dumb move. It is such an inconvenience that when an item is out of stock I no longer have the alternative to simply change stores and purchase from the wallet balance. And sometimes it is a matter of necessity at that time. Now I must wait days for refund to process when funny enough it doesn’t take days for my money to leave my account when purchasing.

The new update of not being able to share the same basket between 2 people/devices (both signed in to the same account) is not smart. A household needs both people with the same access to the same ASAP order basket. Please fix. Thanks

Unpleasant
The problem is that the app states “ASAP” for delivery, meaning as soon as possible, but in reality, the estimated delivery time is often not accurate. For example, if you order your food at 9:00, the app may estimate arrival around 10:00, but in practice, it often arrives between 11:00 and 12:00, sometimes over two hours late. It can be frustrating, but the app is currently the fastest option in my area, so I still use it when I need something delivered. My advice: if you aren’t in a rush, it’s fine to order. But if you need something quickly, it’s better to go to the shop directly.
Goo app but….
I find the app pop up urging you to buy online when trying to swipe in store very irritating. We spend so much time trying to get rid of it to be able use the digital swipe. Can we also please receive the till sleep through email even when we have opted for the hard copy in store, opting for one shouldn’t cancel the other. Lastly, can PnP replace those big-deep shopping trollies with the lighter-slicker modern ones please, those big monsters are so ugly and depressing to push around. The world has gone lighter.

App Needs Work
The app needs work. When placing an order for meat products, you’re not given an option to pick alternatives. This is frustrating because you have to initiate another order to purchase your alternative and should that not be available, you can’t pick another option and will have to wait for a refund. Live shopping is also unhelpful. You still can’t pick an alternative when an item is sold out. Other apps allow this. You’re even able to chat to your shopper in real time which makes the shopping process seamless. Additionally, refunds take up 5 working days, sometimes more, depending on your bank which is just ridiculous. I’m not even certain I’ve received my refund in some instances and following up with customer care is pointless because you hear the same story each time! You’re also not able to contact the driver while you’re for your deli ever. Like I said, very frustrating. I’m not even sure if our reviews are being considered since other people have previously raised the same concerns and they clearly haven’t been attended to.
App is slow and lost my trolley after I had paid for it!
After painfully navigating this slow app to load my trolley, paying at checkout and receiving a SMS notification that my credit card had been debited, I never received an order confirmation and had to start all over again. Very frustrating!
Slow
I’m trying to add My Players cards to my collection. After every card I have to shut down the app and go back into it to load next card. What happens is the card enlarges and the x at the top to leave the screen is hidden. I’ve tried everything to get it in view. Only way is to shut down app. Very frustrating. Time wasting!

Lack of notification preferences
Can't disable promotional notifications. They are intrusive and equivalent to spam directly on your phone. Only way to stop it is either remove the app or block all notifications for the it.
Update
Please update app so that it works on iOS 8.. Otherwise very good app.

First time using the app, and everything was a pleasant experience, from the ease of navigating on the app in picking the food items, to the payment, to the tracking, to the delivery at the specified time they said they would deliver. Great Job!

I like the idea as an alternative to those kiosks that are either always broken or out of receipt paper but the app doesn't fully explain or guide you through it and it doesn't help that so many of the cashiers don't understand it?!?
