Excellent app, the best
I’ve been using TaskFire for 14 years in different iPhones, iPads and Macs I’ve had since and it’s easy to use in all devices, still have all my information and keeps on being a good, safe, easy to use task manager.

Great customer support
I recently had trouble getting an update to work. The customer service team was really helpful and walked me through a few different things over email. We got the issue resolved and ever is working properly now! I do agree the high price is frustrating.
Would not Recommend
Super hard to delete list and support is non-existent. We tried buying licenses for the whole team so we could share mutual list and it has been a complete nightmare
Good not perfect
What I really need, which this app just does not provide is something that allows me to prioritize things according to their monetary value, the estimated duration of the task, and the overall value of the task.
Empty promises- no customer service
I’ve used this product for longer than I can remember. When my password failed, I reached out over and over with no response or way to obtain help. After months of trying, I recall generic email explaining they had a cloud problem. What? That prevented them from reaching out sooner? Save your money
Is this still supported?
Is this app still supported? This app seems to synch constantly, & often will mark the wrong items as completed. It used to be an excellent app.
Transfer data
App was great. Have been using todo 6 for YEARS. After last iPhone update app won’t open and can’t transfer data to todo 7. Help!!!!! 😭😭😭
Once Upon A Time…
Once Upon A Time this was my go-to task manager. It had everything. But it seems like the company has not kept things up-to-date. The most glaring omission in their product range is an Apple Watch app. Why haven’t they developed an Apple Watch app like every other task manager app worth its salt?
Leider immer fremder
Seit Jahren meine Aufgabenliste Nummer 1. War immer sehr zufrieden. Hätte sie auch gerne künftig benutzt. Leider wird mir die App von Update zu Update immer fremder! Ständig wird auf englische Begriffe umgestellt. Was früher Alles war heißt jetzt Everything. Jetzt heißt es Every 2 Weeks anstatt Alle 2 Wochen. Der Clou ist Semiannually oder so ähnlich. Ich hab keine Lust erst im Übersetzer nachzuschauen bevor ich meine Aufgabenliste bearbeiten kann. Sehr schade dass man seine eigene Muttersprache verfremdet. Werde mich leider nach einer anderen App umsehen müssen bei der ich nicht vorher einen Englischkurs belegen muss. Schade Schade um die ansonsten sehr gute App.

Simply the best been using it for over 12 years. Try other stuff keep coming back to this. It’s the best.
App no longer syncing?
Just as the title says, the app is no longer syncing data, making it essentially useless. Even worse, this is NOT a free app; the developers are charging us for a cloud service they are failing to provide. I first purchased this app around 2010, and it worked great for years. Then they suddenly forced all users into a new cloud-based subscription model - even though we had already paid them for a non-cloud product with local memory. But they made the change without notice as we were stuck subscribing or we’d lose all our data. But now they can’t even provide the cloud service that they are charging us for. Very frustrating
No google account sync?

I’ve migrated to this app due to years of electronic scheduling from the remote era of the “palm pilot!!” (Yes,I’m old!) I loved this app initially, however it has lost its appeal & much of the functionality. One of the things I loved, was the ability to create a “checklist.” I used it for shopping, packing & other things. It doesn’t work easily any more. I now have to reopen an old one & change it to meet my current needs. Really? Do I need to switch apps?? Is there anything I can migrate to that will carry over my existing tasks AND offer the features I need??? Please help 🙏
Noticeable Performance Improvement in 10.1.0
Responsivity is near real time now. Must have hired new talent because you can’t teach this stuff. It’s not real time enough, however, to prevent bait-and-switch substep selection, causing you to check off the wrong project or checklist after the app takes too long to sync and update. On the other hand, when you move through a repeating project or checklist slowly, checking off the sub tasks as you go, the app forgets about substeps after a certain period. So the next time you go through the procedure, some of the earlier steps are missing. And when you accidentally check off a project or checklist, all of the substeps are also checked off as one would expect. As one would NOT expect, on the other hand, when you correct the error, all of the substeps are still checked off. So you heave to go through the entire project or checklist and uncheck every substep. Very time consuming.
My go-to task app!
I’ve tried just about every tasks app out there and I’ve used this one successfully for years. I think it’s the best thing going!
Broken Now
This app has been good for a while but now have to create am account and log in. All of my tasks and lists are gone and just get constant errors. It’s completely broken other than being able to log in. Everything is up to date on the app and on iPhone 15 Pro Max. Please fix!

