Advancements
I love this app but I wish someone would put in the oz to lb to g for each thing. That’s a little tedious but once you put it in for an ingredient then it does it for you for all the recipes. Otherwise very intuitive.

Simple but so effective!
Love this easy to use app. It has everything you need and does all the math for you!! My only complaint is there’s no way to access the info via desktop. It would be incredible to be able to use online and share the data with others. Otherwise, solid app and any small business would benefit from using it!
First impressions lot of work
As a professional caterer for the past 30 years My first impressions of this app is that there’s a lot of work to be done before you can even start using it. Have you had the time to input all the ingredients all the nutritional values all the groups? Et cetera, yeah basically starting with an empty app I’m sure you can really bespoke it to your requirements. These days there are databases of food groups food ingredients is which would make this app a lot quicker and easier to use. Can’t complain too much as it’s currently free not sure what the business model is behind this but I get the feeling The users are just populating. What should be there in the first place for the developers? I could be wrong though.
No Easy Recipe
It's not easy to navigate. I'm trying to change price, can't figure this out.
Life saver
I just started a sweet treats business. I was really struggling with pricing and worried that I would over or under charge myself. This app solved my problem and I am so relieved!
Disappointed
I really liked this app and I honestly don't have an issue with the app, I have a issue with not being able to speak with someone to assist in resolving my issue. I’ve called and email just to not have anyone call back and for my email to be a non-reply email. I’m disgusted by the lack of support this company provides to its customers.

Just missing one feature: shopping list generator! Would give it 5 stars if it had that.
Stopped working well
Worked great initially, but lately it keeps losing recipes I’ve built and isn’t syncing data automatically. Not sure what happened that it’s having so many issues now :(

Great for home cooks on a tight budget
I have been trying to use excel to track all the local prices of ingredients and assemble them into recipes that meet a specific budget, but it's difficult since I had to do everything (converting, calculating, etc.) by hand. I like math but sheesh, I also want some time to actually feed my family! Although this app isn't meant for this, I find it so helpful in streamlining recipes into cost per serving based on which grocer I choose, and I'm grateful the free version lets you do this on the phone. Would you consider a lower price tier for non commercial users that is sync only? I don't need any commercial features but I would like to type on my computer instead of phone. Just a thought!
Wiped ingredients and recipes after trial ended
Poorly managed Individual/Organisation system. Subscription is through their website and once you sync data to get the app to work it wipes any ingredients and recipes you may have used during your trial. Waste of a whole day and $40
Seems legit
I just can’t seem to find the way to switch up the language. I’m using the app and my aunt and grandma want to use it too but don’t know English. It says it’s in 10 languages but I can’t find the way to do it :/

I purchased the subscription and payment was taken but it doesn’t let me know login anymore and I can’t use it. There is no contact number or email or way to ask for support !

This is a very effective app! The cost analysis is so simple to input! Love it!
Credential issues
Paid for app, spent an entire day entering costs and recipes. App will not let me log in. I’ve paid, they’ve collected. I went through the process to change password, verified by emailed code and set new password. Still tells me credentials are invalid. Customer support email says to log in for support. But we can’t so that.

No help from support center
When I downloaded this app last month I fell in love with it . Really useful and saves a lot of time at work. Today I subscribed to have the complete version app but since I did that the app is not working on my telephone anymore ,and it’s hard to get help from the support center. I kind of regret I had subscribed, I already had some work done on the app and now I can’t keep working on it. Hopefully it will be fixed soon, but right now I’m losing all the time that I’ve been able to save with this app.

Worst service ever
I used their software for a while and it was ok. The problem is the I don’t need it anymore and tried to reach the support in order to cancel my subscription but no one answers for almost 6 months ( of course they keep charging me!) shame!