There was a time that this app was great. That was in the day that it sync’ed with desktop outlook. It never was useful to me and most at my corporation when they decided to go it alone and remove that feature.
I’m not sure how long the server has been down…
But my app no longer sinks and I haven’t been able to find anyone give me tech-support. My device used to sync perfectly well over iCloud. Pushing us to use Appigo’s proprietary network did not improve the service however I’m sure it helped to improve their profit margin (but at the expense of the apps performance.) I’m very disappointed.
Long term user
I have used ToDo since 2012 and it is a very valuable tool in my daily life. It keeps me organized and my wife can add to the list.
Exceptionally Poor Customer Service
I have been a client since the app’s inception, have a paid subscription, and now when I need help they are 100% non responsive. The program is plagued with problems, but yet they have no problem taking your money for services they don’t provide.
It's become an essential
I found there's a small learning curve in understanding how it works and some minor glitches (nothing that affects major function), but after that it quickly became an essential part of my daily routine.
Overpriced
Used this app for years to do simple task tracking. The custom repeats were good for the tasks I had. Went to add some new ones tasks with repeats only to find that I now needed a monthly subscription to do the same thing I had been doing for years. The old tasks still worked as long as I didn’t try to modify them but new repeating task required $$$. This app for the simple tasks that I use it for isn’t worth it. I’ll setup new repeating task in Apple’s Reminders instead. Legacy users should have to pay for these upgrades since we’ve been loyal users.

Die neue teure Todo App ist für mich völlig überflüssig. Ich bin ein Fan der alten Version. Außerdem empfinde ich es als unfair, das mir unter ‚Update‘ eine neue App untergeschoben wird, die ich bezahlen soll. Gleichzeitig wird die alte, für mich ausreichende gute Version, funktionsunfähig gemacht. Ich fühle mich veralbert.

Broken end to end experience
Sync is busted, support is non existent and the publisher has real stones to continue trying to charge people for this experience.
Syncs with Outlook
In many respects, this app is just another task list; however, it has one feature which makes it very special. It works with a program called Appigo Sync which lets you sync your tasks in Outlook to this app without having to use the internet. In other words, your tasks remain completely private! One disadvantage of this program is that your computer and app have to be linked, and it frequently takes a lot of work to set it up. Another disadvantage is that updates are only performed when the ToDo app is opened and/or closed. Like many task apps, it also does not transfer Outlook features like embedded Outlook items, or bold text or different fonts or different font sizes, etc., etc. Unfortunately, that makes it much less useful than would be the case if it could really copy everything in Outlook. That also makes it really only practical to do one-way syncs, i.e. from Outlook to Todo; otherwise, Outlook's tasks would be overwritten by Todo and information would be lost.
Why’d You Ruin It?
I had no complaints with this app, I’ve used it happily for 5 years. Yesterday’s update ruined things that were working just fine. Creating a Todo is screwed up now - you either have to attach a date and time to it or it will go in the Someday category, which you’ll never see. Adding a reminder X mins before the Todo’s time is now multiple additional clicks. The new date/time/all day thing is so counterintuitive and the UI for it is so bad it’s made me start looking around for a replacement.
Date Errors
Even when using the date sequence like 2020-07-27, the program doesn’t always always place items in date sequence as it should even if I start the comment off with the date and then the day. This element is important in many lines of legal wor or journalism. This factor needs to be corrected. If you correct it yourself, then all future entries have to be self corrected.
Great Organizing App!
ToDo is a great app for keeping yourself organized and on track with all the things that you have to do! It's very intuitive and easy to navigate. The support team is always there and very helpful if you are "app challenged" like myself. I have found it awesome for keeping track of those pesky repeating tasks that I can never seem to remember.
No joy
So some of my data is there but not all. So apparently v6 must require a premium to sync - my old version. Which said it never sync’d but like there are 3 items that showed up in this version The review button in the app does nothing. The review option in settings thanks me for writing a review but then does nothing so i took a bit to find this as it didn’t show up as todo but todo cloud. So all that does not make me go gotta have

I can’t use it anymore
Appigo ToDo was by far the best productivity app out there and I was a loyal user for a decade. I could open it on any device because I synced it to Toodledo which used to be a great web app. A year or so ago Appigo decided to stop syncing with ToDo and tried forcing us into some crazy cloud model so I had to choose. I chose Tooledo because I already had a subscription and the sync was flawless to their new iPhone app. The Toodledo app is pretty bad and I find it hard to manage tasks there so I spend most of time on web app - not very efficient. I tried to move to ToDo but there is no import from the app they used to sync to (how crazy is that from a business viewpoint) so I’m stuck with my almost 400 tasks. They said I could email them over - another crazy thought. So I and likely many others are unable to switch.

Zum einen sehe ich beim Support nur eine englische Homepage - soviel Englisch beherrsche ich nicht - aus diesem Grund ist der Support nicht hilfreich für mich Zum zweiten werden nicht meine kompletten Aufgaben vom iPhone auf das iPad übertragen - kann den Fehler nicht finden Hilfe beim englischen Support kann ich auch nicht erfragen Diese zwei Punkte stören mich massiv Wenn alles klappen würde, wäre ich wunschlos zufrieden
The Top Tasking App!
I’ve been using ToDo for years. Can’t live without it. I don’t think anything else has enabled me to me more productive. Updates keep making ToDo better and better. Love the Siri support as well!

I made the mistake of upgrading today. Do not do it! Now you have to buy a subscription to be able to make repeating tasks. I have been using this app for years, but now it is worthless to me. Keep your old version!
Komplett neues Design/neue App ???!!!!
Ich war bis heute ein Riesenfan dieser App und hab sie ständig und überall weiterempfohlen. Heute Morgen hab ich mich zuerst sehr gefreut, dass endlich die Sirifunktion genutzt werden kann, aber nach dem Update bin ich völlig gefrustet über die vielen Veränderungen. Das ist in meinen Augen eine komplett neue App. Vereinfacht find ich kaum etwas und das Design ist schrecklich. Habe ich vorher z.B. Listen immer direkt erkannt, da sie komplett farbig hinterlegt waren. Jetzt stehen nur noch kleine Zahlen dahinter (mit den Listeninhalten) Das neue Design erinnert stark an die Erinnerungsapp von Apple selbst, da kann ich diese nutzen, da diese Siribefehle ohne Umwege annimmt. Auch die Art und Weise Aufgaben anzulegen ist komplett neu und irritiert lange Nutzer der App. Sehr schade, denn bisher war diese App eine von mir meistgenutzte. Ich weiß noch nicht, ob ich sie so weiternutzen möchte.

Removed a crucial feature to the existing app
I’ve been using the older version of ToDo for years. I have no need for the cloud version and was perfectly happy with the version I had. Instead of trying to innovate new features to attract subscribers the developers decided in the most recent update to REMOVE a feature (repeating tasks) and put it behind a subscription paywall. Poor form. I’m deleting this app and moving on to a paid one from a developer who respects their customers.

Disappointed after loving it for so long
I have used this app for more years than I can remember. This newest version is terribly disappointing. What was once a smooth application is now clunky and not at all user friendly. And apparently I must now pay a subscription to use features I once loved about the app. No thanks.
Disappointing
I have been an avid user for years. This new version is an ugly disappointment- they need to offer an option to allow appearance and usability of prior versions. Sorry, I'm looking elsewhere now.
Todo helps me run my life!
I have used the Todo app for years and love it. It’s my most important tool for getting things done. As soon as I add a task to the app, I know I’ll get it done!
Extremely buggy
Flashy features with poor execution. Bugs piling up. I’ve had an outstanding ticket open for months about a phantom overdue task. The browser interface is broken on Chrome. There has to better task manager apps out there. Go find one.
Good app
Good app. Works as designed. I'd like to have the ability to print a report of completed or upcoming tasks. I think the cloud synchronization subscription is a little steep. Additionally the "wallpaper" option does not work. Does not allow to revert to default &'no image shows properly
Used to be better
About a year or so ago the app started alerting me to the due times for things I'd already checked off as completed tasks. If it's done, I don't need reminding but the damn thing keeps telling me anyway WITH NO WAY to turn it off in the settings. Asking for help, you have to sign up for an account on their site, no email address or contact form, just more hassle. Used to love this simple app for keeping track of things, now I'm considering ditching it for something less annoying and less trouble to get help with.
SELF REPAIR WAS APPRECIATED
A total seizure self-repaired in 6 hours. That caused fear of data loss that did not happen. So far so good.