目が悪いので携帯画面の文字の表示サイズを大にしているが、アプリ内で調整されず文字同士が重なり合って読めない。改善お願いいたします！ 手入力が手間なのでExcelから読み込めると最高です。 それ以外は凄く良いです。

Being a mom and a home baker has its difficulties, add in food cost marketing and math lol just a mess! Until I learned how to use this app omg! First of all I’ve been basically giving product away, plus the amount of time doing this by hand is crazy! I love this app and will always use it! Thank you soo much !!
Do not download if you are a baker.
This app is not friendly to bakers at all and is a waste. It doesn’t even let add ingredients that they don’t have the name of. Waste. Do not recommend.

software was OK, support-management shocking
I had a bizarre experience with the support/management of this app, the app was ok, a bit clunky, but seemed to have most of the things I needed, I spent hours considering how to setup and making it work with my vendors, ingredients, and everything else. Had it all setup and was sending Purchase Orders, until a client calls me thinking he’s being spoofed in connection with my P.O. Turns out Get Filet has an advert at the bottom of every P.O.! What’s worse is my logo is no where to be found. I brought this up with them and they claimed it’s not an ad, but it’s authentication. Lol once you look at it, it’s not that at all, and why are they advertising in my paid space? And why is my logo not front and Center? Well that didn’t go well at all. I got stuffed quickly, and when I pressed I was basically told to F off and ask for a refund. What? Seriously? Did I catch you on a bad day? So they summarily canceled by account, refunded me only 1 month, and threw away all the time I had invested, just because one guy is being pissy. Sorry folks if that’s truly how you run your business, then I’m glad I’m out, plenty of solutions out there. Rely note: I sent 2 email replies. I did so because I got shut down way too quickly by a support rep. My second reply was to defend the time I invested in this app, and as an appeal to get more information about the intended roadmap. This is not about you, it’s about your clients. Of course i apologize if the rep took it personally, that was not my intent. This is about business and time invested, I have a right to press for details to determine if I would continue to invest the time. Your reaction was typical of chefs I’ve worked with for decades, they hate to be questioned, or approached, and of course are never wrong. Anyways this issue has led me to a new software that is better for me and my business. All the best.

Error msg
It’s showing me error every few seconds saying session times out or ssl connection not secured
No support
Every time I attempt to call I get a voice mail. The app will not allow me to adjust the abstract units. Additionally, the scan feature isn’t really useful. I thought I’d be able to scan a product, enter the recipe and cost and get a useful nutritional facts and menu cost.

Works great. Obviously still being developed but still works fantastic at this level. Can't wait for update
Not what I expected
Everything was ok until scanning the products or ingredients was a flap. I was putting all the data until this scanner flopped. So I tried manual and check if perhaps it’s just couple of items. Well it’s all the items are not recognized.

Fabulous easy to use
Maybe the unlocked version of the software has it all, but the locked version is very nice and easy to use. Cost of plate analysis is made a simple task, create purchase orders, and enter batch quantities quickly. Would recommend it to those trying to do meal planning as well.

Fun to use
This app is so fun to use. I love that I can put in my ingredients and then select that ingredient and put an amount. It is so easy. Much better then trying to do it with a calculator!
Misleading, non-functional, and Useless
I purchased this app to try and facilitate the management of my Food Truck and Catering business after reviewing the on line reviews and their web site. I was gravely disappointed upon trying to actually use the app. In my opinion, it is not worth what I paid for it (free). First, when trying to import recipes from an existing tool - There is no documentation for this process. I have e-mailed the developer through their support desk several times with no response. Without this functionality, I have to have an employee sit and manually enter every recipe. There is a share feature that also pops-up in iOS to somehow add things to Fillet with no documentation or apparent functionality. Second, It clearly indicates above that the USDA database is available in the app off line. Whether on line or off - the database is nowhere to be seen. For me, this completely negates any possible value from the app. Part of what I wanted from the app was the nutritional analysis. If I have to enter the nutritional data (never mind the densities) for every possible ingredient I use - this just doubles or triples my workload. At the end of the day, this App looks like a basic framework put together by someone with a good idea. It’s just poorly executed and feels like a playground project thats not completed. For now, I will just delete it. Summary: 1. Missing data clearly advertised in its write up 2. Non-functioning data imports and share functionality 3. non-responsive support 4. labor intensive - will cost me more in migration than its limited functionality is worth
Love the idea, but needs work
I'll give it a four for prompt support. I think it could use some user friendliness tweaks, but overall... Still cool that something like this exists.
